Happy day.The staff are always friendly and helpful. The store always looks clean.When I go to hobby lobby, I'm usually in there for at least an hour. I went yesterday and was in there for two hours, so I needed to use the bathroom. I've never used the bathroom there before. And I never will again. It was disgusting. Every toilet had feces splashed all in it.The floors around the toilets was equally as disgusting.I was really shocked at the bathroom situation. From shopping in the store, you'd never think they're bathroom would be so gross.It looked more like a run down gas station bathroom.

Kara Reel: Loved how bug the store is. So many hobbies to explore! And they had exactly what we were looking for! Gundam model kits, Gundam markers, and additional tools to help customize. As well as acrylic pour paints and canvases. I loved the color options they had for the pout paints and they also had the medium to mix your own colors! I'll definitely have to try that next time.

Claudiette: Store was stocked up..but manager was in a bad mood cause she had to close early.. and she was rude when i got out cause i opened the door i guess if u know u closing early because of lack of workers put a sign on the door and then close js. Other than that cashier real friendly. This was in southbend indiana on western ave.
Jean Hill: I went there today and the place was a mess. No shelves were organized. Looks like it had been hit by a tornado. Sorry to see this in our neighborhood. Management needs to hire some people to help with the shelves.
Jennifer Arevalo: Their inventory is always in boxes, but I do believe that is due to understaffing.I always go in the mornings and they are very nice and fun to talk to in terms of customer service as long as you too are nice.I would not say they have the best customer service but it is acceptable.

Angel Gomez: Went there for a picture frame...got a whole lot more! Called Corporate! Manager fought with an employee while myself and at least 10 other customers were in store! I don't exactly know what it was about, b/c there was so much yelling but I witnessed employee ask a question to manager she slammed clipboard, began shouting this is my store, I make the rules etc etc then began making very inappropriate comments to employee, employee asked couldn't you just tell me your problem in private why are you making a scene. Manager slammed door, came back out with clipboard and started slamming it again and told employee to leave her store and just kept yelling at other employees after employee left the premises. Very uncomfortable to listen too, manager wanted to charge at employee 😳 b/c employee kept asking can we do this in private! Well to me manager was looking for attention and very overdramatic and hostile. Well she got attention from me and other customers we talked after and everyone's calling corporate! She may not like the attention coming to her! Always an appropriate time to deal with things, not while customers are shopping 🙄

April May: Refuses to trim a print to frame. Then you don’t do custom work and shouldn’t call yourself a custom framer. If I have to obtain the tools to properly trim a print, I may as well frame it myself too. I’m done with companies grabbing my money but refusing to offer actual professional services. If Michaels won’t “accept the liability” of trimming a print as instructed, why should I trust them with it at all?
