Gina Murrell: The only Attorney that cared about the clients in this firm is gone and she was told not to bother even talking to me. She did anyways. Helped what she could. Never saw Tracey Rosswurm. These attorneys are not aggressive criminal defense attorneys, but they are rude to their clients. And not one Petition was even filed. Took me weeks to get my paperwork back. Girl at the front desk said it wasn't there when it was there all along. So unorganized. Who do they think pays their bills? What a rip off!

Kimberly Harrington: We hired them for a personal guardian matter and we were promised that we would win our case. The staff member who started our case ended up leaving the firm and our case was turned over to another individual. We ended up having to check in on our case as nothing was getting done. Then they “forgot” to assign a Guardian ad litem. This said Guardian ad litem took another 3 months to get out to investigate situation. Needless to say we lost our case because of this Guardian ad litem and lack of follow through. But they proceeded to charge us full price for little to no work and piss poor work at that!! Would NEVER recommend their services!

B: Went here for very simple legal representation. Paid over $2,500 and they did absolutely no exploration and only came to 1 court appearance, so I didn't have to see the abuser in the court room. Took phone calls with the defendant who would randomly call my lawyers to whine essentially. Calls I never asked them to be responsible for and then they charged me for the calls they took from the abuser without my knowledge. $300 per 10 minute phone call. I had to do all exploration myself and present it to lawyer as if I was their paralegal. I should have been the one being paid. Go anywhere else or represent yourself like I did and save yourself the nearly $3k!

Especially when their are children involved. Stephanie in particular was a wonderful person to deal with!! When my family was down and emotionally drained her words encouraged us to keep of faith and stay strong and persistent through this hard time for my family and I! I never felt like I was “on the back burner”. Whenever I had any questions she answered with the truth even if it was hard to hear. What made her more special was that after she delivered the seemly harsh truth, she always followed with words of positivity! Words can’t say how much I am grateful for Stephanie and Rosswurm! They keep their word!!!

Christie Ivins: These people are saying that they are aggressive defense attorneys it's false avertisement. I've paid them $1500 dollars to represent me in my case which is happening right now and I had set an appointment for today a week ago to meet with my attorney their going to call me and tell me that they can't even see me unless I make another payment. They have done nothing for me at this point but just take my money when I called them back i asked, if i make a payment today they said that they would agree to see me mind u my last payment was just due 2 days ago and my appointment had already been scheduled for a week. One of the attorneys is going to tell me 3 weeks ago not to worry about the payments to worry about my bills that they would not drop my case, but now they don't even want to do their job they were even paid for. Must be nice to take from a single mother and 3 children, when it was already hard enough to even come up with the $1500. I would never trust anyone in this office their frauds. They will take ur money and keep comparing ur case with everybody else's. Every case is different, with different people in them. They try to tell u what's going to happen in ur case before they even have the evidence. Attorneys are not sycics. That's not defending anyone. They were not defending me. Would never recommend them to no one. Bad communication with clients. Thanks.

Tonya O'Hern: In a court room full of people, you will easily be able to find Jon. He has the biggest heart and most caring demeanor.He helped my daughter by not just handling her like a “case”. He saw a young girl facing an F4, and asked why… and got to the root of the issue, and helped her get the resources she needs to treat addiction. He hit the nail on the head, sometimes addiction starts with mental health. We can’t treat addiction without treating what’s caused the addiction.He’s done a phenomenal job. He helped her face these charges by advocating for treatment to be apart of her sentence.I’m very thankful my daughter had his huge heart fighting for her.

Hailey Smith: Jon was AMAZING in the courtroom, he was knowledgeable, and prepared and we won our case. It was a custody dispute (ex-husband kept my girls from me without cause, for 5 months). Also, he had a flat rate which I appreciated. Although, outside the courthouse, he was terrible about getting in touch, answering his phone, or calling back. He's staff was super sweet, until she quit. He was 5 mins late to court, so we didn't go over anything, his papers were even unorganized. He's knowledgeable, definitely not organized. Not going to lie, I was pretty worried; but like I mentioned, he won the case and was very good IN the courtroom.

Samantha Schuller: Non-responsive to any communication (calls, emails, portal messages). Paid my $1000 fee and $187 filing fee up-front for my divorce agreement, yet the divorce was never filed until over a month later. Than drug his feet on completing the terms of the divorce agreement. Took over a week for the signed agreement to be filed with the courts. Now over a month post-divorce, we find out he never filed the proper paperwork to have a child support case to be opened. He doesn't even return the calls of the child support office. I thought I made the right choice due to him being up-front with me and explaining everything to me but I was mistaken. I wished I would have gotten legal assistance elsewhere.

I spoke with Big Firm Lawyers and spoke with little local lawyers. Then I spoke with a gentleman I know who happens to be a lawyer, explained to him my situation (very messy) and asked him where i should go, who should i hire without hesitation he said REX PATTERSON i now know that REX PATTERSON has the credentials not only that but knows how to use them. REX as a lawyer well as a person has a way of making you feel comfortable he is cool calm collective but you know by the end of your first consultation with REX you will realize that there is a Lion inside him. He is going to fight for you. Without saying to much about my situation I was very pleased. A lot of people warning me how things go in Indiana when it comes to fathers rights no matter what the mother has done, they said don't expect much in court with any lawyer. I didn't listen to them I expected what was fair no I expected WHAT WAS RIGHT and those are not the same and REX PATTERSON DID NOT DISAPPOINT ME. He did so much for me and my family and all while never stepping foot inside a courtroom. I highly recommend REX PATTERSON @PATTERSONLAWLLC he as my lawyer truly changed my life for the better.

He never read court docs, lied in court several times to the point the judge had to call him out on it, he didn't know anything about the case when asked he blamed his secretary on email malfunctions. And dropped the case 2 weeks before trial, after assuring us that he had this in the bag. He will rob you blind if you are not from his town.

Mania Mass: I was client for one of the lawyers, I don't recommend it at all. I paid my retainer and my file was forgotten for months after filing. I didn't like the way of calculating/promising what I will get. No one can guarantee anything in court. No client's update, paid every small communication until retainer finished just for updates. Nothing significant/non-significient done in whole retainer amount. Can't judge all lawyers in the firm, just hired one!
