Andy Evans: I can not recommend them enough! They have competitive prices with even the big box stores, their showroom is nice and clean, and all the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. I had bought other mattresses from them before and was quite happy, but when the last one had a manufacturing defect that showed up after a few years (no fault of the store), I was hesitating to start a warranty claim with Serta, not wanting to deal with it. I called up Comfort Sleep to ask about the date it was delivered to me, and instead, the owner came out to my house the next day to take care of the claim! We went and picked out our new bed at the store and Joe even entertained our 2 year old so we could test them! Joe is the best and not on Grape road! Thank you!!

Andre Lopez: I am the owner and operator of Mattress Center of South Bend. We had a mutual customer that we were delivering to at the same time. I didn't have my helper with me and had to drop off a heavy queen size solo. The guys from Andy's offered to help me and did even though they were under no obligation to. I thought that was very classy and deserving of 5 stars. Customer service comes first and these guys have it in spades. Thank you for the help. Support their business

kelly haines: I would not recommend ever purchasing from Andy's Furniture. My son ordered a recliner for his elderly grandmother in March 2021 and told it would be delivered in August 2021. He was contacted in July stating it would not be delivered until November 2021. He called the last week of November as he had not received a delivery date and was told it won't be available until late February 2022, 11 months after ordering. The employee named Gloria will not let you speak with a manager, supervisor, or owner. Andy's has been paid in full approximately $1500.00 and my son can't get anyone to return his call or a refund. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.

Miss Molly Brasseur: Had a great experience! Walked in looking for a table and chairs, and end tables and coffee table for the living room. Gloria Sass was there and greeted us, directed us to the tables and we found the perfect one and she showed us how to open and restore the extra leaf. We picked a set of living room tables. We didn’t want to wait on delivery so she and another gentleman that works there loaded everything in my husband’s truck and we left with it same day. Perfect, polite and fast service. Laura Boyle: Andy's Furniture has 2 locations, Mishawaka and New Carlisle, IN. The staff at both locations has bent over backwards everytime I've purchased items. They have a wide selection of Made in America choices, and if it's not on the floor they will order exactly what I want. I can take the items with me or they will deliver and set up, my personal favorite. I may look around for ideas and pricing, but I always go back to them for the purchase. I use their 12 months same as cash program ... something I highly recommend. Andy's Furniture is a wonderful local, small business, and I highly recommend them.

Larry Trowbridge: I'm going to miss dealing with Richard. My wife and I started doing business with him in the late '80's to early '90's when we needed a new waterbed mattress for our bed that we had purchased from a business that had went out of business. After dealing with Richard we REALLY wished we had bought from him instead. He was never pushy and didn't try to sell us the highest priced item we were looking for; he would offer/make us aware of them, but didn't pressure us into he higher priced item. In fact, we had a water mattress (out of warranty) that was leaking from a corner seam so we came in to buy a new one. He told us there was a strong chance we could fix it and told me how to do it...AND...gave me the patch/repair kit...FOR FREE! He also waived the deposit fee for the water mattress pump (more than once) when we needed to drain our bed when we moved our bed to a new house. Honesty and integrity of this level in this day and age are extremely rare and Richard will be sorely missed by my wife Melody and I. Prayers and well wishes in your retirement and we hope to be able to stay in contact.

The lady that was helping us was very nice and informative but she was up our butts relentlessly. I'd take half of a star off for this if I could.The good....Everything else about the experience was top notch. They kept me informed and our order arrived when they said it would. The guy at the warehouse was super friendly and very helpful getting our items loaded. The product is also nice even though we bought one of their cheaper sets.
David Ferguson: First off, after purchasing our bed and bed-frame from Big Sandy Superstore in Mishawaka and now after our second visit 2 years later purchasing a beautiful sectional and finishing off our bedroom set with a matching dresser set i’d like to say that these guys prices for the quality are unmatched. Pair that with the amazing customer service i’m totally convinced I will never buy from another store again for my furnishing needs and that was after visiting multiple stores before-hand (Big Lots, Ashley, etc). The staff is absolutely incredible with a few names to note, Jon, Danielle, Calvin, and Alicia. If you get the pleasure of dealing with any of these people you’ll most likely be writing the same review as myself. These staff members matched with the quality and affordability truly is shopping made easy. (And actually fun!) I will definitely be back!!!
