Ruth's Chris Steak House: what do users think?
Bricks and Tech: When we came in for our reservation, we could not be seated because we had to have at least 80% of our party here. I wonder why. Also the server would not check if bread had eggs even though I asked her. (I have an egg allergy). She assumed it needed eggs to “hold it together.” Very poor waiter/waitress training. Overall not a great experience
Mary Banks: My family and I went last afternoon/evening to celebrate an event. Our server was excellent, both friendly and professional. The food was exceptional.Parking: A parking garage attached directly to the restaurant-no hunting for a space. Just park and walk in; contributes greatly to both safety and convenience.
Joshua Meehan: The meat tasted great there but the leftovers were horrible. I tried reheating 2 different ways and still they were bad.

najarrell: So, I was really excited to go to this restaurant as it's one of the nicest in Fort Wayne. I really enjoyed the atmosphere of being a very classy steakhouse. The service was pretty good but I will say for a $375 meal which included a couple drinks for both of us, a couple appetizers, a couple steaks, I wouldn't necessarily consider it the best. As you see in the picture, I asked for medium rare and for a steakhouse known for their steaks, the temperatures you would think would be right on. You be the judge but I know what a rare and a medium rare looks like. The steak to me looked like the ahi tuna we got as an appetizer. Would I go back? I think so, but disappointed for this go around especially for the price.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free menu
Karigan Doctor: Tonight was our first night out since having our daughters. Not only was the atmosphere so calming, but our server Linda was so friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. We were able to enjoy each other's company without feeling neglected or too hovered over. The food was amazing and well worth the price, they even brought us a little treat when we mentioned that we just had our twins. Definitely on the top of our list for going back.

Allana Coulter: Our server, Mandy, was an absolute delight 😊 she made the evening fun! We had scallions and shrimp as Appetizers, I usually prefer shrimp, but the scallions were cooked to perfection!! I can't get enough of the pretzel bread and butter, it's so yummy. The chop chop salad is my favorite! My hubby had the prime rib chili, which is his favorite. For the first time, we all ordered burgers and they were delicious! I can't wait to go back on a weekend for the clam chowder.
Julie Shuttleworth: Amazing food and service! We drove 2 hours from Indy and it was worth it! My husband’s steak was better than most that we can find in Indy.

Ken Herbert: My wife and I catch Baker Street two maybe three times a year since we live out of the area. I have to say that it is just top notch. She loves their walleye fingers because they are always cooked perfectly. The lightly crisp fingers are served with a balanced and flavorful jalapeño dipping sauce. Today, I had the orange chicken with coconut rice. My eyes started eating before I could get the fork to my mouth. The coconut flavor of the rice was sweet and married to tangy, tender, and juciy chicken like they were cooked together by a priest, because all my tummy could say was hallelujah! I wish I had taken some photos. We usually pop in during lunch. I would advise making reservations for dinner and you might have a longer wait because they are busy. Great opportunity to go out with friends and catch up on life with great food, great service and a relaxing environment.

bruce pfeiffer: Had Brussel Sprouts had to send back came back same way overcooked. Had Chopped salad, the worst, couldn't eat it, waiter never said anything why my salad was just sitting off to side. Lunch has not been the best there couple times out of 4. Wait staff try hard. Two stars only because wait staff tried hard. Salad was disgusting, lobster soup watered down.
chris routowicz: I gave it 1 star cuz there wasn’t a lesser option. I’ve had more flavored food from McDS the only thing there I can say was good was our server. 0/10 and the bill was 200$ 😂. Worst duck I’ve ever had. I’ll never go back.

Karia: Waitress was rude as I was telling her my 3 year Olds order off the kids menu, she says who is that for you. I say no, and point to my son. Told her my order and she says for you, yes. DUH. Then my husband ordered his and 16 year old ordered his. Not sure why it mattered. Then I received bill and she couldn't even ring it up right, put 2 of the same thing which none of us got 2 of the same thing and charged 6$ under it. I asked about it and she said oh it's the same price, while my other 2 orders was on the bill Then it was WAY overpriced, and was $94.31 & I paid with cash and she gave me back 5$.Like clearly you can't do math and that's called stealing, regardless of the amount.Food was ok, but way overpriced, I will not be back with my family.
Kimberly Derrick: Perfect Date Night Dinner!!! He got the pork chop. I got the lamb chops. Both were cooked to perfection and delicious! Be prepared to take some home. Heather Sellers: Excellent food and service. We held a business dinner party and reserved a room.

