The wood varieties available are diverse, too. If you like minimalist clean looks, Larry's work is for you!

Andre Lopez: I am the owner and operator of Mattress Center of South Bend. We had a mutual customer that we were delivering to at the same time. I didn't have my helper with me and had to drop off a heavy queen size solo. The guys from Andy's offered to help me and did even though they were under no obligation to. I thought that was very classy and deserving of 5 stars. Customer service comes first and these guys have it in spades. Thank you for the help. Support their business

kelly haines: I would not recommend ever purchasing from Andy's Furniture. My son ordered a recliner for his elderly grandmother in March 2021 and told it would be delivered in August 2021. He was contacted in July stating it would not be delivered until November 2021. He called the last week of November as he had not received a delivery date and was told it won't be available until late February 2022, 11 months after ordering. The employee named Gloria will not let you speak with a manager, supervisor, or owner. Andy's has been paid in full approximately $1500.00 and my son can't get anyone to return his call or a refund. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.

Miss Molly Brasseur: Had a great experience! Walked in looking for a table and chairs, and end tables and coffee table for the living room. Gloria Sass was there and greeted us, directed us to the tables and we found the perfect one and she showed us how to open and restore the extra leaf. We picked a set of living room tables. We didn’t want to wait on delivery so she and another gentleman that works there loaded everything in my husband’s truck and we left with it same day. Perfect, polite and fast service. Laura Boyle: Andy's Furniture has 2 locations, Mishawaka and New Carlisle, IN. The staff at both locations has bent over backwards everytime I've purchased items. They have a wide selection of Made in America choices, and if it's not on the floor they will order exactly what I want. I can take the items with me or they will deliver and set up, my personal favorite. I may look around for ideas and pricing, but I always go back to them for the purchase. I use their 12 months same as cash program ... something I highly recommend. Andy's Furniture is a wonderful local, small business, and I highly recommend them.

TONI: We stopped in to look at furniture trying to find the most comfortable, durable, suitable for both of our needs and not to mention give our home the complete look we were looking for.Upon entering Whims & Wish’s we were greeted with a distance “Hello”, not someone hovering around us pushing us to purchase something we didn’t want to buy. We made our way throughout the entire store being able to sit down on furniture and talk about we liked and disliked and also said to each other “ we should go furniture shopping more often” hahahaha this is actually quite relaxing “. Later a Lovely lady named Marsha approached us and asked if we had any questions. We told her we had thought about purchasing a sectional for our home and knew that we wanted it to be leather with reclining features. She directed us towards a beautiful piece and described all the details of the sectional as if she’d actually built it herself. We’d never met someone with so much knowledge about furniture like this. The best part was she sat down with us and spoke to us to get to know us and what we wanted. We never once felt pushed into buying anything.We left the store and went to do some errands and then had dinner and decided that the last set of furniture we had sat down and chatted with Marsha with about was the set we were going to buy. It wasn’t a sectional that we had walked in the store thinking about , instead we had chosen a reclining sofa and reclining chair. While sitting with Marsha we actually learned more about our lifestyle -furniture needs and realized that we didn’t want a sectional after all. It’s just the two of us and with a huge sectional we’d be to far away from each other most of the time and that’s not at all what we want : ) Only on occasions…If you’re looking for great quality, real wood and best of all good hearted, honest people to work with this is the place!

When I finally made my decision, I found her and let her know I was ready. We looked at the one I had chosen and she ordered it for me. No pressure - just polite, courteous, and very helpful - on my terms. I left very pleased with my purchase, not thinking I had been pushed into making the wrong choice! Thanks!.

Angel Franklin: Once the other half of my furniture was delivered one piece was broken. I was told although I paid full price my salesman put I would accept a broken floor model for the price of a brand new one. REALLY! So that was already 8weeks after making my first payment and no product. I go in today and they still have not corrected a mistake from a week ago and just keep telling me sorry as if thats going to pay my credit card bill for a product I don't have. I feel unvalued and disrespected AGAIN! FURNITURE ROW Mishawaka store don't value BLACK DOLLARS!!!!!! SAVE YOUR MONEY SHOP BLACK IF YOU CAN!Never again will they get my business. Now I have a credit line I can't use. They lack integrity and respect for a persons hard earned dollar!!!!!!!

NICOLE: We purchased a sectional and not even 3 months later it broke in 2 places. The store was very quick to insinuate that we caused the damage versus it being a manufacturers defect but that they would send a repair person out "as a courtesy". It shouldn't be considered a courtesy to repair something that broke due to poor quality - that is just good customer service.The repair guy spent 6 hours at our home and I was shocked to see that the wood used in the arms is paper thin so it is no surprise that it cracked right in half. Even after the repairs, we now have a sectional that creaks so loud every time you sit down or stand up and one area is sunken in and not completely aligned with the rest of the couch. We paid over 2k for this sectional and this should not be happening within the first few months (or really years!) after purchase. We have a different living room set in our basement from Ashley furniture that still looks and functions exactly the way it was when we bought it 4 years ago and has a 7 year warranty. We will never shop Furniture Row again. Buyer beware and take your hard earned money somewhere that will provide good customer service even after the sale.

