Eric Downs: The woman at the kiosk was very rude. I suggest shopping online. I asked to see the men's round sunglasses and then she proceeds to tell me about her political views and how gender is obsolete now all the while with her smug looks.. Just show me what I want and don't try to give me your political stance. I'm their to buy glasses not hear your political views. The long hair dude is much nicer! only reason I am giving 2 instead of 1.

Danny Rozhon: I went for an exam the other day, it went well enough. Afterward I was left to wander the store. They were busy but you would expect someone would at least acknowledge me and let me know that someone would be helping me directly. Very disappointing service. I went back to the desk, picked up my prescription and found a store that appreciated my business.

jeffrey Serve: Went for the second appointment today and the receptionists lost my paperwork and had to refill out . Then couldn’t find my correct insurance. Girls working behind the counter are very rude , and condescending . I highly recommend not ever going there. I’ve used EyeGlass World in other cities and by far the worst experience ever.I hope they read this and hire more professional staff then the Walmart staff they have now. No Class !!
Alana Phillips: This place is unprofessional and doesn't respect the time people set aside for their appointments. It took six weeks to recieve contact trials, mostly because they never notified me they had arrived. I was left waiting nearly an hour past my appointment time for my follow up and left waiting again when I came back and they said they'd "get me right in". The doctor refuses to release my prescription (that I paid for) so now I'm left to despite it through insurance company to get my money back. Don't waste your time here.
Jarred Morris: I have been a customer of this Eyeglass World for over 20 years. I had my exam over the weekend. The doctor has been there as long as I have been going and is always friendly and does an excellent job always. Miranda rang up the order and was friendly and thorough. She gave about a two week window for the lenses to arrive but they arrived earlier. I dropped off the glasses and they were ready to pick up same day but I couldn't pick up til the next day. When I picked up the glasses, Genevieve was very friendly as well. She accidentally broke one of the temple tips and she kept apologizing and said she felt so bad. I completely understood since I used my own frames but without me asking, she gave me a new pair of the same brand I had free of charge. That is excellent customer service. She also put new nose pads on an old pair, adjusted and cleaned both pairs. Again all I have to say is thank you and that is what I call excellent customer service. I will be back and will 100% recommend.

Roger Pollard: Sara G. Was awesome! She did my exam and fully explained my vision type. Must I mention she is also full of personality!? I had the exam done and had a pair of frames picked out in less than an hour. Much recommended!Update 4/2023: I came in to make an appointment for an eye exam to be rudely told that I couldn’t be seen on this very day. It was not my intention to be. Turned out though, they had appt. Cancellations and I could be seen in no less than 30 mins.Oh, okay, great! While waiting I had to try and block out some inappropriate office talk the workers were having. I sense there’s tension between coworkers? It was a bit bizarre to be hearing this as a customer. The eye exam was swift and the doctor was friendly. When it came time to pick out some frames the guy just didn’t seem to be in good spirits. He just seemed impatient and was more focused on upselling the lenses that my insurance didn’t cover. He was more upset when I didnt want all the features. It really threw me and my wife off and looking back I should have just grabbed the prescription and shopped frames elsewhere because the experience was not great from the minute I stepped in that door. I will NOT be coming back when I’m due for new glasses.
Laila Jaber: Went in for eye exam picked out glasses my insurance covers 250$ found frames for 199$ picked lenses was quoted 450$ total. 250 covered by ins. leaves me 200 out of pocket. Decided to bring my own frames in to save money NOW quoted $450 just for the lenses?!!!?!! They still want my insurance 250$ and 200 out of pocket! That’s got to be insurance fraud !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Kristina Steele: I felt rushed looking at frames before my appointment. The associate asked me if I had narrowed down my selection after only about 5 minutes, in which I was still looking and had not really decided on anything. I was trying to find a pair of glasses that looked fine on me and that was in the budget my insurance would cover since I did not want to pay anything out of pocket, but I felt rushed and I just picked the first pair of glasses that looked good on me. I had to pay about 80 dollars out of pocket since I didnt have time to look at the price before buying it, which I was not planning to spend that much on glasses. I guess I will just go there about 30 minutes before my appointment so I can try on glasses in peace or just go to an owned practice next time instead of a chain. I felt like the associate was trying to get me to buy certain pairs, like he makes commission off them or something. Just dont make the customers feel rushed to pick something and get out. Thank you!

I had to put money on my credit card as the make employee did not listen to me when I said I didn't have copays from Anthem.My insurance agent sent me an email stating that I didn't have copays. Sent a screenshot of his email to customer service.I will have to make another visit this afternoon as they are closed in noon.
Leslie Kerner: Went last time, with an appointment, and after we arrived they told us they did not have a doctor available that day. They said they tried to call but I didn’t have any missed calls and just an appointment reminder email.Decided to give it another shot and went again with my daughter today. I had submitted all my information weeks in advance but as soon as I told the lady our name she rudely told me there was an issue with insurance. I had all the info from the provider but she(again rudely) told us to go sit down. We waited and then she called us back and told us the insurance wouldn’t verify our coverage but told us we could private pay and try to submit. After being talked to so disrespectfully, we decided to leave. I wouldn’t have cared about the error if it wasn’t for the pure lack of customer service and being talked to the way we were. Definitely will not be going back.

Adam Knight: Made an appointment the morning before online, put in my insurance information, a couple hours later they called to confirm and I gave them my insurance info again. Came in for my appointment they gave me my paperwork to fill out where it says insurance they had a question mark as if they didn't know, even though I gave it to them twice. So, I put my insurance in the spot again. The lady called me right back to do my initial test and looked at my paper and said, oh hold on a second I'll be right back a few seconds later came back and said they just tried to call and could not get a hold of my insurance and if I wanted to pay in cash. I said no and immediately walked outside called the provider number on the back and got right through. They did not try to call just didn't want to take my insurance. Not somewhere I will ever go again and definitely do not like to be lied to. If you don't take my insurance fine I get it be honest. I am self employed and have to ha e what I can afford. But never lie about what you did especially when I am sitting right there and neither of you tried to call anyone in the 5 minutes I was there.

janice jameson: I visited an optician for the medical side of my eyes but not for the vision part of it because they didn’t accept our insurance. My son recommended this place so I made an appointment and went. I can only visit once a year and while the girls in the front were very kind and helpful, the one who did the pre testing was kind but I’d recommend that if she or anyone else speak to the optometrist/ doctor or whoever, make sure that the customer/ patient doesn’t hear the conversation. The optometrist came in and did the exam very quickly and said that I have cataracts and need them removed when I get tired of not seeing. He then said that I would pass a drivers test?? I asked about updating my glasses to help me see. He said I will give you glasses but it’s not going to make much of a difference. And sent me on my way. The glasses are fine but the prescription can be better. Now I have to wait until the beginning of the year to visit another place. Never have I felt like I wasn’t important enough to be properly taken care of. I first gave a review on social media and it was a good one but only for the employees who were respectful
