Mike Vaughn: Doug has been my go to guy for 5-6 years since Vizio sent him out to repair on of my huge flat screens. He couldn’t have been a nicer more knowledgeable old school guy. Since our first meeting he’s done several repairs/rebuilds for me including the total rebuilds on my vintage Cerwin Vega D-3’s (10”) and my massive D-9’s (15”) that are at least 40 years old and now sound better than ever if that’s possible. I’m pretty sure there’s not many Doug Garretts left!

When I called and told him my issue with my amplifier, he not only could describe my amp to me but went right into potential solutions to repair and improve my amp. Julie Birr: Had high hopes to have a tv repaired for my dad, but each time I have stopped in, the door is open, soft music is playing, lights are on, but NO ONE IS THERE! I have called out to see if they may be in the back. Once saw sign"out to lunch," sat in HOT car and waited over 50 minutes, checking every 10 min. or so, but no one even to talk to. Left a note with my phone and repair need...no response in 7 months.
Jack O'Brien: Doug, the owner was extremely responsive with questions before during and after I brought him an item to fix.We emailed back and forth a little on a 13 year old Harman Kardon receiver, and decided the best thing to do was bring it into his shop. If his helpful and thoughtful customer service had not won me over his shop would have. It was exactly what you would expect a good electronics repair shop to look like, plenty of parts, tools and machines.He looked at the receiver, and determined it was worth repairing. It is fixed now, and it never sounded this good, not even when I purchased it new 13 years ago.

Owen Pixley: These guys are great. Their work is top notch and very clean. I have a 2022 explorer and they hooked 6 speakers and dual subwoofers ran on amps up with ease. Their wiring work is very clean and they mounted everything exactly how I asked. I would recommend these guys to anybody looking for audio work. You get what you pay for with these and guys and every penny Is worth it.

Based on the remote starter installs, I have every reason to expect that install will look perfect and work as good as it looks. Prices are very reasonable too, especially given the level of professionalism for the install. Go with them and you will be happy! Sean, the primary installer is one of the very best at this anywhere.

They took very good care of me, listened to all my complaints. We made an appointment, I showed up and they quickly brought my truck in. They fixed everything perfectly! jason kuspa: I had an issue with a stereo that was installed by another business. Even though they said they were able to make all my steering controls work for the stereo I purchased. They were unable to. I called around and out of all the places I called, Audio Specialist seemed the most interested in fixing my problem. Charles, the representative I worked with, was super helpful. They fixed my issue no problem.
Dennis Ash: Was one of the worsted experiences I ever witnessed. I spent good money 💰 for lousy service. It should’ve been a two day installation which turned into a 4 day installation. After getting my vehicle back I noticed that the alarm was not working and carpet was not attached back to the floor like it was when dropped off. Manager Jake is very rude and definitely not a people person yet alone lacks having customer service. I went in today to have the items fixed and at the same time witnessed Jake the manager get so frustrated with me complaining he handed over the keys to the owner and said I quit. The owner Bruno agreed with me in knowing his manager Jake is definitely rough around the edges. Then after the owner received the keys from Jake he chases after him inside the store to beg him not to leave. A few minutes later the owner Bruno comes outside and tells me that he is losing his business today because of me complaining of the job that was done. The installer Nick was the only one with any customer service there and apologized for what I experienced today. Nick fixed the carpet and alarm and I think he should get a raise because he does have the skills to make sure the customer is satisfied. To the owner Bruno if you are going to lose your business because of one person I don’t think you have much of a business in the first place. I believe if you put a new manager in there with a customer friendly attitude and knows how to make people feel like they are important along with their business counts for something I believe may watch your revenue increase. Also hire another installer and quit working Nick so hard and then the manager won’t have to lie to customers on why it’s taking so long to get there vehicle done. Don’t Waste Your Time Or Money Here!

Sean Poyser: Update : Sales rep I spoke with retaliated by sending me a facebook message request along with a snooty message after I submitted this review just so he could have the last word. Additionally he posts review glorifying a service that was not offered.:: Would not do business with ::Purchased $100 pair of Focal 4". One of them started rattling about 3 months into use. I play mostly Zen meditative or gentle music. When I went to have someone look and tell me why it was doing that, they refused to help saying they didn't install them when they did. The sales rep offered to install them as part of the purchase bundle. He then asked me to bring in the speaker so they could test it. I don't carry a screwdriver like that in the car so i asked if I could borrow one to remove the speaker and bring it in. They said they don't have tools to do that and acted like they didn't want to have anything to do with me. On all I felt like I really wasn't given basic courtesy.

A&E came out 2x and said the dryer was operating normal. Obviously it wasn't, the laundry basket that sat on top the dryer for the first year and a half wouldn't even stay put any more. It would fall off the dryer full of clothes. So the warranty co. sent out Bob's repair. Within 15 minutes Byron had the dryer apart and found what the problems were. Amazing technician!
