Web Luke (WebLuke): For a mid-to-budget hotel basically at the airport, it was great. The room was clean and stocked. The staff was nice. This made catching my early work trip flight easy. Breakfast starts at 6:30 and I had to be at the airport already so I missed trying it. It looked like a few kids were enjoying the pool when I walked by after dinner.Rooms: The standard double queen room was clean and comfortable.Walkability: The airport is about a city block's length of walking distance. There is no other amenities net by. The hotel does have a small shop.

Vaidehi Phase: Nice experience with check-in and check out. The room was perfectly clean. Towels were clean and neatly organized. Linen Bedsheets was very clean, like a new and super comfortable bed. Warm water in a pool that was relaxing after a long day of work. Overall, I enjoyed my stay.Walkability: Walkable distance from SBN International Airpor, which is a plus point when you are on your way back to home and have an early morning flight with a hectic schedule plan.
Krystle Webb (Krystyle): I arrived at around 12:30am and I was given my room, and upon checking the bed and sheets noticed drops of blood on the sheets, informed front desk about the issue and was given another room. The 2nd room I checked the sheets and there were urine stains on one of the beds sheets and what looked like feces and boot prints on the other bed, once I informed the front desk she went upstairs to look and came back and stated " I know the sheets and comforters are stained but I assure you they are clean. " I informed her that its not clean and asked for someone to change the bedding she refused and canceled my reservation and stated the manager would call my company about a refund. I was left at 1am in the morning trying to find another hotel and secure an Uber to said hotel in a state I have never been in. Thankfully Holiday Inn Express had an opening and they have been amazing. I normally only go to LA Quintas in my home state which is Minnesota and have NEVER had a bad thing to say about my stay, but this LA Quinta was the absolute worst hotel ever, stay clear and don't waste your time or money.
Juan Arreaza: Stayed here last night—I would not do so again. Front desk staff were polite and nice(both shifts) but unfortunately the water heater was down and it was not (1) disclosed to me at the time of check-in (9pm; I called front desk an hour or so later) and (2) possible to determine when it would be repaired the next day. An early morning cold shower in the winter is not ideal. Close to airport.
John Thompson: AC leaked and the whole room smelled like mold. No hot water in the morning. Towels had brown stains on them. It is absolutely ridiculous what one has to put up with to find a hotel that accepts pets for less than $100 a night. Only positive was friendly staff and a working waffle maker, pan cake maker was out of order lol.

Amber Purcell: The concierge tried his absolute best to accommodate our needs and issues. He alone is the only reason I’m giving a 2 star review. The hotel room itself wasn’t cleaned well at all. We found old food, bottle caps, the bedding was stained, and even someone else’s open medication was left on the floor. There was a mold ring in the toilet and a bent nail sticking up on the floor as soon as you entered the room. The thermostat and refrigerator weren’t working in our room upon arrival. Turns out our room had a bad receptacle. So, after moving it to a different receptacle the refrigerator did work. After resetting our thermostat multiple times it finally decided to work as well. The pool was extremely smaller than what the website leads you to believe which indirectly, in my opinion, made it unsafe for little kids and weak swimmers. As a person who’s done their fair share of traveling this was one of the roughest hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Someone please give that concierge a raise and a good reference for a place with better employment opportunities.
nekole pate: I did not get the room that I booked. Once I brought our stuff in the room I finally looked at my reservation and the pictures online to makes sure I did not book the wrong room. I was told that I had ten minutes to notify them that it was the wrong room. I proceeded to call Wyndham to complain and was about to be upgraded for an additional $20 to the room that I actually booked but since we had our stuff in here and sat on the bed we could not upgrade any more since we had been in the room for about forty minutes. Did I mention we didn't even have linens to the pull out couch either.. I am so disappointed in the location and company. They could of moved us to another room. The actual room I booked online with no extra charges. But no!! I am stuck in this room that I did not reserve. I bartend at at hotel on the weekends and they would of never treated their guests like this. The company I work for is for the guests 💯. Unfortunately my company I work for has no hotels up in South Bend.

