Castle Brook: Called late December, 2021 and set appointment for a quote on replacement of an exterior deck for January 3, 2022.Dennis arrived a bit late but was pleasant enough; spending a half hour or so listening to our needs, discussing options, timing and taking measurements.As of this writing it is now a month later with NO follow up. No call, no quote, not even a message to say, "we're not interested and sorry to have wasted everyone's time."As with most families these days we are busy and prefer to use our limited time productively. I recommend you look elsewhere.

I called and was received by an unpleasant individual that told me I was being rude because I questioned the quality of their work. We did get to a point that it was understood that there had been some confusion. I set up to have an estimate made for the work. They never showed up. Jason Jones: I called them for an estimate for a rather costly home remodeling project. Dennis Gates came out and looked it over. 6-7 weeks later, after 3 different phone calls from me and three different promises, no estimate and they didn't even bother to call me back. Whoever is leaving positive reviews must either work for them or be paid by them, because all I got was unprofessionalism and no follow-through. One can only imagine if I had hired them and something went wrong...

Chad Hart: I recently purchased a newly renovated/'flipped' older home and there were some things needed to be done that the seller would not address. I reached out to several local contractors but Jeff Head was quick to respond. I was surprised that he met me at the house himself - a bit surreal after seeing him on TV all these years! We talked through what I was concerned about and later he followed up on a time frame. I'm sure my work was MUCH smaller than the big jobs they do, but I think it worked out with scheduling that they could fit a little job like mine in. They fixed some issues that my home inspectors called out. I was happy with the two gentleman who came out - they communicated what was happening and did their best go give me realistic expectations and recommendations. Jeff even stopped by. I believe this was the day of a company cookout, so I am thankful they were able to get to my job in such a timely manner. They did a good job cleaning up when the job was done, too. A little peace of mind goes a long way to a new homeowner.

My existing gutters could not handle all of the rain water from my roof line and i was getting water in my basement. Jeff suggested installing 6 inch gutters. This has completely resolved the issue! The roofers worked from 6 in the morning until 9 at night. They completed the entire roof (not a small one) in one day. My property was spotless when they left! They returned one more time to do a double check on their cleanup! Great experience from start to finish with competitive pricing! I highly recommend Heads construction, they are now my go to company!!

Alvin Esteves: I had a roof leak and contacted Heads Construction. They sent a contractor who checked my roof, did some patching, charged me $500 and said it was fixed. Rains came and water was still coming through the roof. I called Heads, they sent someone again and they patched it again without charging me anything. Rains came and water was still leaking through. Heads sent the same person again and this time they said I needed to spend $32k to change my whole roof to fix that leak!! I contacted another roofing company and they successfully patched the leak for $250 and said they’d change my roof for $18k (when the time came) but they were able to successfully fix the leak without changing the roof!!Speaking to my other colleagues they confirmed my experience that Head’s is extremely expensive. I’d think that extra money would lead to better quality of work but that doesn’t seem to be the case at least in my experience. I would not recommend them to anyone.

It was a nail that was not installed properly.I would recommend Head’s Construction to everyone that wants good quality work at a good value.

Reno O: These guys are absolute crooks! They redid a friends roof and charged him $500 for decking that was never used. He called them out And they said the foreman gave them the wrong information. Lol. Also called them out on boards that were not used and the owner said he wasn’t gonna argue about pennies. It may be pennies to them but it was also $300 that He paid for in materials that were never used. So not pennies to him. Jeremy Thelen: I reached out to Builders Flooring on a recommendation for their dust free floor grinding. The end result looks great and was almost completely dustless.My issue is that working with their project manager was extremely frustrating . The first time I scheduled an estimate he did not show. No phone call, nothing. I called the office and he stated that he "forgot about my estimate". Okay, this has to be a one time thing so I rescheduled. He did not show up for attempt two either. No phone call yet again. I call the office and guess what, he forgot about the appointment again. This was extra frustrating as I only had a few days available to get the work completed, yet I could not get on the schedule until he comes out for an estimate. Do they want the work or not? Finally an estimate was completed. Work was scheduled to start between 8-9am. 9:30 came and no crew, I call this project manager yet again and he states he rearranged the schedule and the crew would now be coming later in the day. Yet again, no call, no heads up nothing. Just expected me to be available all day for them to come whenever they please. Clearly an appointment means nothing to this business. I basically told him about the floor that I saw elsewhere and asked him to show me something similar. As we looked at the samples he guided me to the proper type of floor that would be best for my needs. I have a tri-level home so there were alot of stairs involved. They came out beautifully. My kitchen was designed by Kelly at Builders Flooring. She did a great job with suggestions and helped to keep me within my budget. The process in this time of supply chain issues could not have gone more smoothly. Builders Flooring and Design had so many options, making it difficult to decide, they couldn’t have had more patience. We worked with Caleb and Kelly in the office to guide us through our decisions, very friendly and helpful. The timeline was planned out and the workers arrived like clockwork. Demolition began and our project was underway. The recommended electrician, plumbers, cabinet and tile installers were efficient and professional. The hardest part was waiting through holidays and the wait for cabinets (we were informed at the beginning of the project, the timeline including holidays-we were just so anxious for completion).The cabinets are absolutely beautiful! Tons of compliments! We chose Shiloh inset cabinets in the color of cadet, makes our house look completely different. We used the same cabinetry throughout (kitchen, laundry, and bathrooms). We updated with drawers in the lower cabinets- sooo much easier to access items. The quartz countertops we selected are stunning. Our tile floors (21” square on the diagonal) make the house feel so spacious and easy to maintain with 4 dogs. The downside is now we “need” new furniture.
