He hit the nail on the head, sometimes addiction starts with mental health. We can’t treat addiction without treating what’s caused the addiction.He’s done a phenomenal job. He helped her face these charges by advocating for treatment to be apart of her sentence.I’m very thankful my daughter had his huge heart fighting for her.

Also, he had a flat rate which I appreciated. Although, outside the courthouse, he was terrible about getting in touch, answering his phone, or calling back. He's staff was super sweet, until she quit. He was 5 mins late to court, so we didn't go over anything, his papers were even unorganized. He's knowledgeable, definitely not organized. Not going to lie, I was pretty worried; but like I mentioned, he won the case and was very good IN the courtroom.

Paid my $1000 fee and $187 filing fee up-front for my divorce agreement, yet the divorce was never filed until over a month later. Than drug his feet on completing the terms of the divorce agreement. Took over a week for the signed agreement to be filed with the courts. Now over a month post-divorce, we find out he never filed the proper paperwork to have a child support case to be opened. He doesn't even return the calls of the child support office. I thought I made the right choice due to him being up-front with me and explaining everything to me but I was mistaken. I wished I would have gotten legal assistance elsewhere.

And disregard a mother who has always been there for her child when the father wasn't around much.(Much as in 40 to 50 days a year.. not even really knowing my child.)Not to mention she was incompetent to do her job and never came to do home visits at my house and only did them at my daughter's father's house. And they also kept that a big secret for some reason.Late to every single court day.Also to mention is that her and the attorney on the other parties side were friends and I asked for a new GaL the very second I found this out. These 2 ladies work together often..Me in the very beginning of this traumatizing time. I didn't like the way of calculating/promising what I will get. No one can guarantee anything in court. No client's update, paid every small communication until retainer finished just for updates.