Amber Wilson: I went to Eddie’s twice this month.. the first time it was just to have the happy hour apps with my mom… the apps were amazing ! We got the oysters the sliders and potstickers… the bartender was slammed and forgot to ring our food but apologized and comped my moms drink… that visit made me come back with a larger group maybe 18 of us but the experience wasn’t as great… our server was extremely nice and attentive… I don’t have anything bad to say about him… however the food wasn’t good this time around… the starters seem to be the only good thing they have going for them… I got the oysters again and then my friend let me have some of her spicy shrimp which was very good… but that’s it.. the burger looked like a frozen patty someone thawed out and cooked, the bun was hard, the lettuce onion and tomato just looked fake is the only way I could describe it… I didn’t each any of it and sent it back… I only got the burger because the sliders had taste so good so I thought the burger would be too… but absolutely was wrong… then my other friend received her meal with a Brillo pad shaving in it!! The manager came out and took care of her meal (which she didn’t care for in the first place) … but for this to be a fine dining restaurant the food should be a lot better than what it was

J Garrett: Terrible experience. First time here and I was not impressed. After a lengthy wait past our reservation time we were taken to our table. Our hostess must have been a track star because my wife and I couldn't keep up with her. We had to wander through several rooms looking for her until we finally found her. It took 40 minutes to get our appetizer. The plates on the table were unwashed, one had hair and a glob of food on it. 10 minutes for the waitress to come back around to get a clean plate. Another 45 minutes for the main course to arrive. And... you guess it. It was cold. The steak was cold, the baked potato was cold, and the Brussel sprouts were lukewarm. I was extremely disappointed in the food and the service. EM is billed as higher end establishment in Fort Wayne. A $250 meal for two here in Fort Waynee had better be a good meal with impeccable service. It was not, and I highly recommend you find another establishment to patronize.
Patricia Maringer: Our server Ashleigh was wonderful last night. Very good service & the food was delicious!

Teresa B: Nice place, most of the food was good. Steaks seems to be charred on the outside, but done properly inside. I didn't care for such a hard searing on my steak. Green beans were a bit too crisp for me. Chopped salad was very good. Try the goat cheese thingy, it's really good. Creme brulee was good. For two people, paid 110$. A bit pricey but nice meal.

