Disappointed on their customer service, it’s been over a month and they haven’t fulfilled the promise to replace the missing headrest in my car. I work overseas in austere environments and all I wanted was a car that was functioning properly and help me unwind from the stresses of my job. This dealership has only added to my stress. The day I drove my car home I noticed that when the headlights were switched on. My side brake lights stop working. Emailed with video proof, called but got no answer. Still no response. I’m not asking for much but working brake lights. It’s a safety issue and a headache for me to have to take my new car to the dealership and get them replaced. Attached is the cost of only a FEW of the problems I discovered. In the video you can clearly see the side brake lights don’t work.

I don't know what kind of inbred Amish, coal powered computation devices they use to process the title, but f### your state and f### your shady car flipping business.

Todd Lemley: Update: Smooth sale, terrible follow through, poor communication, frustrating. The sale was easy and smooth. I asked the salesmen if they go through the cars, change oil, check brakes, etc. when cars are put up for sale. He assured me that yes they do. The dealer also agreed to replace the broken taillight, polish/buff out scratches on the rear bumper resulting from an employee backing into something on the their lot and touching up a few stone chips on the front. I checked the oil and it was black, dirty and obviously hadn't been changed in some time. After numerous attempts calling and leaving messages I went to their website and sent an email. They finally called back and agreed to change the oil and replace the taillight, address the scratches and touch-up. Left the car the entire day, they performed the oil service and replaced the taillight, did not address the scratches or touch-up. Again, attempted to call them and leave messages for days without any response. Finally got lucky and someone answered the phone, took the car back again. The stone chips had been touched-up but the scratches/scrapes on the rear bumper hadn't been addressed, again. Very frustrating and poor communication.Update: Picked the car from touching up the stone chips and now there is red and green touch up paint on the leather seats. Wow, terrible.

Sir CES: They will clear codes and engine lights just to sell a vehicle. And then play stupid. This place claimed to do a huge inspection and obviously it was by incompetent technicians. I would never recommend anybody buy a vehicle from this place. Overpriced beat down vehicles. Definitely not worth the money. You can buy a better quality vehicle for a better deal at most anywhere else.

frank schmidt: They are not good at getting back to you. I contacted they emailed asking where did i go. I was never anywhere to go anywhere i just wanted info. I replyed to email, and still no info on cars i was looking at. The cars are still posted and have been posted, but i dont think they wanna sell the cars i looking at. Rachael Rowe: Here I am, a month after buying my Jeep Cherokee from Bob Thomas Ford, and I get a call that I am late on my old car payment (which is supposed to be payed off, according to the paperwork I signed off on when I bought the Jeep). I found this out while being on my lunch break from my old co signer on my old Dodge Journey. Mine, as well as her's, credit is being dinged. I was not notified by my old bank nor Bob Thomas. I was driving my new Jeep thinking my old Journey was paid off. Long story short, I am currently still dealing with this problem. This isn’t the only problem with my Jeep. When I first bought my Jeep, the next day it didn’t start. They sold me a car with a bad battery, with knowing about it.I called and they told me that they had to jump the jeep before test driving. Luckily, they took care of that. Of course I had to haggle them to take care of it at all. I didn’t have bad service with buying the car, but I have had nothing but problems since. I advise to find a different car dealer if you’re looking to buy a car. I don’t wish what I have went through on anyone.

Angie C: Got sold a car with what i thought was just some bald spot but turned out to be bulges. When I mentioned it to the sales man a few days after purchase he said "that's impossible, they cant be" then he went on to saying he can't do anything about it and it's all on me. Basically to go f**k mysef because it's not his problem. Now I have to go spend $300 for just 2 tires. When I got sold this car I was told it was like brand new with low miles multiple times. And he guaranteed that it passed their "inspection". That's what sold me. For someone who has struggle for years and finally have enough to purchase her first car and then get sold a car with a list of problems is just beyond frustrating. Don't EVER buy a used car from here.

