engle lease: Old national bank is the only bank in fort wayne that closed all!!!!!!! locations on 1/30/19!!! you think they could have had one branch open when every other bank in town is open!!!! poor customer service . understand might have had to close some branches but not all. Also they are one of the only banks in the area with no Saturday hours. As of the first of the year there drive thru close at 5PM most people work till 5pm but on Fridays they are kind enough to be open till 530 pm!! Find a different bank if your out looking for banks

The HSA is there for a reason and they charge ridiculous $5 dormant fees.Note: This bank was previously Old Tower until they got bought out by Old National. We never had a problem with Old Tower. Old National does not care about the customers and simply wants to profit from their own customers. Go to another bank.

Tim Kaufman: They kept calling and checking to see if I had any issues. I didn't at first. Now I got an issue and the local branch says call the customer service number. And they don't know anything! I can deposit into Draftking but I can't withdraw my money because of my bank. It says so on the Ap if it happens the financial institution didn't give them permission. I will be closing my account soon if it isn't fixed!

Mike Todd: I went to the bank today and observed some of the most unprofessional behavior I have ever seen: another customer's account information being spoken about aloud and over the top of another teller, for everyone to hear.In addition, after I took a step back, I WAS ONLY THEN told that I needed to take off my hood off as a passive-aggressive counter statement. I want to be clear: this is not about the hooded sweatshirt policy because had they asked me before they took my ID, Let me sign a withdraw request, or when I walked through the door, I wouldn't have had an issue.This has to do with customer confidentiality and discrimination at this branch.When I told them that I believed that the situation had to do with race, both tellers and the assistant branch manager insisted I was wrong, but my experience as a minority tells me otherwise.In sum, they violated customer confidentiality, became passively aggressive towards me by using a petty policy as a weapon when I called this out, and then topped it off by gaslighting me about my own experience. I CLOSED MY ACCOUNT AND HOPE THAT EVERY SELF-RESPECTING MINORITY IN MY COMMUNITY DOES ALSO.DO NOT BANK WITH FLAGSTAR.

CASE the fort (JUST in CASE): So where do I start as you well know this Flagstar used to be Wellsfargo, And before that another bank which is great because the bank is located on a corner where businesses and residents a like thrive. But anyway this review is about Flagstar,now I do use this bank, by inheritance if you know what I mean. I gave the bank 3 stars because it’s not what I’m accustom too, set up is a lot different and customer service could be better. The ATM machines were giving me problems in the beginning but of late has improved with new set up. I will continue to support this Business in hopes to see it one day become what I believe the people and workers hoped it would be. Sharing this information with the viewers and public is only in my opinion is to help The south side of town and Fort Wayne overall. These reviews are for you the people to have an insight or may be an ideal of where you’re going and what you are dealing with but ultimately you should explore these places for yourself.

Shawntae Moore (Mrs. Moore): The process is crazy. After sitting with a teller for about 45 minutes, I still had to go wait in a long line for about 20 minutes to add the money to the account. When you would think that the teller you opened the account with should have been able to do that. Once I finally made it out of the line, I had to go back and wait another 10 minutes to finish everything up. Now at one point the teller walk away from me and went into an office where she stayed for 10 minutes. Only for her to come out and find that it had nothing to do with me or my account.... So unprofessional!
Neil Sowards: The bankers, Katelyn and Zaw gave excellent help in a very caring, but professional, way. They went out of their way to help a refugee with paperwork needed for his Medicaid application. This bank is busy, but it is worth the wait for the wonderful help that is given. Thanks a lot.

