Safeway Driving School: what do users think?
Stephanie Coomer: The best driving school around. Everyone is very helpful and easy to work with. Pam Bohren was great with working around our schedule and very personable when driving with my son.
Denise Robinson: I really hope my daughter has this instructor every class. He gave me, the parent, feedback after class and told me how she did. My son went to this school and had it a figured out (he thinks) but my daughter wants instruction and hopes to have the same instructor. Pretty sure it’s the owner or one of them. She was impressed and so was I.
Sarah Hodges: I’m highly satisfied with the overall quality of this driving school and their instructors. The classroom portion is very informative and well thought out, and the driving instructor my daughter had was amazing with her! He did not stress her out but was very patient and really taught her everything she needs to know before hitting the road alone. She always came home happy and felt like she learned something new and valuable. Although it can seem expensive, I believe the price matches the quality of the program! 10/10
Min Aung Hlaing: Great School
Jennie Minear: My son is feeling more comfortable on the road because of this marvelous experience ✨️ thank you 😊
Shelly Ellenwood: Josh & Pam are absolutely AWESOME!!!
Chrysteen B: I love it here, I've only had two lessons so far but I would recommend this place to anyone looking for driving lessons.
Jeffrey Engdahl: Great staff at Safeway driving school.Very knowledgeable and polite and professional. Would recommend to all people that are interested putting kids through driving school. Very reasonable price aswell. 👍
Jodee Moore: Positive:Communication,Professionalism,Quality,ValueI enjoyed the instructors they were very understanding and kind. And also helped me achieved my goal for 2021. Many blessings!
Yavanna Klappal (Imagirlteehee): My Child took drivers Ed here. They were respectful and addressed my child by the name the choose to use rather than their birth name. They did a great job teaching and caring about my child. 10/10 would recommend.
Robyn brown: Staff was pleasant! Service was wonderful!
Melissa Smith: I still intimidate friends & family with the driving skills/tips I learned from instructors @ Safeway Driving School.
Godified Saint: I have a question and will be reaching out through email or by phone soon...I have a question, but let me start by saying I learned how to drive at a very old age, like 26 I think and they did great and great experience learning to drive and never learned....I also forgot the instructor name but the day I went to take the test and passed it was his birthday. But I still do not know how to drive on the highway. Can they teach me that? I paid to learn how to drive so I'm just wondering
J W: Both of my sons have been through this school and had very good experiences with the place. It helps if your kids have had at least some experience behind the wheel before enrolling them (if possible) but even without that, they do a good job getting your kids out and behind the wheel.
Leann Yagodinski: Five of our kids have gone through Safeway. We have had nothing but great experiences with Safeway with all of our kids. The staff is friendly, flexible and have done a great job of teaching our kids how to drive. I highly recommend them!
Summer Philebaum05: They all are great people and are very polite. I am having a great experience learning to drive with them. Thanks for teaching me.
Keeighja Gray: I loved the school.
Sherrysarina Wright3458: Positive:Communication,Professionalism,Quality,Value
Jack Heibeck: Positive:Communication
Dennis Schmucker: Just passed my driving test 10 stars. Caleb
Trindy: My daughter's experience was exceptional! Her driving instructor was laid back and wasn't hysterical like her mother, me, while taking a new driver out on the road.In the classroom they were able to be flexible whe she was sick.

Precision Driving: what do users think?
Momma Mia: Just called to ask about my son attending one of their driving courses and the receptionist was not very polite. Sounded like she had an attitude with me asking questions and kept stating I could find it online on the website. No thanks my son will not be attending there. 😒
Miguel Rivera: Great place very helpful
Matthew Floor: *Edit*After my first review we were contacted by the actual owner who was a very kind and reasonable lady. She took the time to hear what my wife experienced and her concerns and listened well. At this point I'm unsure what steps may be taken to address the man acting like the owner who provided the experience listed below but I will revise my statement to say that the owner and the driving instructors that we had were kind and helpful for the most part. There appears to be some issues related to some of the management.Initial review:Very poor experience with this company. The man acting like the owner was very, very rude when we brought up a concern. He spent the entire time trying to defend his views without even listening to the concern. He refused to even answer the question and was highly immature in trying to just tell us that our concern wasn't a big deal. In addition to this, the lady that does the scheduling is not very helpful and as others have commented, they refuse to schedule out beyond the next appointment. The driving instructors have been kind for the most part but the management has been just awful. This is a poorly run business with a very narcissistic owner.I would highly recommend going to another company.