Benjamin Luther: Make sure you ask the right questions before driving out there. They listed a car online and did not say it was a manual transmission anywhere. The pictures conveniently had the steering wheel cover the shifter. I drove almost three hours one way with my wife toddler and baby just to have them joke that I did not have the patience to teach my wife how to drive a manual. Anything for a sale I guess.

Josh Wickersham: We live right around the corner and when it came to buying a car, we wanted to stay local and they have a great selection of cars in good cosmetic shape. We test drove a couple cars, found one we liked. He insisted that he'd personally driven it for 500 miles and it was a fantastic car. When I went to pay, he tried to charge me $500 more than we'd previously agreed on, luckily it was via email so I had proof.Less than a week later, the check engine light came on. Vacuum hoses needed replaced, the catalytic converter was in rough shape and there was a major issue around a spark plug that had clearly been ignored because 3 out of 4 plugs were brand new and the last one was barely in place. I've nearly finished fixing those issues about 5 months later and I'm being told that the radiator should be replaced soon. I've almost paid off my car in repairs alone.I do not recommend going here. Save yourself the time and especially the money and go somewhere, anywhere, else.**Edit: Just got off the phone with the mechanic and one of the problems persisted for so long that it literally destroyed another part, thus doubling my cost. That's what you have to look forward to.

Le Rou Rou: Buying a car here is like gambling. You wouldn't know if the car has been tampered with just so your test drive was smooth or the vehicle itself is good. There are a lot of horror stories regarding this place but one thing you need to take into consideration is that you are buying a USED car. At the end of the day, it is your decision to buy or not. I bought a 98 camry five years ago. Still running without any problems except for the time when I have coolant leaks. The only real problem is have is the engine oil leak but been driving for 5 years and nothing really happens because the leak was so little. You can call it that I won the gamble for the cheap price I paid for the vehicle.

Jessica Cronin: Bought an 09 Vibe here last year. 2 days later thermostat went out. Took it back to him to have it fixed. Offered to pay for the repair, but he refused. Bought the car for a great price and he even ordered new tires for me and put them on. Last month I was involved in an accident with that car being totaled. He even let me borrow a car from him to let me go get my personal items from the car before insurance towed it. Very caring and understanding man. When insurance finally settles, I will definitely go back to get another car from him!For those of you complaining, these are USED cars... It's on you to check them out before you purchase them. Anna Elle: I've been buying cars from Yared for the past 12 years and my cars have never had any major issues. I bought my most recent one in February of this year and lovvvee it! I haven't even had to have the oil changed. I know car shopping can be different for everyone but Yared stands by his word as long as you show up for what you say needs to be fixed. It's discouraging to others that some people can have a "bad experience" for whatever reason and act like it's someone else's fault. The bottom line is, when you buy a used car as-is from anywhere, you need to get it checked out before buying it, not complain after a few months of already driving it around. I can't speak for anyone but myself so of course, I've had to put on brakes or tires (when I wanted them) but out of 6 cars that I've bought, I haven't had engine, transmission or nothing bad go down. Hopefully, this helps someone. I challenge people to check things for themselves and know that business is always on a different level.

When I sold my car to them it took 39 days for them to pay me for it. Please if you read this make one thing happen, call your customers when you say you will call them. Hank Borden: Purchasing a vehicle was quite frustrating, with communication from Logan and Sam very inconsistent. I left voicemails and sent emails for three days with no response. I was finally able to reach a different salesperson who kept me on the phone until he could locate Sam to speak with me. I absolutely love the MX-5 RF , but will definitely not return to O’Daniel.

