Mariah Mace: Wasn't pleased with food pantry but thankful for what we got. Not enough to help a family of 3 though. Your a food pantry but can't seem to cover bigger families apparently
Priscilla Gipson: They were extremely helpful. I went for rental assistance but they didn't have any funds available for that. Instead they paid my electric bill and I was very grateful for that.

Stephanie Jackson: I have a family of 5 and recently moved on this side of town. We were in terrible need of food, and thinking this was right down the street we went here. Well, needless to say, we didn't get much food wise for 5 people. I appreciate totally what we got, just wasn't impressed for a food pantry type place. The people were very nice I just needed more food.

Kim Williams: Worst experience I have had in a long time. I was given a number to contact and specifically ask for Melissa Bradfield. She was mean, condescending, and belittling. She is the reason working people going through a hard time refuse to ask for help. She did nothing but ridicule my situation with the most horrible attitude. Just to say that she couldn't help. Kindness goes a long way, but unprofessionalism is more acceptable these days.

Cheryl Bradford: I am so grateful for the help and kind people who are helping me at Real Services. Like many others, I have a fixed income and some disabilities, and honestly don't know what I would do without them. I have a caregiver who helps me stay on top of so many things. I have meals on wheels. They are helping me get a lift chair. My case manager Darcy, is a.God sent Angel, she understands and listens to me. I honestly don't know if I would have hung in there, if the hadn't stepped in to help. Wonderful Angels.

Phillip Hensley (Phensley): I gave Real Services another chance.I talked with a women named Julie whom told me she was the director.She immediately came to my aid. Going out of her way to bring me food out her own pocket, I didn't expect that.It was a welcome change from anyone else I'd ever talked to there. I applied for transportation, now here's the problem some of those working there are in the wrong vocation .I have withdrawn my spot from transportation due to lack of faith in the person whom runs it. I have been informed by Cory Zipca director of The Southbend ERF, that Real Services has the resources to help me with an immediate need.I called them yesterday we will see how this one pans out.,
Cynthia Marvin: Real Services has been here for the South Bend community. Serving our Senior Citizens and the impoverished with meals and heating cost assistance and much more. Project safe is a moratorium of disconnection on utilitie bills due to our cold winters. This program is usually in play from November till March. Keeping families safe from harsh cold winters. Applications are available by calling Real Services. And only once approved, are you covered by the moratorium Project Safe.

Jessica Johnson: Great place with great people.
Spring summer Fall winter: I had benchmark help me with my finances it was good then I was lied to and stole from.yes they. Do help there clients by getting them to Drs appointments and making sure bills are paid .meds are right but I can say they have only 2 honest employees one works with my hubby and the other works at the front desk.both are sweet proffessinal caring young ladies.so thank you to both of them.
Silvya Blair: I worked in management. It was Awful and they over worked you. I had to do overnights and still be expected to work in the office as a Program Director. They added work all the time. As for the clients they had staff stealing from them and sleeping on the Job. Pay was worst ever than any other company. The staff did there laundry at the group homes and the homes are not In good shape. The Director had no clue about what it took to work with clients at all, he always delegated but never was at the homes or spoke to the clients he sat in his office all day. Also, he was prejudice to women and fired most of them who were heavy as well.

Matt Bremer: Towed an 18 year olds car. The car was only there for a few hours. She is getting ready to start her training for the United States Air force and now she has to pay for her car. The kicker is is that all the neighbors are allowed to park there and get text from them saying that the sign dont apply to to and all her friends and family but it is weird how they asked her dad to mow their lawn and he told them no way because of talking to the other 3 landscape companys that have been there this year. Funny how this happens after parking in an empty lot for 18 yrs now it is a problem. Did not help a bit

Rosalyn Dikes: I just moved into a new apartment and paying the deposit and first months rent left my bank account dry. I went to St. Vincent and was able to shop at their pantry. Getting items like bread, milk, and canned goods. I was also able to leave with clothing vouchers for my children good to use at Goodwill. And I'm looking forward to signing my children up for their Christmas program at the end of the year. When you seek help at places like these it gives you hope and restores your faith in humanity. There are people out there who care you don't have to figure life out all by yourself when things get hard. The most humble thing you can do is ask for help. "God opposes the proud but gives grace to the humble." Stay blessed guys!