They went above and beyond to make sure my property was kept safe until I could retrieve it. The staff was so kind throughout my stay and the breakfast was absolutely killer. 10/10 recommend. Roger Draft: This outstanding hotel is across the street from Notre Dame and actually appears to be a part of the campus. We were fortunate to be traveling mid week rather than a football weekend, so were able to get a beautiful, well appointed room. From an evening reception with complimentary drinks and appetizers to a comfortable bed, a large screen TV, an exceptionally clean bathroom and a much better than average complimentary cafeteria style breakfast, we felt treated as welcome guests. It is easily accessible to and from US 31 and the Indiana toll road.

The restaurant staff was friendly, accommodating, and attentive. Our drinks that the bar were delicious.The only slight negative could be the fact that our handicapped room bathroom door does not stay open. So we had to prop it open with heavy items or it quickly shut because of the weight of that door. We are not handicapped, but it was annoying in general. Our coffee maker at first attempt exploded coffee all over. We advised the front staff, said would be replaced. It was not. The room was very dark. Not enough lighting and lights were dim. These setbacks were overall minor compared to most hotels of comparable price points. The fact that there is food on site and a bar, friendly staff, clean and well maintained prop is refreshing!! We were able to walk to points of interest (notre dame).

TeJae Jackson: The hotel is gorgeous and had a whole room set aside for keeping rambunctious hockey playing kids entertained because "we know they have lots of energy to burn." This is a first for a hotel to plan for and accommodate hockey kiddos like this in 9 years of traveling for hockey with my 3 children. It made us feel welcome instead of dreaded, which is HUGE. When booking for hockey tournaments you almost never have an option on where to stay, and to know many hotels don't actually want your hockey players there just makes the whole experience feel icky, like you're walking on eggshells. This was refreshing and wholly surprising. The rooms are beautiful and spacious - very comfortable.

Terry Pollock: An absolute joke for the money spent. And they say it's a toom that could go for 899.00 a night. Truly, anyone staying one night knows that's a complete joke. Found ice cream containers and to go bags underneath the bed from the prior customer, so did the sheets get changed then? We planned to eat there, and sat at the restaurant for 20 minutes before even being acknowledged. The rooms are small and dull. Water stains on the ceilings. The water pipes scream when you take a shower. Our air conditioning/furnace was on the fritz, so it was never a decent temperature in our room. AND in the pool room, the hot tub is out of service (indefinitely). When booking the hotel over the phone the gentleman assured us they had a hot tub, I guess it was wrong of us to assume it was working. The location is pretty much the best thing about this hotel.

Jim Lee: Hard to give a Hilton property a 5 star, but as a diamond member they deserve it. I had to park an oversized vehicle and they went beyond what they needed to to help me find a spot. The rooms are 5 star and the location is close to bars, restaurants, and venues. The building is architecturaly is amazing. Defiantly my must stay when I'm south bend. Thanks to the entire staff as well as restaurant and bar staff.

Dean Brown: Checked in at midnight left 10 minutes later. Room had a nasty smell. It was very hot so we tried to turn on the air but the AC didn't work. My wife and I got nausea and left within 10 minutes. They refused to refund because we used the bathroom in that 10 minute period. Jay, the manager is terrible. Just stay at the quality inn next door.
Michael O'Loughlin: A very clean, comfortable and convenient place to stay when visiting the University of Notre Dame. The staff is very helpful and we appreciate their kindness to us during our stay. A very good value in the area. Highly recommend Perkins restaurant nearby for excellent breakfast, lunch and dinner. Adjacent to a 7-11 store for fuel and other travel needs. Very convenient to the highway. The hotel is about a 15 minute drive to University of Notre Dame and Notre Dame Stadium.