L W: We used to enjoy Chops and it was among our favorites in Fort Wayne. The past two experiences have been sub par. Five of us has dinner there this evening and the service has gone down hill compared to previous visits. I ordered a medium rare prime rib and was served a char grilled/burnt New York Strip. It took them 10 minutes to correct the order, so I was just starting my meal while the others in our party were wrapping up. No effort was made to compensate for their mistake or the wait. It shouldn't take 10 minutes to correct this - I can see the prime rib sitting under a heat lamp in the kitchen from our table. All they had to do was slice it and remake a plate. Also, they've cheapened their "signature cocktails." Their barrel aged old fashioned and manahattans used to be made with Woodford Reserve - now they use Benchmark bourbon. Those who know Bourbon would never list benchmark alongside "signature cocktails." All in all, not a great experience. We used to go to Chops 5-6 times a year. We won't be back.
Machele Howard: Lunch was amazing! Had the baby back ribs and they were fall off the bone. Came with steak fries and coleslaw. Had a brownie alamode for dessert and it was all great. Will definitely be back! Great service, we didn't have reservations but they sat us immediately. Very nice experience!
Tiairra Hairston: Service was very good, but when it came to my dinner it was a mango piece of salmon!Server told me that it was the last piece kitchen had, and that he questioned it prior to bringing it to table. I told him he should of gave me option on if I wanted it or something else. Didn't think he took me seriously. Another server came over and asked about how food was and I advised the presentation of the salmon was horrible and explained what our server told us, that that was last piece of salmon. He said that it wasn't and walked away. Noone apologized for the lack of service.
Winston Piohia: What's not to LOVE about Chop's Steak & Seafood? Upon our arrival, we noticed the outside lighting was a little on the dim side, so we actually thought it was CLOSED even though the OPEN sign was lit. We were greeted warmly by the hostess, and even though we didn't have a reservation, we were seated by the manager immediately. The atmosphere was electric. Lots of energy and busyness but not noisy at all. Our waiter, Tres (pronounce Tray), was attentive, courteous, and very accommodating with our entree substitution request. My buddy and I started off with some cocktails (Blood Orange Bourbon Sours) and shared an appetizer plate of Spicy Beef Egg Rolls served with a ginger sauce and red pepper coulis. Unusual for steakhouse faire but a surprisingly tasty twist on chile flaked seared steak. For my main course, I decided on the Fennel Seared Mahi Mahi, and my buddy chose the Seafood Pasta (in Alfredo sauce instead of the crushed tomato sauce). All the sides were equally as delicious as the entrees and they were just the right temperature, too. The portions were more than adequate. We were so full that we took home leftovers and didn't have room for dessert. We will have to return and make sure we leave plenty of room for the Crème Brulée, Classic Cheescake, Homemade Bread Pudding, Deep Dish Apple Pie, Chocolate Turtle Brownie, Assorted Ice Creams, Seasonal Berries, or maybe the Small Bite Trio for just $10.00. I would have to say that we had a WONDERFUL dining experience. This is a nice place for a first date, anniversary celebration, or even a business meeting like ours was. Great for every occasion. I highly recommend dining at this Fort Wayne treasure.
Kim Konuch: Our daughter took my husband and I out for our Christmas present this year. Reservations were easy to make and we were sat in a timely manner, server was awesome, my peach martini amazing and the food was out of this world good. Portions are generous (we took half the food home). Highly recommend Chops.
John Sheehan: Slightly disappointing. Prime rib was stringy, Caesar salad bland and unattractive. Garlic mash was delicious, mixed veg average. Bread was ok but crust harder than it should have been. Staff was lovely but could not make up for what should have been a great meal. Not bad enough to send back but I'll hesitate about returning.Food: 3/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 4/5 …More

Lareka Moore: Love the ambiance. Food was good. Service was impeccable. I will be back🤩

Matthew “Neil” Clifton: Best ribeye ever! Everything tasted great. Our server Sarah was very knowledgeable, kind and attentive. Martini's we're great also.
Jaymie Banti: The food was all very good, steaks cooked to perfection. I loved the lobster tails as well, the had some great flavors. The appetizers were also really good, highly recommend the bruschetta. There was a small issue during our visit, but the manager made up for it with great customer service.Food: 4/5|Service: 4/5|Atmosphere: 5/5Recommended dishes Shrimp Cocktail, Bruschetta …More
John Nagel: Terrible. Seated at 6:30 with a party of 13. 8:30 we get our food. I understand and am so willing to be patient with larger parties but Stella and Steven were by far an utter disaster. Stella not only messed up the VERY FIRST drink order once, not twice, but THREE times. That was just the drink order. Food orders were incorrect, food was cold, my steak was undercooked (I didn't want to wait another 2 hours for a better cooked steak) she brought the "correct" order for the person across from me and can you guess what happened next? You guessed it, that was wrong too. I'm not quite sure if Stella just doesn't listen or she just doesn't care. The best part may have been that she cracked jokes the entire time believing that everyone was enjoying this lackluster experience. I mean was I supposed to expect that our bills would be correct? I don't know why I did because they were as far off as a blind person in a shooting competition.Long story short, Stella was nothing short of abysmal.Would I go here again? Yes. Food is normally good. If Stella or Steven are my waiters, I'm out.$150 for two people. Absolutely ridiculous.
Alicia Krasky: APPLEBEE'S WITH BREADJust don't. We went for dinner and ordered the seafood manicotti and the chicken feature. The seafood manicotti was draped in a blanket of marinara sauce. The portion was large and disappointing. It tasted of microwaved frozen cheap pasta. My husband ate 3 bites before feeling nauseous. The chicken feature was breaded but not listed as such. The plate consisted of 4 large chicken tenders, cheesy rice, and over salted old asparagus. We will not be back.
Mrs. Stewart: I hate to share my most recent experience at this well known establishment but they DROPPED THE BALL in a major way!If you’re reading this- just know I’m doing you a favor- TAKE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ElSEWHERE! They have lost the support of local consumers with their unprepared and unprofessional behavior.I called and made a reservation for a celebration dinner for a bridal party and was sat 15 minutes after my reserved time, not compensated for the ill-prepared food we received, serviced with an attitude and complete disregard to our special food requests, and racially profiled as a group of AFRICAN AMERICAN Women.Their management is incompetent and inconsiderate. I would never suggest this restaurant to anyone. They are in dire need of trained cooks and personnel. It’s need to shut down honestly.

