loren mctheeney: I got a 2006 5.9 cummins and they told me it was looked over and good to go for the road. So I got it took it home and the transfer case was hold it on by one bolt to the transmission. My kids was in this truck thank god it didn’t come a part on my way home. So yes, I’ll give you one star. You do not look over your cars you sell to people and your Mechanic is a joke. And I let the bank know how bad this place is (would not go here if it was the last place on earth open!!!)

Found an Audi I liked on autotrader, called the same day and after talking with a sales associate had the car reserved until I made it down from Michigan in person the following weekend.Once I made it there in person Jason and Jaimie were very helpful in getting the test drive set up and helped streamline all the paperwork taking care of everything within a few hours (even gave me a generous trade in value on my current car I wasn't expecting) Overall great experience buying a car for the first time and they were very patient with all my questions.

The ONLY reason there was even a delay was that the title wasn't in Concord Cars name (hardly our fault they had to perfect title after they sold it). This took some time and then the salesperson would not return our call for a whole day. When we finally reached a sales manager, we were told they had sold it to someone else. Unbelievable.

I am still dealing with the exact same problems...I feel bad leaving a one star review, however, I have to share my horrible experience. I have a new truck (bought it brand new 9 months ago, it has less than 100k on it), obviously it still has a factory warranty. I brought it because it had some issues with transmission. I also decided to add a pm service.We dropped it on Dec 19 after speaking to Jeff.They checked the transmission and decided to erase all the alerts. And changed the oil and filters. That was all that was done.When I called a week later to get the bill, I was surprised with an absolutely inadequate bill: it was $1k for the oil change and $700 for erasing the alerts.I have several trucks and I had oil change service done in pretty much every state, and I can say this price is double of what I paid. When I mentioned that to them they agreed it’s “a little higher than usual”.There was no communication, no explanation, no estimate, or any desire to figure out a compromise.Please, be aware, ask for pricing in advance, so you do not feel robbed afterwards.

Joe Jelinek: I'm giving a 5 star review today for 2 reasons. #1 reason is the 2nd shift foreman Taylor is a ROCKSTAR! 1st night on the job and after doing what was asked of him, something that was seized in the U joint hid the play, but the U joint was broke. People are human and mistakes are gonna happen. It's how you respond to those mistakes in life is what defines you. Taylor handled it like a pro. Very professional! #2 reason is Adam in the parts department. He found the part, I assesed the situation and decided with overnight air. The part showed up when it was suppose to. Louisville Kentucky pulled their weight and helped make it all happen. Long story short, they made everything right and I would definitely give them my business again!

Debbie Setter: I had a DEF Quality sensor failure, and my truck was going to go into derate mode. I called the service department, and John Brant was the service foreman on duty. He gave me instructions on keeping the truck running until I made it to their shop. I arrived 1 hr before they closed, I didn’t think there was a possibility of them to even look at my truck. However, when I told John I had an Over Sized, Time sensitive load on, he didn’t waste any time going to work on it. I was back running within 2 hrs. I appreciate his dedication, and understanding of this industry. He literally saved me thousands of dollars, and John was very professional. I definitely recommend Whiteford Kenworth in South Bend.

Cheryl Wessely: Wanted his truck. He said he was leaving for the day so we couldn't see it. Asked if we had to bring cash and what time he opened in the morning. Headed out early (it's a 2 1/2 hour drive). Texted we were on our way and he said he sold it the day before. What the heck - we wanted to go the day before. If someone showed up the last minute and gave him a deposit over the phone, he should have called us first and asked if we wanted to leave a deposit. Not good customer service to tell us he won't be there for us to see it, then sell it to someone else.
