loren mctheeney: I got a 2006 5.9 cummins and they told me it was looked over and good to go for the road. So I got it took it home and the transfer case was hold it on by one bolt to the transmission. My kids was in this truck thank god it didn’t come a part on my way home. So yes, I’ll give you one star. You do not look over your cars you sell to people and your Mechanic is a joke. And I let the bank know how bad this place is (would not go here if it was the last place on earth open!!!)

Tyler Claar: Don't usually write reviews but I would highly recommend buying your next vehicle from Omari. Found an Audi I liked on autotrader, called the same day and after talking with a sales associate had the car reserved until I made it down from Michigan in person the following weekend.Once I made it there in person Jason and Jaimie were very helpful in getting the test drive set up and helped streamline all the paperwork taking care of everything within a few hours (even gave me a generous trade in value on my current car I wasn't expecting) Overall great experience buying a car for the first time and they were very patient with all my questions.

But the biggest thing is they are honest and take care of their customers. I bought a van that ended up having some kind of issue that we couldn’t figure out. So the put a new engine in it at their expense. It was such a blessing. I’m so glad for them. Buy cars from these guys!

rushabh shah: Horrible service experience. I have been bringing my cars over 10 years here for service. Last year or so, service representatives are getting more rude and people are working intentionally slow. They are surely loosing my business going forward.
Jason Haning: Unable to do there job. Needed an alignment on my Toyota truck And they could not do it do to not having the correct adapters for their alignment rack. They said for months that they would get the parts and call me so they could align my truck and never did had to take it to a different Toyota dealer.
Gerald Cummins: Brought my 2004 truck to Gates for oil change and paid the extra $15 for the additive due to age of vehicle and high mileage. Thank goodness I saw the huge puddle in my driveway before I drove the vehicle again; no oil registered on the dipstick because the mechanic had not tightened the bolt or the filter. Will not return!!!
Andrea Grimm: We found a New Camry that we were looking for and looking to trade in our 2019 Toyota 4Runner with less than 33,000 miles on it…we had been given a trade in value of $33,500 multiple other places, but when we went to trade it in they wanted to give us $31,000…we ended up agreeing on $31,500 because Jimmy said that they don’t mark up the vehicles like other places and are very transparent. They are now selling it for $39,396. So…if you want a dealership that will actually give you what your trade is worth, DO NOT go here. Fort Wayne Toyota and Ed Martin Toyota are better options and will give you what your car is worth. We all know salesmen lie…but it’s how much they will actually screw you to get the deal done.
Nancy Wheat: Went there after my car was totaled a few week’s earlier. Found a fairly okay car & the price was somewhat In my budget. After 5 months another dealership asks me if I found a car yet. I was in touch with them & other dealerships right after my accident. I said yes but wasn’t 100% happy with it. So I look at a car & salesman asked me if I wanted to see Carfax. Sure I would. Find out the car I just bought was in 2 accident. By law they don’t have to tell me about the accident but knowing the car was, & then sell it to a senior citizen. Shame on them! I have very little faith in the Gates Administration!

Went in the next Saturday to pick up the truck and all of the paperwork was ready to go. In and out in less than an hour. Great experience with Gavin, Scott, and Lucas.
Barb Williams: Technicians are always kind when I’m there. I got an oil change for the first time since I bought my car, and the tech didn’t reset the maintenance part of the oil change on the car.

I stopped in recently to see if they had anything I might like and they were sort of rude and dismissive and vehicles had somewhat high miles for their prices. Roll the dice. Take your chances.
