Paul Houser: Slightly smaller than the NW location but remodeled with a deli, a popcorn stand and prepared chicken (rotisserie, fried and tenders. They have a decent produce section with some pre-cut fruits and vegetables as well as fresh individual produce and in up to restaurant bulk supply.

Lovely Soul: I feel like GFS is a hidden gem in this economy. My family has been able to spend our money wisely on meals because of the amount we get with the purchase. If you don't like the size of Costco or Sam's club, or even the quality of thier food, you will get a great value in GFS.

Jan: Truly one stop shopping. They are always busy and parking can be a hassle. The onsite sushi is really tasty. You can save even more by downloading the digital coupons.

Well we went through self checkout and on the screen it’s says 25 items attention cashier when we are going to pay so the lady comes over and runs the camera back and said I didn’t scan the salad I replied it sure looks like I did, so she very quickly looks over our list of items we purchased and said nope you didn’t! Well when the receipt was printed I double checked it and sure enough the second item that I scanned was the salad! I said see there’s approved I scanned it and I paid for it so then we had to proceed to customer service to get our money back. Why even have self check out if they don’t trust the customers to do their job? If we use self check out we should get a discount off our groceries….

Today I needed to cash a check and I got to the Money Center to do so just before the 5pm closing time. No one was there, so I spoke to this woman. She was like, "They're closed." And I told her it wasn't 5pm yet, and she was all like, "Well Ma'am...." I told her I wasn't yelling, but she still continued being Condescending. I don't need that.

Thomas Grounds: This is certainly the worst grocery store I've ever been to, but it might also be the just the worst place in general. This is the closest grocer to my home, so even after several subpar visits, I can occasionally trick myself into coming here when I think that buying one or two items here might be more convenient than driving 15 minutes to another grocery store. I have been consistently proven wrong.It doesn't matter how much you're buying or when you visit, you will be here for at least 45 minutes. And it will feel physically painful. Other customers will weirdly smell your hair from behind you. Employees will see the desperate state of affairs in the 30-person self check out line and will turn to their nearest colleague (who are often seen in pairs) to make a loud declaration of their slothly boredom before departing with a snicker.This message is for you, person who some reason looks at reviews for grocery stores. Please don't come here. It doesn't matter if you live a block from the place and don't have a car. Take a bus to the nearest alternative and be satisfied knowing that you've made the right decision.

Genevieve Cacioppo: This Kroger is a disappointment to the city of Fort Wayne. I HATE having to come here. And it really sucks because I love a minute away. No less than 15 min wait to checkout no matter when you come in. Rude people. Trash everywhere.
Paige: Not my favorite Kroger in Fort Wayne but you can tell the employees are trying. This isn’t the worst grocery store in the area, it is always well stocked and decently clean, but the checkout time is insane. Even if you are only going in for a few items, expect to wait in line at check out for at least 7-8 minutes at the minimum (I have waited 20 minutes+ to check out before but it was also 1 on a Sunday so what can you expect). I’m sure they’re short staffed and cannot open all the checkout lanes due to the lack of staffing, but I do not understand why their regional/distract/corporate level manager would make the executive decision to take the two single self checkouts and turn it in to one large self checkout as this just makes the check out time even more lengthy. If you can overlook this or have the patience to wait, I would recommend for the produce and bakery selection mostly.

Michele Kyler: The couple running this store are amazing! Always polite, super friendly, and you become a regular real quickly and they know what you want when you walk up to the counter. Anything you could possibly need they have here & prices are extremely reasonable; quick and easy pop when you don't feel like going to the grocery store. My 1 and only complaint is no fountain soda machine.

Penny Johnston-Bowling: Wow! A manager from the Clinton Street location in Ft Wayne, IN (Amy) just hung up on me. I was charged for someone else’s order (plus mine) and since I’m visiting from out of state, there is no time for me to come back to the store. I was trying to see if there were any options and was flatly told no. I tried to reason, negotiate and was told if I needed to talk to anyone else I’d have to call in tomorrow and talk to the store manager, Colton, all this in a very condescending tone. Then she told me she wasn’t going to talk to me any more and, get this, hung up on me! Apparently, there is no such thing as loyalty with Kroger any more.
Lorena Hartman: I had a horrible experience in this branch! They offered these digital coupons and I availed them. I went to their branch to the time I scheduled my pick up, they even sent an email that the order to confirm the pick up. When I reached there, it took a full hour to finally see my order, meaning, they did not have it ready! What's worst was, my transaction was only worth $7.28, but the lady wanted to charge me, $40.57 as she didn't know how I get the discount! I even showed to her the emails from Kroger. So, that driving and full hour wait was just a waste of time. At that night, I got an email that it was already cancelled and I was not charged. Two days after, my bank still got charged $40.57! What an absolutely horrible customer experience!

I was very disappointed when we picked up our sons birthday cake and could clearly see that they had messed up the black icing and tried to fix it and failed. Now had they called and asked how I would of liked it fixed I would have told them to just switch the icing (I had black around the bottom and yellow around the top, red cake for mickey mouse) but it just looked awful. Luckily I was able to fix it with sprinkles I pre bought off Amazon. But I am very very disappointed in the way this was handled!
Lee Gibson: If I could give it negative stars I would. Purchased hamburger 11/2, Had a sell by date of 11/4. Opened it up tonight and it's rotten. Returned it to the store and they did everything they could do to not exchange the meat. Also the store is trashed. It's clearly failing. Whoever runs this places needs fired. It's sad because when it was Scotts it was great. Now Kroger is running all of it stores into the ground. Will never shop at a Kroger ever again. Please let Publix come up here.

