Ryan Long: We recently had some issues with a car we rented from the Lima Road location. The staff there took care of us and made sure we were happy with our rental even after all of the problems arose. It was a bad experience that turned out well with their willing to work with us.

A Follower of Christ: Perfect van for our trip to Florida to see family. The only thing I didn't like was the huge extra charge for a toll we HAD to drive through without paying a person because there wasn't a person to pay. The toll advised us to keep driving and we would be billed. We were fine with that, but there was a service charge of $11.85 attached to our $6.80 toll. I would have rather of gotten a phone call that they were going to charge such a larger service charge than the toll itself. I would have paid it right there in office so I wasn't charged the service fee. Instead of paying $6.80 for the toll, we were charged $18.65. They charged it without my knowledge and just emailed us that it was paid for through a do not reply email. So if you drive through tolls, be sure to ask to pay in office so you aren't charged almost $12 to pay your tolls.
Korey Mervenne: The process of getting the vehicle last minute was good. The blue equinox drove well, but the vehicle a times would temporarily shut off when I stopped then restarted the car once I lifted my foot off the break! Maybe next time make sure your vehicles are maintained.

Kate F: I worked with Mishawaka originally and they were kind but then had an issue so worked with Ellee too get it worked out. She spoke to me twice and was very kind and was able to get me taken care of, I had a million questions and she was very kind. When I came in to get the car and switch I was helped by Mary to get things going. She was also very helpful. I had to follow up with Ellee again to get something worked out. She was very patient with me. (My car Insurance was projecting 5 weeks with my repairs so I need a rental for a while.) When I had to come back in Mateo and Ryan were very helpful getting things squared away. Tameko was my last contact on the phone and was very professional as well. Ellee has a great team and I highly recommend this location. Great customer service! Thank you!!

Michael Arnold: Mateo was a big help and very patient with me while I dealt with the claims adjusters. Seems Allstate cannot figure out which claims adjuster answers the questions and what their procedures are. They sent mixed signals to me which made getting and keeping a rental car a nightmare. Allstate re-imburses for the cost of a rental car (meaning that you have to pay upfront and then get paid later for the cost of the rental, for which I have yet to see a check from them), which made keeping things straight with Enterprise and Mateo somewhat chaotic. He was very patient about the whole situation along with his staff who was very friendly (offered me a bottle of water while I had to wait and was very cordial to me). I recommend Enterprise on Lima Rd. in Fort Wayne IN to anyone who has rental car needs.BTW, you are NOT in good hands with Allstate.

Andrea Salyers: Opened 5 min early for me so I didn’t have to wait in the cold. Darius had the car warm and running and they had me on the road in 15 min in a clean and sanitized rental. Will definitely be back if we ever need another rental car. They even had an ice scraper in the car for me!
Timothy Brown: Don't go there if you're using an insurance claim. A friend had Geico and had his catalytic converter stolen off a 2022 eclipse cross. He had 1500 for the rental but geico cut it off at 20 some days and only 700 of the 1500 being used. Neither Geico or Enterprise notified him of this. We went almost another 30 days before he finally got his vehicle back. So he lost $500 for the insurance deductible and then was socked with $700 balance for the rental car.Where is common courtesy.I told him I'd start with getting rid of Geico and then let people know about Enterprise's tactics.

Matt P: Booked a car for 08:00am and didn’t get one until noon. The car they finally gave my only had half a tank and would shake around 60mph. There was no gesture attempted for the inconvenience of a 4 hour delay. These rental car companies are too comfortable, I’ll tell you what. Gave them 2 stars because although the guys at the front desk don’t know how to say goodbye when they hang up the phone, they weren’t terrible to talk to.

Never again.***UpdateAfter emailing the care center as requested received a response stating the tolls were not from Illinois. They were. Told to call toll center which I already have. Still no resolution.

Kyle Graff: I received a vehicle that was not comparable to our Sienna van being repaired. It was also very dirty, smelled like cigarettes horribly even though I was told no smoking in it, gas tank was a 1/4 full and one of the tires had a slow leak in it as well. I talked to the staff and my insurance agent talked to them and no one in this office was willing to help with any issues we had. For example, in trying to get a more comparable vehicle so all of my family could fit, one would assume the rental company would do the leg work of calling other branches around the city to find and squire said vehicle. That was not the case here. The customer service was a joke at best. Do better

Mommy T: Overall a nice place to rent from. I use them whenever my car needs work done at Glenbrook Dodge. I just wish that they would do pick ups for everyone instead of just for people whose rental is being paid for by their insurance so I wouldn’t have to wait for the dealership shuttle. I understand the Covid situation, but I had one their employees who came to pick up a guy whose insurance was paying for his rental but didn’t need a ride anymore, ask me if I was going to Enterprise, but then told me he couldn’t take me because I was paying for my own rental.