Arick Crecelius: Matt Tillapaugh failed in my book.Matt Tillapaugh at first was doing a great job in assisting my friend in purchasing a new vehicle. The car was supposed to be delivered by the end of September, however, it arrived early. My friend was out of the country, until September 1st. Matt texted her saying that they are concerned with holding the vehicle at the dealership for 3 more weeks until she came back into the states. He continued to play with her emotions, she felt scared that they were going to sell the vehicle underneath her. That is absolutely horrible to do/make someone feel like that when they have no control of the situation/being able to come home sooner. This was her first time purchasing a new car and there was already anxiety and nervousness about the process of purchasing a car. My friend picked up her car this week, everything went fine at the dealership other than it took a long time.I am not impressed with Matt and his tactics (my guess is he used this tactic to help him meet his monthly quotas). If I had to purchase a vehicle from this dealership, I would go with a different sales rep.

Shane Carper: Extremely satisfied with my experience here at Professional Auto. I dealt with Abe and he really took his time with me, and I didn’t feel highly pressured. Their prices for used vehicles are actually very fair in this market. The car I was interested in was marked at $15,780 and I went to several other dealers in the area and comparable vehicles of the same year, size, and type were in the range of $17,500 - $19,950. I wanted to keep the price around $15k and another dealer was pushing me pretty hard to a 2016 Hyundai Sonata for $16k. I ended up getting a 2019 Nissan Sentra from Professional Auto for $15,380. They also worked with me to get my payment right where I needed it.There were a few minor things that needed addressed on the car and they were able to handle those. Their car wash person was out for the day, so they also handed me $20 to get an ultimate car wash. They were able to very reasonably work in a 3 year bumper-to-bumper warranty, which makes me feel very comfortable about the sale. They are also a full service center right here, which I didn’t know! So any service I might need, they are able to do right here under my warranty. I can also get my oil changes done here for only $24.99.Abe explained to me that they buy most of their vehicles as they are coming off of a company lease. They know they’ll have around 50,000 miles or less and will have all maintenance records for the vehicle. Those vehicles also tend to be mostly highway miles and are more reliable then general ‘auction’ cars, which are hit or miss.Overall, my experience here has been great. Looking through their reviews, I was pleased to see so many people that stated they’ve come here time and time again over the years and have bought multiple cars from Professional Auto. That kind of repeat loyalty really says something! I also had a friend of mine personally buy 3 cars here over several years for her family, and they were very happy each time.Obviously, no company is ever going to be able to please everyone 100% of the time, and with any car of any make & model, there are always scenarios where something could go wrong. This is why the bumper to bumper warranty for 3 years really eased my mind.Thank you so much Abe and Professional Auto for making me feel confident and comfortable in my purchase, for working with me on price and payment and for being professional, kind and non-aggressive during our transaction. Gram Johnson: I found a clean, nice, reliable car at a good price. I don't understand all the complaints. Used cars are sold as is, so it's up to you to make sure you're buying a good car. It really isn't anyone else's problem if you buy a bad car and it breaks down.However, unlike other dealers they don't take care of the paperwork for you. They said they'd send us the title in the mail within 2 weeks, but that was a lie. I called them and they made me come in to pick up the original title for the vehicle, which they could have just given to me when I bought it. I had to go to the BMV and do everything myself, like I bought it from a private party.

He had already paid off a car there which was completely rusted underneath and had to be sold. Against my warnings, he decided to return to Settle because he had a good payment history with them. We took a 2013 Ford Escape for a drive and it drove a little rough but ok. Upon return to the lot, we went back out to restart it and it wouldn't start. They told us to go have lunch and they would replace the battery. We returned and the battery looked new to us so my husband signed the papers and purchased the car. The very next morning we go to start the car and not only would it not start but the coolant had completely leaked out. We contacted them immediately and were met with disrespect and belittlement by the owner. The engine is bad and he doesn't care. We just asked to get in a another car, not our money back. He hung up the phone on my husband several times. I even went in and tried to be the mediator between them and again he was condescending and rude. DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE. They are not about customer service and reputable. All they want is the sale....that's it. Once it's off the lot, the pile of junk is your problem.