I got the raspberry martini and it was so fresh and light, my wife got the old fashion and she said it was one of the best she had ever had. The chop salad was sooo good I highly recommend. Lastly we did order the cheesecake and it was also delicious. Very rich and creamy, made in house. Our server was 5 stars, very prompt, accomadating and friendly. The manger also stopped at our table and was personable not just how is your food like most places. We will definitely be back!

Dan Sandys: I was really excited to try this place for the first time. My wife & I had a date there today. I will say the food was 5 stars (delicious) and service was good with some exceptions. My wife ordered the filet on the lunch menu for $20 only to be told the only filet steak option was only on the dinner menu for $48 but includes a soup or salad option, okay no problem. So my wife ordered the French onion soup option along with the dinner steak. When our bill came we were up charged another $5 for soup, when I asked why, our server said the soup option was only for the house soup of the day not the French onion which we weren’t told? Also I ordered two draft beers which were good, but we were charged $9.50 each instead of the $8.00 the drink menu shows (again not told). In summary, I ordered a cheeseburger with fries + 2 beers & my wife ordered a filet + 2 martinis. Overall it was good, but for 2pm it definitely didn’t feel like a $140+ lunch that we paid for (20% tip included). We definitely planned to spend more, so it is not about the cost and more about the little additional/unexpected up charges we found disappointing. Not sure it’ll be a priority to go back anytime soon.

Jesse Labo: I don't know if we just hit it on a bad night, or whatever the reason. Steak was ok. The plating was really confusing. It was like an Unexperienced chef plated. Mushrooms, and potatos on the plate, and steak set on top. Couldn't see them. It was almost like they hid the potates. Don't blame them. They over cooked them. Seabass was decent, but the sides for it were kinda confusing. They didnt merry well. One thing I can say is our waitress was amazing. Wonderful young lady. Did a fantastic job! All in all, not worth the price.

Jesse Sade: Cork 'N Cleaver is an excellent place to eat at. The only gripe I have is with the price of the salad bar. It is pretty pricy, but it is fairly understandable when you take into account everything they keep on it. It was very tasty, and I cannot complain about the freshness or quality of the salad bar either.Overall, this establishment is a 9.5/10 and I can 100% recommend it.
M E: We decided to check this place out today for our anniversary. We arrived at the restaurant and were basically informed it would be about a 45 min wait or we could have a seat at the bar. So we chose the bar. While waiting for the bartender to take our order, we noticed that seats were filling up quickly. After placing our order and waiting on the food to arrive, we observed the staff helping each other out. You don't see much of that these days it was refreshing to see. The food arrived and looked fantastic. The bartender she was a very sweet person and made sure to check on us, making sure our drinks were filled and made sure we were enjoying our meal. Overall, it was a very good experience.

