I've been in here several times I've had my scooter worked on and I've been in here looking at new scooters. If you're looking to buy a scooter he is great to you because you're bringing cash in. When you have to buy a part everything there is eight to ten times what it costs anywhere else. He brags and boasts on himself and can be mildly friendly but like I said that is when he thinks that he has something to gain from it he is very rude

THE TRUTH: I’ve always had good customer service with these guys in sale but as far as Dylan Hooks goes and his misunderstanding of mechanics, I’ve been a diesel mechanic for 23 years and just because you don’t understand something does not mean someone’s trying to get over on you? It takes time and money to tear apart a engine to find out a problem you can’t expect someone to work on your engine for free. It doesn’t work like that.

Jeff Robinson: I have always had great service from the service staff. Five stars to them!I recently called about a battery warranty that came with my Goldwing. They won't honor a nation wide warranty. It was to much work for them, like 15 minutes of their time to call for approval. I was told to take it back to where I bought the bike. Because I didn't have a problem buying the bike from the competition, I could go back. I bought my bike ells ware because they couldn't get the bike I wanted and if they could, it would be $7000 more than a competitor.I have been spending at least $1000 a year for the last 6 years with Westside Honda. And since I, like them can pick and choose who I do business with, it WON"T BE WESTSIDE HONDA AGAIN!Hey parts counter kid, 15 minutes just cost your employer a lot of money from me.

Jim Fritz: I put $200 down as a deposit on a CFMOTO back in May 2021 that was going to come in at the end of the week. It didn’t come in on time. I changed my mind and they kept my deposit. Maybe that’s their policy but I didn’t like it. I don’t recommend putting money down to hold your place.

These guys go Above & Beyond to make sure you are HAPPY with your purchase. AND they don’t forget you after the sale. We live outside Chattanooga and the dealer in Chattanooga did NOT hold a candle to Tyler and the guys at Big 4. Chattanooga dealer even sold us a double trailer that was not designed to hold our 2 jet skis. 😡We wound up driving back to Big 4 to trade the useless trailer in on the exact trailer that we needed. If you are looking for a dealer with a knowledgeable staff, with friendly bend-over-backwards service and friends that answer the phone after the sale, BIG 4 CYCLE & MARINE is where you need to go!!We thank you guys so much & a special thank you to Tyler. Wheaties Burton: Just saw your comment. Other then you being unable to answer the phones, you are also unable to record what work is supposed to be performed, what parts to order, or complete any work. I had to wait 3 weeks just for an oil change. Then you couldn't even complete the very simple repair I asked for. Not only were you unable to do this, but you also damaged my bike in the process and left it in an unsafe condition. This is not the first time I've had issues here, but it will be the last.