So this rude guy proceeds to tell me, maybe I should lose some weight! WTF was that supposed to mean? I wanted to jack slap the guy right there! Needless to say, we did NOT buy any furniture from this joke of a place! I mean, who treats their potential customers like this? I will be calling and talking to whoever is in charge today!!! Don’t waste your time!

I will never go back to this store even though the salesperson we worked with originally was so nice. The customer service on the backside of the transaction has been the worse.

Joseph Weaver: Was asked by an associate to take my foot off the ottoman as i sat on a sofa testing out the furniture. I worked for Aaron's for years. Never once did I ask a customer to remove their foot from an ottoman. The sales rep seemed very uninterested in me even though I explained I was need of furniture now and ready to buy. As someone who worked for the company and knows the expectations Aaron's has for customer service and securing the sale I was left feeling very disappointed with what the associate's of this building felt was acceptable customer service.

Now since we started online about a month ago my bank account has charges from the "ez pay" payment system. I've been calling all week to get this issue resolved. I guess the store manager is so bad at her job that she can't return phone calls because their company is stealing my money or the staff is about the same. I guess I will make a personal visit soon or ask my attorney for legal advice since I am being ignored from my messages and requests for a call back. Unfortunately I work the hours they are open but Friday is looking pretty hopeful for a in person visit.

Lori Winenger: very nasty people to deal with. Had refrigerator that needed fixed....never sent anyone to fix it. Had to buy refrigerator from Lowes outright because I called repair man and found out we had gotten broken fridge to begin with.

Fawn Rhoads: I know a person who rented from Aaron’s and got bed bugs not from Aaron’s but called them to come pick up the stuff they where renting from them and a person called to report to them that that person had bed bugs and the lady was very rude about the situation and acted as if she didn’t care so be careful
Lorie Sprouse: Hi I bought a refrigerator back in June have been waiting to get my ice maker fixed so I can have water and ice anytime!! I haven’t recieved any help they came out and looked at it twice the first time they said they were gonna send a professional out but then they told me they don’t have anyone in my area!! I have called several times they say the manager is always with another customer and he will call me back!! It never happens!! I am going to give it one more attempt today if I don’t get answers I will have them pick it up!! I ask for my payment not be taken out till this is resolved Chris said he would take care of it and guess what yep you are right they took the 182 dollar payment out anyway!!
Brittnie Wade: I was suppose to get my order delivered on a set date my order didn’t come. I called and was placed on hold for 20 minutes and no one ever answered.
Jeff Simpson: What great service. On top of everything, I dropped my wallet in the parking lot and one of the delivery guys went out of his way to make sure I got it back. Talk about honesty and customer service!
Jesse Dirk: I ordered furniture on line, and had the delivery date set. On that day, Aaron’s called me and said their delivery truck ‘broke down’, and said I would be their first delivery the day after tomorrow. On that day, Aaron’s called me and said they were no delivering due to COVID-19. Understandable. I simply canceled my order after already making a payment, and was told my money would be refunded within 10 business days. That was 30 days ago, and still no refund. I called the GM, and he didn’t seem to care. Aaron’s will never have my business again.
Julie Pinson: They hardly tried to put my bed up the stairs. They laughed and continued not to try hard enough. I had to get up and orchestrate them up the stairs. They repeatedly told me it would not go and I had to show them how to do it and it went up there no matter how many peoples said it wouldn’t go. Very disappointed in their effort.
Jenn Turner: I gave one star only because it won't let me leave zero. Looked at a fridge that had a dented freezer door. Ivan promised that if we took it, he would have a new door for it Thursday the following week. So they delivered it with the dented door. By the end of the following week we hadn't heard from him about our new door so we called him. He said "Oh yeah. It didn't come in yet. I'll call the other stores and see if they have one." He called back later and said he found one and they would deliver and install it between 4:00 and 7:00 the next day. My husband and I both stayed home from work that afternoon to make sure we didn't miss the delivery. They never showed up and they never called. So rather than call them to chase down our door once again, we went out and found the same model fridge elsewhere for half the price. The following Monday my husband called Ivan to ask why they never showed up. He said, "The guys were there and you weren't home. They called and left a voice mail for you." Well, that was a lie. They never came because both me and my husband were home. And they never called because we didn't have a voice mail or any call on our caller ID on any of our 3 phones. So we asked them to come pick up the fridge and cancel our contract. Once again Ivan told us they would be here on a specific day between 4 and 7. And once again, they didn't show up as promised. WE had to call them AGAIN. And we were given every excuse in the book why they didn't come... A couple guys called in sick, they overbooked the truck for the day and so on. When we finally got them to come pick it up, only ONE guy showed up to move the refrigerator, he came after hours, and he forgot to bring paperwork showing it was picked up. I told him I didn't trust them to just take it without something in writing, so I made him write up a receipt for it. I will NEVER step into an Aaron's again. Ivan is very sketchy and a flat out liar. And their business practices are the worst.
Rachel Hart: I love Aaron's in Mishawaka, IN. The staff are ALL helpful and courteous. I've rented and bought several pieces of furniture anytime there was an issue that needed to be addressed the staff were understanding, attentive and timely.