Especially their salad bar, its being attended by staff after every five people that go up there. Had a delicious coffee crusted Ribeye steak for my meal. Juicy steak. Then a dessert of marscapone lemon cake w berries was devine, a must try!!Parking: Overflow parking available too

Tolon: what do users think?
Peter Edwards: We have been to Tolon several times. Always my favorite. 4/8/23 had the noodle bowl for the first time and it was GREAT. Love the food, love the staff (shout out Emily), and love the environment. We will go every chance we get.
Daria Lee: Recommended dishes Duck Ragout Pasta, Duck Fat FritesMore
Aubrey Laskowski: ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE!!! The food, service, and atmosphere were all amazing. I came to visit Ft. Wayne from out of town and had a few bad culinary experiences while there, but Tolon made my trip completely worth it. I got the Tolon spiced tea (which I bought a sachet of to bring home), biscuits, and vegetarian breakfast rice. Our waitress was kind, polite, and talkative; she made great suggestions, but I doubt anything on their menu was bad. Seriously amazing food, if you're in Ft. Wayne it's a must-try.Vegetarian options: Great vegetarian options, but even more importantly they mentioned on the menu when something was optionally vegetarian!

August Yingling: I recently had the pleasure of dining at Tolon, an upscale restaurant that left a lasting impression on me. From the moment I walked in, I was captivated by the beautiful decor - the walls were adorned with stunning murals, and the natural wood tables lent a cozy, yet chic vibe to the place. The kitchen was also visible, which added to the overall ambiance. The menu was diverse, with a variety of options to suit different tastes. However, what stood out to me was the kale and apple salad. It was truly exquisite, with the perfect balance of sweet and savory flavors. The freshness of the ingredients was evident in every bite, and the presentation was also impeccable. Now, I do have to mention one slight disappointment during my visit - the absence of fries on the menu. As someone who loves a good plate of fries, I couldn't help but feel that my experience would have been even better if I had been able to indulge in some crispy goodness. However, this did not detract from the overall quality of the meal.In conclusion, if you're looking for a restaurant that offers both exceptional food and a visually stunning atmosphere, Tolon is definitely worth a visit. While I did miss having fries with my meal, the kale and apple salad more than made up for it.
Logan Black: The food was fantastic. We love coming to the Tolon for special occasions like birthdays and anniversaries. Tracy Mantel: My group had a great time at Tolon- and even last minute accommodated our two separate reservations so we could eat together. Fantastic cocktails, great service, overall just a fantastic experience. Not pictured the delicious deviled eggs (because we were so excited we couldn’t stop for pictures), my husband had the pork chop and I had the bison pasta. Delicious!
Amy Barr: First time visit did NOT dissapoint!Definately try the squash soup for starts!!Any meal is worthy!Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5 …More
Joseph Vaccaro: Love coming here for brunch. This place is great every other day or night of the week but the brunch menu is my favorite. Chicken and waffles, best in town, best I have ever had. Kitchen is super clean. Execution is perfect. Decor and service is bar none. The bar serves up local premium spirits. The old fashioned has a cinnamon taste and is delicious. You will need a reservation if you want to have a table. Bar is usually open with a few seats. Don't miss out.
Darren Barnes: I really wanted to like Tolon. The concept and menu sounded delicious, but in the end poor execution left me wanting. We went for brunch and left quite disappointed. We each ordered a Bloody Mary to drink and some of the biscuits everyone seemed to be raving about. For entrées I had the shrimp and grits and my wife the chicken & waffles.I love all manner of Bloody Mary, but made it about halfway through this one before I had to throw in the towel. Each sip was just a mouthful of horseradish finished with watered down tomato juice. I didn't get any other flavors, including the spirit. I typically love a horseradish heavy Bloody Mary and I have sampled tons of house Bloody mixes that were amazing. This just missed the mark entirely. With no other flavor to offset the horseradish and the house mix being nothing more than flavorless tomatoes run through a juicer it was ultimately undrinkable. The biscuits were honestly the only part of the visit that demonstrated any culinary aptitude whatsoever. Dense, flavorful, appropriately seasoned and baked to perfection. I can see why these are the big take away for so many patrons. However, even on this plate the house made berry bourbon jam was a disappointment. Not a jam at all, just a runny syrup with a few macerated berries. My shrimp and grits were as inedible as my Bloody was undrinkable. Blackened shrimp fell victim to what happens to many blackened dishes prepared by anything other than a chef with a lot of experience in the style. Just a mouthful of black pepper and old bay. Barely even picked up any shrimp flavor on the back end. Offset this with grits and andouille so salty that I'm pretty sure they altered my serum osmolality. I ate maybe 5 bites before calling it.Wife's chicken was similarly problematic. While the texture of the breading was close to that of a good Nashville hot chicken, the flavor was nothing but a mouthful of black pepper. At this point I'm seeing a trend in this kitchen 🤔.I have often been accused of liking food too spicy, and I enjoy all manner of strong flavors. So for me to have these complaints... It wasn't that anything was too spicy or strong, the flavors were just wrong.Bottom line: we ultimately spent a lot of money on food that just wasn't prepared well and didn't taste good. Our server, after over emphasizing the farm to table shtick to the point of tedium, failed to recognize that there was a bunch of picked over food on the table which clearly had not been enjoyed. When a table asks for the check and they have barely touched their meals you might want to investigate beyond the fact that they do not want boxes for any of it.2 stars for effort.I reserve 1 star for full on calamity or complete lack of customer service, but I really cannot imagine being enticed to return to Tolon. Especially with delicious options like Nawa & Mercado right across the street.P.S. Any establishment with negative reviews which mention the owner by name, confirmed by the owner's argumentative and unprofessional replies should be a HUGE red flag to anyone with half a brain. At this point I'm just thankful we didn't encounter Nicky during our visit! 😂
Abimael Gutiérrez: My friend and I had the ribeye topped with butter with Yukon gold potatoes. The portion was substantial. The food was very good. I had an old fashioned to drink as well. We had the most expensive meal by far. Two can usually get out of here for under $60, but our bill was $120. Our waiter was excellent and right on top of things. He saw I splattered grease from my steak on my shirt and offered some soda water to clean up without me asking. Parking here is difficult. At 5:15 on a Friday, we had to circle the block several times to catch someone pulling out.
Rick Crow: The staff were great as was the food. We were there for brunch and both had the dutch baby. Warning: one of those could feed at least two people … especially if you have the drop biscuits before … oof! I’d like to see more breakfast food options offered with the brunch menu, personally, but we thoroughly enjoyed everything we had.Recommended dishes Dutch Baby, French Press Coffee …More

