Ashley Collins: Standing in line waiting on black Friday of course it's busy. As I wait I watched several of the girl employees either touching their hair or scratching. That is unsanitary especially when you are handling food . No gloves. Pretzels were ok.

ReturnToZender: Been coming by for the past few days to get the Dutch Almond Pretzel Bites here. When I first came in, they told me it would be a 5-10 minute wait which was absolutely fine, I got some fresh out of the oven, warm and soft, and when they gave me the wait time they even let me try a sample! The staff here are consistently good to me (and a little generous too) and the prices are surprisingly low for the quality offered!I usually get my pretzel bites with fudge and they taste sooo good. Will probably be back tomorrow :)Ben's soft pretzels made me redefine what a five-star experience is. In my opinion, they meet it. Ben's soft pretzels is the only business that made me think that I should leave a review.I guess my only word of advice is that if you don't want soft pretzels then you're gonna be a little disappointed :P they're luxuriously soft.

Jason Stein: I got one of these fresh from the oven, brushed with butter and extra salt. It has to be THE best pretzel I’ve ever eaten. No joke.

Sister YaYa: I went to get a milkshake and they made it with expired milk. 3 days past the expiration date. If you intend on running a business should not give your customers expired stuff. The person in charge told the worker to just go ahead and use it because we probably wouldn’t notice

Jordan G: 10/8/19 I went to the Evansville, IN location today to buy 4 pretzels (there were 4 in the case) I was told I couldn't have them because then that would empty the case so I would have to wait until the new ones came out of the oven. She then went on about how the $2 pretzel deal (on Tuesdays in October) need limitations and how understaffed they are on Tuesdays. I brushed it all off despite being irritated that she wouldn't sell me the product that was a foot from my face. I started to wait & then a Meijer employee came up and she took 1 of the 4 in the case. The worker told me it was because she was on her lunch break to which I replied that I was on mine as well. I only needed the 4 because I work at an office around the corner and I was going to surprise the staff. She told me I should have called and ordered ahead. For 4 pretzels? I walked out. I would be fired if I treated a paying customer that way. I am extremely disappointed. I left a voicemail on the corporate line as well.The pretzels taste great & I have never had a problem at this location until today but whoever that worker was today acted extremely immature for being in her 50s.UPDATE 10/9/19 The owner, Ron Miller, reached out to me via email and apologized. He also had a tray of bites and sauces delivered to my office, free of charge. His customer service and care was appreciated & it was so nice to see an owner take genuine interest in concerns from their customers. 5 stars.

Kayleigh G: Always walked by it and it smelled amazing. Finally decide to try it out since I was out with a friend. Mine was doughy but cooked. My friend's pretzel was raw in the middle (see pic). I think in general they're rolled too thick so they just don't cook all the way through.

Dollar general is just overall terrible and I hate that it’s the only option sometimes. Do better.

I have been in half a dozen times in the last 3 months and the carts full of products to be stocked are still sitting in aisles whether it's new stock or previous stock. Seem to be short handed alot. Shelves are nearly bare in several areas. Kinda messy. The workers are decent. No problems with customer service to date. This store could use more help

Jason Krueger: Often close early and dont follow posted hours on google so you never know what hour this week its going to be open, this store is a bit of a shame. Stock is always on carts waiting to be put up, but never on the shelves. Customers by far do the most damage here though, this store is a main shopping location for this neighborhood so a constant in flow of kids and pan handlers make it so inpleasant to shop here. Constant theft and open half eaten packages all over the place. This store needs help.

The only items that are stocked is those that are stocked by outside vendors such as milk and soft drinks... otherwise it is pointless to waste my time to stop. I ran in last night and the store was in horrible shape many shelves are bare and freezer section and coolers are bare except milk and soft drinks. It was so bad I took pics.