Kristi Cortezano- Smith: Positive:CommunicationMy son was timid driving after being a passenger in an accident when he was little. The staff at Precision worked with him mentally and showed him empathy while also challenging him to succeed. They are the best. I would not send my kiddos anywhere else.
Jill Buhr: Absolutely, hands down, the best place for driving education! All four of our kids attended classes and drive times through Precision. Both the owners and instructors are very qualified to teach your child the rules of the road….. never once were we concerned that our kids wouldn’t be prepared to receive their permits and licenses. Instructors are very accommodating of your schedule for drive times, too, which is a plus! I cannot recommend Precision enough…. I guarantee you will not find a better driving school in the area! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
Tammy Berry: Very friendly people with amazing instructors that teach the students well.
Angela Grable: Excellent instructors and easy to work with
Jake Worley: Great driving school like excellent, great driving instructors, very nice owner, they taught my child great driving techniques like parallel parking and driving on the interstate. Definitely should enroll your kid here!
Mia mcinturff: Good 😎😎😎😎
Brandon Winston: My sons class is there. Really nice place. Nice cars to learn in and really safe.
BulLets4Death ‘: Positive:Value
Ryan Doctor: My experience has been very negative. They have had our child’s name wrong in their system from day 1. Each time we go in, about 4 times, they are unable to find the file because they aren’t capable of updating the information. We have been told conflicting information between the staff, as far as what paperwork we would need and when we would need it, It’s very frustrating. The gentleman who claimed to be the owner, refused to hear our concerns and was very rude and unprofessional, cutting off my wife when she spoke and just plain out being childish. I highly recommend you find a different driving school.
Kari Richards: Those that I've interacted with have been professional. What I didn't find out until after we signed up my daughter was they won't schedule you more than 1x month and only when it's immediately before your 16 years + 3 months date. The whole reason I was signing them up for a class was so they could be taught some behind the wheel driving skills by a professional prior to the majority of my hours on the road with them. My boys did their behind the wheel training through our high school 6 days in a row about 9 months prior to their license eligibility. This was much more effective!
Amneris Vargas: I thought they were very nice people. Until I decided that the once a month was not what I wanted for my daughter. She only drove once with them. I decided to go to a different school and asked for my money back. They said they would of course taking money for that one drive. Which I understand. They also told me they would cancel my daughters permit which I think is very vindictive I understand if I didn't sign up with a different school but I did that Friday. The prob lem is I asked for my refund Dec. 10th it is Dec. 27th and I still have not received my refund. Do not recommend this school.
Dominicj Brady: Took 5 months to schedule in. After my test they got the date wrong by 16 years and the license branch wouldn't take it WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT COMING HERE
makayla mickelson: Wouldn’t send my child anywhere else! Mr. B was exceptional. He develops relationships with every teen that walks through their door. He genuinely cares about each and every student. Thanks Precision Driving!
Jennifer Mccauley: We have been so pleased with precision! The instructor, Jason, has been incredible ! My son enjoys going to class and has learned so much ! Highly recommend!!!

Elizabeth B: Was asked if I spoke English
Amanda Otis: My daughter took her driver's education classroom and driving portion here. All of the staff have been so nice and patient! Motorcycle Rider Training: what do users think?
David Fritzel: Highly recommend for anyone wanting to learn how to ride. At any skill level, you will learn something in the class. You might also hear some great stories from class mates.
Michael Tyner: Complained about having people blow him off and not showing up so I offered to pay double to get into this weekends class as I really want to learn how to ride and he refused .. I’m sorry but I don’t want to hear how bad business is when you turn away someone paying double
John Q: So glad I took this class. Ed and Chris were great instructors. The instructional knowledge was second to none. They trained on actual day to day situational skills while insuring everyone stays safe. This class will help anyone no matter what your riding level is. I am a brand new rider and really needed a class like this not only for the instructional aspect but to get a better familiarization with PROPER RIDING skills. I know people that have paid twice as much and did not get half the training of this class.