Jasen Robert: There was a fire alarm at 2 AM because on e of the guests burnt popcorn. Had to evacuate and wait outside in the freezing weather. Other than that rooms are enormous compared to other similarly priced hotels... TV was also much larger. Bed was comfortable. And it was clean.Nearby activities: Within a mile of Notre Dame, and the Indiana Michigan state line
Emily Brooke: We came from Tennessee and later found out that we would have to have a hotel. I booked it last minute and by the time we got there we were exhausted so I was hoping for a place that was clean and comfortable, and that’s what we ended up getting 😁 I think the $150 hold fee (they said it could take 7-10 business days to be back on my card) was very unexpected and a little out of what I wanted to spend but I’m just glad it was clean, comfortable and very nice. And if it helps, no bed bugs or any other bugs.

Well kept up place to stay. Shower and bathroom outstanding, comfortable bed, great amenities in room , everyone working at the Inn were welcoming and helpful, It was easy to find and restaurants just down the street. I wish I could have given this place 6 stars.

Troy From Indiana: The room was very nice and comfortable, very modern decor and nicely decorated lobby. My company uses a credit card to make our reservations and then I use a personal card to pay the room rate. I'm a diamond member with Wyndham, as I generally stay in their properties about 200 nights a year. During ALL of those prior stays, if my PERSONAL debit card is on file, rather than the company's card, I am not charged a deposit. Which I was again told when I checked in. It's mid December and money is a little tight, so I didn't really have an extra $150 for the deposit, which is why I agreed to check in after being told the deposit would not be charged.Long story short,they overdrafted my account by $15 by charging a deposit I was told they wouldn't, and left me no viable option to get home since I was now broke.

James Freiberger: Used to be a good place to go to stay the night for a Notre Dame football game but has gone way downhill since covid. Indoor pool was out of order the whole time, outside pool area looks disgusting, restaurant/bar attached is out of business, you have to pay for breakfast and they are frequently out of food, and the TV broke in the room. Melissa Pedroza: Definitely not a clean room. There was hair all over the toilet and bathtub, spiders and spider webs in the bathroom and window. The rooms do not include the dark curtain for the window, only the sheer see through curtain. The indoor pool room is FREEZING as is the water. There is no longer complimentary breakfast. Staff was not very friendly. Next time we are in town, we will definitely be looking for a different place!

Nekitris Estelle: The first room I had had spiders 🕷 and it smelled🤭. I saw 3 spiders in different areas of the room and they got bigger. Now you know I could not sleep in that room/bed with spider crawling everywhere especiallyfor the amount they had charge. So Colton was very nice and apologetic. He upgraded my room to a suite. No spiders nor bad smell.
Office Schedule: We stayed here in December 2021- NEVER again! There was no breakfast as promised no the website and night time staff. The hotel restaurant was hardly open and when we asked about it we were told there was no staff. Corporate staff is rude and when trying to get some money back all they offered was points! The hallway smelled of pot and again when we tried talking to the front staff they just blew off our issues. We will never suggest to anyone to stay here - we tell them go somewhere else. Never again!!!

Jennifer R: I had stayed there a few nights so my kiddos could enjoy the indoor pool, maintenance was great, the staff in the kitchen are great working despite adversity; one of the lades hurt her back severely to the point where surgery was necessary. While she was recovering no one took over the kitchen one of our nights we didn't get the free complimentary breakfast that is promised. Manager should have stepped in the kitchen at that point. The shower was disgusting, stained and the water did not go down. To my surprise I seen my one year old playing with an object that was supposed to cover a large hole in the ground! There was nothing holding this object to the ground just laid on top. Wow. I asked the ladies up front for more towels twice never got them. This hotel would do great if they kept the staff that loves their job and removed the ones that simply did not care. I witnessed an older lady be rude to one of the customers over the phone. Also when I complained about the hole on the floor of the bathroom they charged me $50 for damages to the room, clearly I got that dismissed. No compensation was made just terrible service at least my kids got to swim, next time I'll just buy them a large pool with the money I spent.