Aric Forbing: Poor website and customer service. They’ve screwed up my automatic payments twice when changing banks, and never made it right. I’ll go out of my way to avoid them in the future.
MorG: This location is a great location this has nothing to do with this location but I’m very disappointed in horizon bank I had an auto loan through them for yearssss & I traded my vehicle in & was STILL charged for my loan it took a month for them to “accept” the payment to be able to refund me I still did t get my refund weeks later & called again & they sent to to an address I haven’t lived at in almost 3 years not one person I talked to through this whole thing verified my address (I do take accountability for this as well as I didn’t ask either) but the ladies I talked to at the head office in Michigan were the rudest most unhelpful unprofessional “loaners” I have spoke to told me it was my fault I didn’t call in & tell them to stop payment & it was my fault they had the wrong address no customer service skills what so ever & did absolutely nothing to help the situation besides make it worse I would not recommend getting an auto loan through horizon bank

Jim Wiegerink: Have been a customer of Salin and later Horizon Bank since they came to Fort Wayne over 20 year's ago. Have had some issues along the way like a couple of cases of fraudulent debit activity and they were very helpful in resolving it. Also we just received a home loan from Horizon Bank and the loan officer (Jas) was very helpful and professional. Would highly recommend.Like anything else, what you get out of something is a more of a product of what you put into it.

nicole manson: I called like I have before, I didn’t have any problems the first time I called. I called because I wanted to know how much I had in my account because my mobile account login isn’t working and I wanted to schedule to come in and get that fixed so I can get a working login after being told how much was on my card. The lady on the call wouldn’t tell me because she said she needed to know my social security number, I don’t have it memorized or have it on hand with me. So then I told her I need to go get it and she says I can not help you. I had no problems the first time calling in to ask until she refused to tell me. The first time I called I wasn’t even asked for my social security I was asked for a deposit number so that’s what I had with me. If what she did was for security purposes I don’t understand it because the first time I called in I had a good encounter I gave her the number she asked me for and a few security questions and I was told how much was in my account. I think what she did was rude, and if they were able to tell me with my deposit number why wouldn’t she let me use it again to find out.

David Hiatt: I opened a account on Friday. The lady failed to tell me I owe them a bunch of money for not closing my account when it was Wells Fargo 4-5 years ago. And turned around and took all my money. Basically robbed me for everything I have. Thanks for that. 1 billion dollar company robbing paycheck to paycheck workers like me. It's a legal scam just like Wells Fargo was.
Cait Cramer: I don't like banks. But I have to hop on here to talk up the Assistant Manager Michael. I came in with a complicated problem at the beginning of my lunch break. I had already had no luck at a few other banking locations but Michael helped me find a solution and worked to get everything taken care of. The process wasn't fast by any means, but he made it as easy as possible and I never felt like I was rushed or a problem, despite taking up the entirety of his lunch time as well. Very thankful for the help!

Rob Coulter: Horrible customer service!! I called as a dealer Representative for a customer of mine to get an auto loan payoff (standard procedure) and a Debbie answered the phone. She told me that Wells Fargo only gives out payoffs to the customer (which is the case for most lenders, or they need written consent allowing a third party to attain the information). I then proceeded to tell her that I had written consent from the customer that I could fax over and she refused to help and said that was the only way to get the pay off. I then exclaimed that I have been doing this for 7 years and never heard of such a business practice. And she said "Oh really, I have worked here for 17 years and that's how we do it. Is there a reason the customer can not call to get the pay off?" I then started to say since she had worked there for 17 years, she would know that a customer would not think to ask for a per diem and all the information I would need above a payoff to be accurate and she cut me off and said that they open in a half an hour and hung up the phone on me.As soon as I hung up the phone I got on to Wells Fargo's web site and there was a tab for dealers to access the auto loan pay off. Three seconds later I had the information I needed.As a Wells Fargo customer myself, I am very dissatisfied in the service I received. All Debbie had to say was that I had to get online to get the payoff and directed me there. Instead she went out of her way to not help me and then proceeded to hang the phone up on me.I deal with Auto loans on a day to day basis. I will never do business with them again and will guide others to avoid them at all cost. This is not the first time I have had customer service issues with them and as a person who deals in customer service everyday, I am appalled that there are people who deal with the public like this and still have a job.