Julius M: Excellent class and would recommend to anyone that needs their endorsement, whether they have previous riding experience or not. I had zero riding experience coming into the class and was able to walk away confident in what I learned.
bryin wesley: This course is great the rider coaches are there to help you. Ask questions they will help you out
Cole Buzzard: They definitely taught me how to safely operate a motorcycle. I had 0 experience before the class, and I was able to see the end. However, I did fail the skilled test the first time. They let me retest, and I passed. My only complaint, which I don't know if its state recommended or what, but they had small groups read and present the book information. In theory I feel this works well, but in reality I think too many people are focused on what they're going to present, that they miss others presenting. All in all; a good experience. Darryl and Dorinda work with you, but only if you're willing to work with them and listen. Don't be afraid to do what they tell you.
headgies life: I was a newbie motorcycle rider with only 2 (3 min) trips on a motorcycle, after 1 on a dirt bike in the yard just in prep for the course and I passed the riding part with flying colors due to the great instructions from our instructors. It was a very insightful course and I left feeling more confident about riding. Ed and Jacob did a great job teaching! This course is for newbies or people with experience that want more technical training and your endorsement. I highly recommend.
Charles Stansell (Firefighter 118): The trainers was the best and the experience was a good one. Even though I have been riding for many years I learned some new things
Ko Layn: Its real nice and good peopleTo start motoscycle licenseThay teach you willJust respacet and watching / ListenIts start 3 dayday 1 reading and share.day 2 training /teaching / DrivingDay 3 Driving / and take a testAny way thank for theIndiana motoscycle class......
aung thuya: Don’t waste your money and time at there. Here is my story of this horrible place. Me and my two friends went there and attended the classes. We have zero experience of ridding. Even the first day of ridding, the instructor kick one of my friend out. They are not patient. My friend don’t even have a chance to take a written test. The last day, I wasn’t realize until they gave me a bike. I thought that bike was the bike that I drove on the previous day. It was a really old and broken bike. I told him to switch a bike. After then, he kicked me out. I don’t even have a chance to take the exams. There are the two students drop the bike and lost control of a bike. They keep let them attend the class. Discrimination is going on that place. My other friend is great at ridding. He said he passed the skill test easily. But, he failed at written test. So, they don’t give him anything. The people who attend the class, they came with bike. They already knew about driving. If you are new and beginner, I don’t recommend for this class. In my group, there is 10 people. Four people failed. So, its only 60 percent of passing. If you failed one of the test, you automatically failed the course. Don’t waste your money and time there.
Kristene Duke: Fantastic truthful trainers. Not afraid to tell you what you need to work on and then help give you tips to get it right. This course is not a easy A. But helps beginners like me learn the basics and be safe. You listen to what they are telling you and focus you can earn your endorsement too. I had huge doubts about even trying and so happy I did. Thank you to Pam and Chriss.
wayne chupp: I love this place! I went from knowing absolutely nothing about cycles and being very nervous to feeling fairly confident and walked out of the BMV after the three courses with my endorsement!!!Instructors were totally focused on me acquiring the basic skills to be a competent rider.
Curtis Bennett: I took the Basic Rider Course and think this is an excellent class for someone new to riding, or someone who has some experience but needs to get their endorsement or wants the insurance discount. This course teaches all of the basic fundamentals of riding, and riding safely. I would absolutely recommend this course, especially for $100 when some can cost up to $300.
DrFlopTV: Great instuctors and a fun time, would recommend.
Andrew Gelwicks: I was turned away without refund for a skills test because I didn't have turn signals on my bike. I've done my research, asked the police department and BMV both if my bike is street legal without signals and they said I was fine. I emailed instructor and told him I'd be more than happy to bring an officer to tell him as such so I can rightfully take my test, but I got no email back. I called the other place in town that does the test and they said I'm fine. So with that said, I'm getting testing done elsewhere.
Tracy Hubbard: This is the best place to do your mc class fun and my instructors pam Huss and Kasie Nagy are great i would recomend this class to everyone

Black and Blue Driving School: what do users think?
