Courtney Baker-Beck: Great deals. We didn't buy anything; we just came in to look after eating dinner. Coming in here and looking around helped us walk off our food. But I did spot a lot of good deals on luggage bags, shampoos, some sprays and some clothes. I do wish they would have more AND a better selection for the plus size clothes. I do hate that a lot of the plus size shirts are all mainly styles for older people and not for someone in their 20's orrrrr also the pattern is to busy.

Karyl Lou: Went here a few weeks ago and I must say I was disappointed in the variety of clothes here. I've been to far bigger and nicer urban outfitters elsewhere, but what can you expect, it's south bend. If you're coming here just for the sale, don't waste your time, there's barely any variety. This location is decent but parking is also super limited.

I also informed them of our forty-five minute wait and the young man with a smile on his face questioned me on time. I kept a eye on the time I waited because I had be somewhere else...won't be getting any more of my money..i know the smile and the questioning. I've worked retail too long for someone to act as if I'm lying. Couldn't give no stars but oh well.

E L: Went in to look at name brand clothing too buy and also seen they sell Nike lanyards, a lot of false advertising here. Clothings is expensive here. Prices went up by $3 plus for the start. Also saying false advertising because the Nike lanyards, prices everywhere are $10 but not here they are $15. Clearly you can see in the picture below that on the original Nike sticker says $10, and it’s not EVERYDAY LOW PRICE, that false. Can go to the Nike store and purchase a lot of stuff for a better deal. Will never shop here again.

But three times I’ve gone to this store and the cashiers have forgotten to take the security device off an apparel item I bought . So I have to drive back to the store and have them do it . It’s not my job to make sure you remove it. Just make sure you watch them check out your items .

Christopher Rimes: One of the stores I will never be shopping at again we spend around $500 here almost every year for the kids sports stuff and they don’t seem to care that they sold us a $79.00 defective bat that was dented beyond use after 2 games by my 8 year old daughter! And all they could say was that it’s not their fault and we have to contact Easton to get it replaced. Well I will not be buying over priced garbage at this store ever again very disappointed and terrible customer service from people that don’t stand behind the products they sale. We bought my 10 year old son a bat at Walmart that he has used for 3 years dent free for half the price. That is were I will be shopping for sports items from now on!

Hunter Holbrook: Wish I could give 0. I came in with a basket of clothes and before I even sat the basket on the table she looked at me and said “I’m sorry we don’t take kids clothes. You look too young. do you understand what I’m saying? We don’t take JR sizes”. I’m 24. And 150 lbs. really weird, old ladies that shouldn’t be allowed to work in any business. There’s clearly no HR at that store to teach them about discrimination. It’s like they’re 80 with their first job.

I’ve even placed a few orders online and had them shipped to my house, and my clothes and purses always look exactly as advertised on their website. (Definitely sign up for their loyalty program, they send discounts via email 🙂) Super happy with my shopping experiences here!
