Elizabeth Johnson: My experience with Dr Ketchum has been great ..I would recommend him to everyone.i has serious physical problems ..he is so helpful in figuring out the best options to help me to be more comfortable and remain independent..He has explained my condition in such easy terms I understand...he is wonderful IAM do greatful for everything hehsd done for me...His nurse is also very good and helpful also...

J Mize: I don't even know where to begin with these people. If I could give ZERO I would. I saw another doctor in Reddy’s practice for about a year and he himself was great for me. However I had a run in with the office coordinator, Susan. She is a horrible person, rude, controlling, vindictive, and just all around awful! Well ever since then she had an issue with me. Cut to a few months later. I took my daughter there bc I loved my doctor and Reddy is supposed be great with child psychiatry. My daughter's doctor there Dr. Reddy, who claims to be the expert in the area wasn't listening to me. I had begged him to change my 15yr olds meds and he refused and would only up the dose by 5 mg. After giving the meds 9 months to worker still wasn't willing to switch meds. Even my child's therapist, who she had seen for 3 years, wrote a letter asking him to change the meds. Well bc he wasn't listening I asked for my child to see a different doctor in the practice since my child was in crisis and had to go to epworth. Well instead of getting her in for an appointment, the office manager lied and said I was rude when I was upset and worried, she said we couldn't change doctors and then had both myself and my child in crisis terminated from the practice. She also informed me I could never return and to make sure I knew her problem was with me she stated as long as my child was associated with me she could not return either. This woman lied and got two people who NEED psychiatric care terminated especially when one was in crisis. Dr. Reddy should not have gone along with it but corrected the course of action of not hearing a parent begging for help! I would not recommend going here as Dr. Reddy and Office staff are unsympathetic and judgemental before they are willing to provide honest care. I asked twice for Dr. Reddy to perform the gene site testing on my child which uses DNA to determine what meds will possibly work well and surely what does not work. He refused telling me it was inaccurate. When we went to my daughter’s PCP as we needed someone to fill her meds until I could find new psychiatrists she wanted to perform the gene site test, and did. When we got the results I had been right all along, the meds he had my child on came back in the red, does not work at all, column. So my child gained 65 lbs in a 9 month period due to meds, Dr. Reddy refused to listen to a parent about, and was wrong all along. That’s not professionalism or in any way showing care for your patients. My doctor and I never had any issues to the fact that he agreed with this based solely on someone else interaction (Dr. Reddy is his boss) and word is also alarming. Also it takes at least a few months to get into a new doctor and they made it very clear they would ONLY provide me and my child with 30 days of meds. These people are dangerous, unkind, and not fit to be in the medical field.

Joey T: Dr Park starts out nice and caring then every few visits has manic mood swings..i would not rely on your pain being treated as some days she seems to not listen and do what she thinks without considering your pain and previous surgeries recommendations etc

Jessica Kealy: My first appt with her, She was understanding and caring. After that i saw her NP for over 2 years. I had back surgery (3 level fusion) 6 months ago, and for whatever reason i had to see her this time. She was EXTREMELY unsympathetic that the surgery made me worse than before. I have never asked to go up in mg and i didn't this time either, so she decided she was going to nitpick my prescription list and give me ultimatums to prescriptions that I've been on for 5 and 10 years. I'll be seeing the NP in 2months. If something doesn't change, I'll be finding a Dr. That will actually manage my pain, as opposed to not caring.