Either a bag of groceries is missing, or you have a bag of someone else's, or half the order is unfulfilled (still full delivery price, though!), or they didn't respond to you when they alerted you that hotdogs were out of stock so now they brought buns with no hotdogs, or the shopper just couldn't be bothered.I had an orderd today with 7 unfulfilled items. I forgot to order cough medicine for my kid, so I ran up to the store myself 15 minutes later and found 5 of the items myself. Just incompetence, laziness, or indifference all around. Terrible service. Which is a real shame, because the pick-up service is terrific.
AM Essex: Kroger has poor customer service. After trying to purchase a Northside Legends breast cancer survivor shirt that was clearly marked down, I waited 20 minutes for the general manager just to come to tell me that they don't mark down items like that stating that another customer had to mark the item down because they don't do that, period. Me as a consumer do not understand why understand why I the experiane occur as it did implying that I marked the item down myself. It was the only item like it on the rack. Josh was unhelpful, insensitive, and condescending in his responseOnly come back to Kroger on Clinton and try to purchase clearance items if you want to be hassled.

The store is easy to navigate and they have a lot of self check outs available along with regular lines. It was an easy visit to go in and find what I needed, check out, and leave. The parking lot has several entrances.

Ame Yang: I decided to check this place out and write a review because there were none and it was pretty much right behind my apartment building. I wasn't sure how big it was going to be inside but after going in, it's pretty small. There wasn't as much variety of stuff as I hoping, even if it was small, but I did find one of my fave noodles there. I wasn't greeted when I entered until I greeted the lady first but she was on the phone the whole 10 minutes I spent there. I roamed the store about 5 times looking for something in particular but did not find it. I was also looking for rice but I may have missed it, I mean, what Asian store doesn't sell rice? All in all, I wouldn't come here again unless it was for something I knew they had and I pretty much know what they have from my one trip here.

Alister Hile: Standing in line to return something that both went out of date two years ago and was rung up at a higher price than was on the the tag. Could a grocery store mess up anything else? Wrong prices on expired food.
Veronica Jarvis: It's a very tidy store and the staff is friendly and always willing to offer their help. I usually Clicklist, but decided to do my own shopping today. Since I've been using clicklist for nearly 3 years, I am always worried about finding things, but aisles were clearly marked and stocked well.
Lys Bebout: Today I went to this Kroger to get groceries and it was the best experience I've ever had!! MICHAEL bagged my groceries, very nicely, and then pushed my cart out to my vehicle AND put all my groceries away for me(and I had a lot). He said he's been there 25 years and kept saying how much he loves to help customers. He was seriously so amazing, and went over and beyond!!!!! Thanks so much Michael, you are such a blessing!!!
Roy Sutphin: negative 5 would be a better rating. Clearly posted fuel price was not honored when I disputed they said there was nothing they could do to refund the difference. Contacted customer service and spoke to 2 people in the Philippines that were very difficult to understand and also refused to assist me and told me to return to the place that already refused.
Ishmael Bey: This location used to close at midnight. And then it went to 11:00 p.m because of Covid-19. and now it is at 10:00 p.m. closing time. When will it go to 9:00 p.m.? Or even 8:00 p.m. closing time? Kroger at Georgetown square does not care for the third shift worker in that area. They don't care for the late night shopper.Knowing that there are many other businesses in the Georgetown Square area that are open later than what this Kroger closes at, as a late night worker in the area, It just does not make any sense to use this Kroger anymore... I'd rather drive a mile down the road and use the Meijer and or Walmart. Walmart closes at 11:00 p.m. while Meijer closes at 12:00 midnight.Fort Wayne Indiana Kroger district general manager, you can do better.
Peaceful Right Mind: They have good customer service.I just love there fruit pies from the bakery. Ms Jasmine that works in the deli department is always so nice every time I vist and she working.
Jessica Lamb: I had a Click list pickup scheduled for 9am-10am. I was a half an hour early which I didn't think would be a big deal. But when I called upon arrival the automated message told me to leave and come back later 😅 I sat in my parking spot with Intentions of just waiting. A gentleman came out and asked me for my name and said that he would bring my order out anyways. This guy did not have to do that for me! That is good customer service.
maddie fraser: After another customer had threatened me. Gary, Ben, and Jeremy took great care of me. Taking the time to help me and to even help load my groceries into my car. Honestly I love coming to this Kroger they take such great care of everyone and they are always so kind.
George Snyder: I used to complain about the Georgetown Kroger until my wife and I went to the one on St Joe center. It wasn't so much the store but the people. The other customers were rude, hogged the aisles, cut in front of you, cut you off practically knock you down. When we went back to our store in Georgetown it was such a relief. We've been going there so long we feel as we know many of the employees. We noticed their prices going up since the pandemic which is annoying and they don't stock some of our favorite items any longer. But the shoppers from our area are much more polite and it's a much better shopping experience.
David Sites: The service for their curbside pickup is awesome. The kids bringing out the groceries have been very pleasant.

Kim Bebout: It is rare that I have to wait more than 5 minutes to check out. Products are usually pretty well stocked unless it is a good sale item. However if you ask an employee to check in back they are helpful and rarely grouchy about checking for you!!