Entrees were the Pork Chop and Ribeye. Both were sooo good. Portions gave us leftovers! Great two times! Dessert was chocolate sorbet with roasted coconut shavings. Meals are a little pricey; but very much worth it!Cozy space. Dillan took very good care of us... Reservations needed...Dietary restrictions: Meals labeled with restrictions

Andy Christoffersen: Always good. Great service. Ample portions. Easy to find on Main Street. Not a ton of parking but never had trouble finding a spot. Great place for seafood. It is a little pricey, but what you would expect for what you get. Everything I have had here was great. We would return to this restaurant. This would be a good place for a nicer night out or if you want a special dinner.
Andrea Haller: Horrible disappointment. This place is so expensive ($39.99 for a single crab cake and a side salad), that you expect the food and service to be exceptional. Not. The food was mediocre, the drinks were abysmal-- ice and simple syrup with minimal if any alcohol (or flavor), and the service is inattentive and mistake-ridden (at best). So sad

Glenn Meisner: My granddaughter and I went to Paula's and had a great time. The staff was friendly and helpful. We started with the buffalo shrimp appetizer. Delicious. For the entree, I had the almond walleye, my granddaughter had the blackened salmond. Neither disappointed. Paula's may cost a little more but it's worth it. If you are unsure about you want, talk to the staff, they will not steer you wrong.

Abimael Gutiérrez: Only thing I recommend is do not sit under the stairs that lead upstairs. Noisy and crowed/ tight. Think we will sit upstairs next time if we are allowed to (not sure if it is for parties only though). Wife got a rose from the restaurant which was a nice personal touch. Will eat there again. Want to try that big crab leg looking platter that I seen someone else get. It was huge.

