Bill Moxley: Late Friday evening 11/25/22 , I noticed that I was using way too much DEF fluid. I stopped for the day to investigate the cause. I found that the supply line from the DEF tank to the to the injector in the after treatment system had not one ,but two leaks. I had no engine code or derate warning at this time . When I started the truck on Saturday morning the codes had shown up . The closest Kenworth ( I have a 2018 T660 ) was Kenworth of Fort Wayne. Fortunately, they have Saturday hours . When I arrived and described my issue, the guys in the service shop couldn’t have been nicer. Not only did they did they find the needed part in inventory, they had me back on the road in about 3 hours . It’s really great to find a place , in this day and time , where service still means something! Thanks guys!

I like a lot of people was hesitant based on the reviews but after purchasing a box truck from Mr. Joe from Trucks N More I can say my team and I are very pleased. Mr. Joe was kind, polite, and very professional. The Ford that we purchased is running and making money! We purchased the truck the second week of October and the title along with all paperwork was received via FEDEX on Nov 3, 2022. I have no complaints and I’m a very satisfied customer. I definitely recommend Trucks N More if your in the market to purchase a Box truck.

Please be aware!!If there was an option for 0 stars that would truly be my option. This was by far THE WORSE experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle. Joe Klinker is the epitome of a shady salesman.Our company purchased a truck from him just last month, only to drive off the lot with issues. So we took the truck immediately back to Joe in order for it to be looked at. He then took it to his personal mechanic to have it looked at, and supposedly "fixed" it. We thought it was fixed at that point but it was not. While on the way home with the truck that was suppose to be "fixed," began having issues. The truck all of sudden began to lose speed. But at this point we were already almost back home (Indianapolis). So we called Joe and told him instead of attempting to drive it back all the way back to Fort Wayne we will just take it to our local mechanic. After taking it to the mechanic multiple times we found out the truck was a LEMON.Joe now tells us that he will trade us out a truck when he gets a different one in (or we could have one that's on the lot already but we would have to spend and additional $4,000 more). We decided to wait because at this point we were already down $35,000. He then finally receives a truck so we decided to go pick it up. We then drove it home to only find out it is having the SAME EXACT ISSUES THE FIRST TRUCK HAD!! Joe has refused to give us our money back. So now we are having to handle this through a lawyer. JOE KLINKER SOLD US TWO LEMONS. PLEASE BEWARE!

Zach Meyer: I can’t say that they specifically did this in their shop, but the check engine light on my truck was colored over black so I couldn’t see that it was on when I purchased the vehicle. If they didn’t do it there, then they clearly didn’t inspect the truck before selling it because I found out there were four misfire codes and an evaporative emission control code popping up. I drove it for six months like that, including my move out to Utah, which ended up destroying the catalytic converter. It’s going to end up costing me around $2,500 to fix all the issues caused by them blacking out the check engine light instead of fixing the issues. That’s extremely shady and should be illegal. More than the cost, they sold me a truck that was unsafe to drive. It took the shop in Utah roughly 5 minutes to discover the issues so it could have been easily fixed before they sold it to me. I also contacted them about it and they were not willing to help me out at all even though it is completely their fault. They seemed like decent people when we purchased it but the fact that they picked the easy route instead of fixing the issues really makes me question that. I would NOT recommend buying any vehicle from a place that literally covers up issues that can cause more damage later.
