Owners are not so great, they tell you last half is due upon completion and when I tried to give the workers my money they said no due to not being able to give me a receipt or my bill and since the company will only accept cash then I do not walk around with a $1,000 in hand! I then tried many times to go out there but could never make their hours since they are only open mon-fri 7-4 and the earliest I can be off work is 4:30! I finally received my bill in the mail only after having them call me almost every day and me asking for a bill, once the bill was received (received bill a week and half ago) I new I had 30 days to pay it but then they just keep calling you day after day after day and now it has become harassing phone calls cuz not only does 1 person call you a second person then starts calling you, I don’t know if I will ever do business with this company again due to them forcing you to come in, calling you day after day, and not being helpful even after trying to pay them when the same day the job was done!!! They do not need to tell people due upon completion when customers do not even receive a bill for a week and then they have 30 days to pay it!
James Roll: We used this company around 15 years ago in our previous house and were completely satisfied. We had a couple of windows seal fail, called them and they were replaced - no problem. We have since sold the house and as far as I know the windows are doing great. I would use them again and have referred them to several of my insurance clients & family.
Brandon Gray: Very reliable and good company, and the owner is one the nicest in the area. They will get the job done exactly right. When they fixed my back screened in porch, they had forgot a piece for the door. We made plans for them to come back in a couple days, but the owner come over the next day and fixed it himself! Would recommend this company to my friends and family.

Dylan (employee) agreed to get our item. We waited for 45 mins and had to ask a few times if the item was coming. Ralph saw us and checked on us. He said he would go to the storage area and help Dylan. Ralph came right up to the front with our grill. This item was very heavy, and Ralph helped us load it into our truck. We never saw Dylan again.Wished Dylan would have asked his co-workers for help to allow us not to wait so long.I appreciate Ralph’s excellent Customer Service!!

Rob Nunley: Megs was the most rude employee i have ever come across to date in a Lowes. I just wanted to do a water exchange. I brought my empty containers and put them in the return receptacle, only for it not to give me a receipt. Megs told me "oh those have not worked in over 5 years." This would not normally be a problem, but they were out of water and I had no proof of my exchange. It was very hard for Megs to get me a receipt of my bottle deposit and treated me like I was less than for requesting such a receipt. Long story short, do not use the water exchange program here. If you do, all you have to tell them is you already gave them a deposit because "all my cashiers know" according to Megs. I'm sure Primo and Lowes will appreciate everyone avoiding the bottle surcharge for new purchases.

When check out gets busy, the line up area can get a bit clustered but I’ve never had to wait long to get thru! So. Many. Plants.

#SOOBIN: how can you NOT love kai: Do not work here.Overtime is unpredictable. Nepotism (there's a looot of families working here together) and favoritism are rampant. They've changed their point policy and raises a lot in the past few years; recently they decreased the amount of points you can get before you time out all while still penalizing you for an entire year with each point before they expire, and taking away quarterly raises for new hires. Sewing machines along with other equipment are outdated and constantly need to be repaired by maintenance which can take forever and force you to look for something to keep yourself busy. OSHA violations are plentiful, and the overall structure/organizational system of the factory is quite chaotic. You can expect to be pulled to another department with short notice and no explanation as to why. There's often no work to do.I can list quite a few people who shouldn't be working there, along with quite a few people who shouldn't have been fired. The woman who runs the training center has been known to pay more attention to certain demographics than others. Night shift lead for walls does not like to be challenged and will intimidate you if you do. And there's one woman in HR (out of the measly 3 who run it) who quite frankly seems insane and it's AMAZING that they have her in HR. She's horrendous. Her family works there as well, all of whom likely also get away with doing nothing. There's more I can include, but I'll save it.This place will only continue to decline. And I hope everyone I care for still working there leaves or retires before it crashes.

I can not wait to learn these things. I know what it’s like being a mother and trying to pay bills. Anchor is a job set up for mother’s. U get to go home at a decent hour to still be a parent to your children. I just had my 4th baby so I get it.

Trisha Kemp: I'd like to thank the staff at the Westside Evansville Home Depot! I ordered 4 dining chairs online. When I ordered them I thought I just needed to screw the seats to the chair frames, but when I received them the seats were not pre-drilled. I called HD and Glenn, the manager, said that if I brought them in they would attach the seats. I have a small car so I had to bring them in one at a time. Austin and Dylan worked on my chairs in between customers. They did a great job and took care to put down a pad so that the chairs wouldn't get scratched while they worked. The chairs look great and feel really sturdy. Everyone I met there that day was very helpful. Great customer service! Thank you all!
Tyler Dixon: First time in Home Depot in several years, across several states. I was always dissapointed with their staff service and helpfulness. This particular store has an extremely impressive, professional, and friendly staff. I had 4 separate staff members approach me, and ask how they could help. I didnt have to search anyone out and I found things quickly. The greeter was great, checkout was great. Absolute kudos to the team. Just maybe, my next home improvement project vendor will be orange, instead of blue. :) keep it up.