Robert Koehler: We had the Brunch and Salad bar. I want to say something nice but I literally can’t. The staff is kind of aloof. Never paying attention and always BSing with each other. That said, both bars were well stocked with food and they brought me two drinks to start. Now the food. It’s only $20 for the buffet and you’ll immediately know why. The Mac and cheese tasted more like Mayo than it did cheese. The meats tasted like they scraped the bottom of the supply chain. “Prime rib” was over cooked and tough. Food was overall bland. The only thing that was okay was the biscuits and gravy, but define nothing great. We also both left sick and didn’t finish anything in our plates. Bob Evan’s would have been a much better choice. I say them cause it’s right across the street. Friendlier staff and way better food. Again, this is specific to the buffet and salad bar.
J.J.: Had not been here for over a decade but decided to try again with a group. Buffalo dip was very good. My stuffed salmon was honestly dry and lacking in flavor and the mash potatoes matched. Was impressed with the salad bar but for what I paid $$$ I've had much better food.Food: 2/5|Service: 4/5|Atmosphere: 5/5 …More

Chip The guy: So hopefully you read this and save your money for something better. The place is dirty, carpet gross and coming apart. Food was overpriced and bland. I kept thinking Gordon Ramsey was going to stand up somewhere and say “everyone stop eating “ and start yelling and the staff. It’s sad because I heard it was good at one time, it’s evident that that day is long gone. $170 dollars for 4 people and Bob Evens across the street would have tasted better. The writing is on the wall and it will be replaced with something else. Feel bad being this honest but the truth sometimes hurts.
Tiana Maclin: The service was wonderful. Our waitress was the best part. The restaurant was dark and the floor was peeling and the seats were sunken in making the meal uncomfortable to sit at. The soup and salad were great! The lobster bisque was wonderful. However, the good rave about food ended there. The food was cooked correctly however, it wasn't seasoned and my husband's steak was super chewy and tasted like charcoal. It was sadly bland for how much our meal was (about $100) with entrees and 1 round of drinks. For the price, unfortunately, I don't think we will return.
Ashley Yvonne: Salad bar was great but our food came out decently cold and our steaks were very chewy. Our waitress was absolutely amazing though and her hospitality did not go unnoticed. :)
Jennifer F: Our waiter was prompt and friendly. We enjoyed the fresh well equipped salad bar before our meal. I had the French onion soup, it was bubbling hot and delicious. My husband had the tenderloin and said it was a little dry but I had the chicken fettuccine alfredo and it was amazing. For dessert we had the chocolate tower cake and it was huge. Probably enough for 3-4 people.
Trish H: They accommodated a very large group for a business dinner. The salad bar is really great and is a nice addition to the dinners.Dietary restrictions: Could accommodate severe shellfish allergy
Stephen Love II: Food: 3/5|Service: 4/5|Atmosphere: 4/5More
Jared Sharp: This place was ok. I would say the salad bar was the highlight. I got the Tuna Sashimi, and it was basically frozen. Had little to no taste, and I would not recommend it.Food: 3/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 3/5 …More
Henry Gonzalez: Gentlemen, my name is Henry, I was in this restaurant and it has been the worst experience. I'm just telling you to be prepared to wait 2 to 3 hours for your food, in addition to the terrible service, or since I'm Latino, they discriminated against me, and after waiting 3 hours my meat was served burnt, do not visitGentlemen, owners of this place, what I am reporting to you was totally real, limit yourself to looking for your own internal videos and that is how you will realize that what I am saying is the truth or an invented story, according to your comments I see that you are trying to evade your responsibilities, anyway thanksI don't even want to think that there is discrimination in this place or restaurant, its facilities are very elegant, but its service is very bad, a long wait of 2 to 3 hours, there was no apology, just a very embarrassed girl who served us, gentlemen, nooooo, don't visit this place I recommend it
Jane Casey: What a disappointment! After hearing about Trolley Bar for years, we decided to try the brunch. Nothing on the much-advertised salad bar was cold, and some of it tasted less than fresh. The brunch buffet was not even mediocre. Even though it was very busy, the food was not hot. Some things were dried out. And it just didn't taste good.I ordered a mimosa flight when our server arrived at our table, almost ten minutes after we were seated. Half an hour later, when I was over halfway done with my brunch, I cancelled the order because it had never come. The restaurant looked dirty and tired. Not a place we'll be trying again.