Georgi Brown: If you want to give your child or grandchild (in my case) a true authentic driving course I totally recommend Black and Blue Driving School. It's just not your average driving school, Mr. Maurer at Black and Blue Driving offers so much more to his students. Besides learning the rules of the road and information that will be on the driving test, he also teaches basic car maintenances such as how to change a tire, or checking your fluids, how to navigate a construction zone. He cares about these up and coming drivers and really wants to provide them with all the road knowledge possible to insure your child is confident behind the wheel. The cost maybe slightly higher than your average driving school, but again this is NOT AN AVERAGE Driving School, it's so much more and I believe my child or grandchild is worth every penny.Thank You JD Maurer for your support and compassion of these young drivers!Georgi Brown
Caleb Hough: Was almost hit by one of your student drivers in a black truck, with a blue bandana on his head. Dont appreciate how your drivers do not know how to drive at a crosswalk! How do you think i found your business..... i have nothing to gain reviewing this, i am simply stating someone (maybe mimicing your business) is driving reckless, its a real shame someone can not attempt to contact or even just take the time to talk to your reviewer. I forsure will keep 1 star due to YOUR way of dealing with a complaint! Best of luck out there
Devan Counterman: My teen attended Mr. Mauer's class at Black and Blue Driving School. He did such an amazing job with engaging their minds and keeping them interested throughout the entire program. There were activities planned beyond sitting in a classroom and watching videos. Mr. Mauer made use of hands-on, real world experiences, where the students were given the chance to do such things as change a flat tire or jump a dead car battery. Additionally, there were multiple guest speakers that came in to teach the students, such as an Indiana State Trooper and an experienced, professional semi driver. My teen and I remain very impressed with Mr. Mauer's passion to teach safe driving and highly recommend Black and Blue Driving School. My teen passed the exam at the BMV without any issues. We've driven multiple hours and my teen adjusted well from talking through steps and processes to implementing them while operating a vehicle. JD remains in contact to ensure parents are informed of next steps. It warms my heart to see JD care so much about our children and their safety. Thank you Black and Blue!
Debbie Baum: Finding a driving instructor who can teach the rules of the road, driver safety and basic auto maintenance in an entertaining and personal way that makes a teen long for the next night of classes is extraordinarily unusual, I know, I’m the mother of 8! After years of run of the mill driving programs where my kids dreaded classes, we found JD Mauer and Black and Blue Driving School. We were fortunate to discover Mr. Mauer in time for our youngest drivers. My son just completed the first series of classes and he loved every minute. My daughter did her behind the wheel training hours with JD two years ago and she has been the safest and most prepared of all our kids. He knows what he is doing, he does it well and he really cares about the kids.
Shannon Merriman: My son was in the first complete class Mr. Mauer was able to put together in this time of COVID. I did thorough research and questioning before I chose which school to put my ONLY child in. Black and Blue Driving School was hands down the BEST choice I could have made!Mr. Mauer is VERY professional and knowledgable in his teachings while still remaining relatable to his audience. My son has so much respect for Mr. Mauer and learned SO much. In the words of my son, "Mr. Mauer didn't just preach at us: he understood what was important to us. He knew how to talk to us so that we would listen."The classes at Black and Blue Driving School covered so much more than how to drive a car. My son learned how to change a tire, how to jump start a battery, what to do when you have encounters with the police (there was an Indiana State Trooper as a guest speaker to go over this), and he can explain what each and every gauge is for and what the normal range for each one is. These are all things that are so important but often overlooked when teaching a new driver. When my son went to take his written test at the DMV at the conclusion of his classroom time, he wasn't able to see every question on the test. This was because the test shut down on him at the point where he would pass regardless of his final answers. My child had scored 100% up to that point! This is completely due to the quality of information provided and skill of the instructor.I have recommended Mr. Mauer and Black and Blue Driving School to everyone I have talked to about it, and I don't plan to change that!

Commercial Testing Site LLC: what do users think?
John Scherer: Very professional. Quick and easy to get my CDL skills test done.
Wentworth Miller: Greedy, unmotivated workers just looking forward to seeing you fail so that they can suck as much money as possible. There are better places in indiana.
Sardor Nazirov: Terrible place. Unprofessional workers. They fail you on purpose even if you do fine so that you take more classes and pay more money. Avoid at any cost to keep yourself away from stress and overpaying. Not recommended!
Wade Claiborne: Awesome place to do your testing and or training course friendly knowledgeable instructors would definitely recommend doesn't look like much from the outside but these guys are the real deal.
Ken Yoder: I just passed my CDL test here. I can honestly say it was a great experience from the training to the examiner I will recommend it for anyone trying to obtain their CDLs.Thanks
Ashley Johnson: Nobody knows how to answer their phone. Why own a phone if you don’t communicate on it? You can only find the address for the Fort Wayne location and not the Kokomo location which is why we were calling to tell them. Too stressful. Wouldn’t recommend 🤷🏻‍♀️
Jake Wells: Did my test at the Kokomo location. Inspector was awesome. He knew I was nervous and helped me calm my nerves. I would recommend going here to anyone!
Joseph M Heinlein: Professional, yet a relaxed atmosphere. Good people make life easier.
David E Ferguson Sr: Extremely friendly inspectors, plenty of room to maneuver for your driving skills test. Took my student driver here to get his CDL
