Chari D: Twice now, I've gone to this location and pancakes are NOT DONE! Cracker Barrel cakes are supposed to have that griddle look/griddle cooked (crispy edges, brownish black griddle marks) not undone batter sogginess! Please teach your cooks how to properly cook a CRACKER BARREL pancake! Also, when you send it back it shouldn't take 15 minutes to re-fire another batch of pancakes that should only take a couple minutes to cook! And!! You put wayyy too much fruit topping juice on it, which also added to the sogginess! Other sides ended up cold by the time it came back. No more Maysville Rd., I'm done. Hoping Wash. Ctr. will do better.

Mrs. Mauricio: Server got upset when I asked for a certain drink since she did not hear my husband correctly the first time which was real professional! My husband’s chicken along with my steak was really dry, we had to wait until half way through our meal before our server walked by and we had to ask where our orders of corn bread were…near the end of our meal we received 1 of the orders along with a snippy apology. The food quality along with the poor service my husband and I received during our last 2 visits to the Maysville location was not so pleasant which is why we will not be returning to this location!!

Jane: Usually it's great but this time we were very disappointed we arrived..after 10 min we ordered our drinks. Then the waiter on his 4th day spilled our drinks all over my son. Accidents happen...ordered our food. 2 other groups came in. We are waiting. Their food arrives. We are waiting. Asked the waiter after 45 min stated he just put order in computer. Did not know how to do it. Asked for the manager. Who did not know what he was doing...told him about incident. Hurried our food. Sons goid cold. Ham and apples missing on daughters plate. No cheese on her eggs. After 1 hour 30min our food was straigened out. No cheese. Did not get compted for all the errors. Will I go there again not there but I will go to another Cracker barrelO

M T: The server was a bit off. I couldn't tell if she lived in a state of confusion or was having an off night. It may very well have been her first job. I don't really know. There were seven tables and two servers so I'm not certain why it was so slow. The food was good once we got it, though. We had a relaxing meal and quality dad and daughter time.