Alicia Herman: Bottom line up front: they are unethical and will try to steal as much of your money as possible.I was rear ended and my insurance company sent me here. I declined the add on insurance since it's a racket and behold, after they picked up the car, three days later, they "found" two different scratches on opposite sides of the car that needed fixed. Since insurance ruled these as from two separate incidents I was on the hook for both. No one is that bad a driver. Yet they have refused to fix their unethical charges. I spoke with two employees about it and the first one was downright rude while the second was willfully obtuse. RENTER BEWARE!!!

Logan Ison: Customer service was great but car selection was subpar. Despite being labeled an "upgrade," the small SUV was smaller than the standard car I signed up for, and it also got worse fuel mileage. We were able to rearrange some travel plans so no one ended up having to ride with us but it was inconvenient. This being said, the man that helped me pick up the car and the one who helped me when I dropped it off were friendly, professional and efficient. They ended up giving money off my rental since I didn't love the car so that was nice. I would rent from them again.

Grandma Bower: I live in northwest fort Wayne which is about 21 minutes from the airport so I came down here to get the car that I had a reservation for.When I got there they said that they can't do reservations that aren't 24 hours out! I said well why can I do reservation online and it takes it and here you guys won't honor that? Then they said they didn't have the vehicle I I wanted so they wanted to give me something smaller. Ridiculous ridiculous ridiculous. So no I did not get a vehicle from this location or any of the other Enterprise Rent-A-Cars

Robert Suraci: I have no complaints. Great car, the Pacifica. Only question is, when you rent a hybred to a customer and it has a plug, do you expect that all renters will plug it in at some point? I didn't and as such I probably didn't get the super mialage I was supposed to get. I have never had a plug in car. Enjoyed the drone like back up camera.

Chris Saylor: I've rented here multiple times and have always had a great experience, whether renting from an insurance claim or for pleasure. Most recently we were taking a road trip with some friends and wanted to rent a minivan so everyone would be comfortable. The team member who handled our rental was Q, he allowed us to select the vehicle we wanted from their fleet and did a great job ensuring everything was in good order before we left. This location is equipped with a night drop which makes returns very convenient and the manager even gave us a follow up call after the rental to ask if everything had met our expectations. I won't hesitate to rent here again the next time I need a vehicle.

They marked it up and said "don't be upset, no need to worry about it, it's covered under the supplemental insurance you guys purchased". We were not charged any more fees but there is a principle involved. That's not the way we do business. Their cameras will show the damage present upon leaving. Contacted corporate with no response. We never leave bad reviews anywhere, everyone is entitled to a bad day once in a while but our integrity was called to question with zero investigation. Unfortunate experience. We have been using Ryder truck rental ever since with no issues.
Robb Gerken: Rented high top van 1 weekend was great service and reserved it for today and found out they gave it to one of there regular customers...couldn't even say they were sorry they double booked. Poor customer service my opinion
Waylon Knepp: The absolute worst service I have received in anything in life. Both Kyle and Jordan are a complete joke, unless you want to pay for everything that could possibly go wrong with a vehicle don’t rent from here. Go to the Mishawaka location. I hated to even leave a review because it made me give them 1 star and it doesn’t even deserve that.

The truck condition was excellent! If you are moving a long distant, Enterprise is the best economic choice due to low $/mile costs compared to UHaul, Penske and Ryder.

Todd Menhusen: The local team in Ft Wayne is great. Have been traveling there to corporate office for 15 years. Teresa and others make you feel at home.

Naghmeh Roohani: WORST customer service ever! We are furious and will be contacting corporate. My fiance's flight landed in Fort Wayne airport at 11:57pm. He made it to the National counter at 12:07am and they were gone. He had a reservation in advance and called the branch ahead of time to make sure he could get a car when he landed and he was reassured that someone will stay behind until he makes it there. This is a small airport in a small town and it's very difficult to find an Uber, Lyft, or a taxi late at night. He is on a business trip and doesn't know anyone in town. MAJOR INCONVENIENCE caused by the staff lying to him!He went back the next day to pick up the car that he couldn't get the night before and they claimed they didn't have anything available. All the employees were trying to pull strings and help him out EXCEPT THE BRANCH MANAGER! It turns out the branch manager was the person closing the night before and the one that lied to him about staying behind until he gets there!
