Paddy Reilly: Just happened across this business on Google maps and thought I would leave a review, this actually happened several years ago. I had bought a custom leather weightlifting belt online, and as I worked out over time I began to lose quite a bit of fat from my midsection. I needed a couple of extra holes punched in the belt to keep it fitting me and knew that this place did alterations. I bring my belt in, and there's no one there except for the wife of the owner, I forget her name. Extremely friendly, I explain my situation and she says she can punch the holes I want. She brings out a leatherpunch and we get to talking about what it's like to work with leather; I had never met anyone who had worked with leather before. It all seemed like a lot of fun, so she asked me if I would like to use the leatherpunch to make a hole! I accepted, and after a bit of coaching concerning technique (and quite a bit of hammering, this leather was very thick!) I managed to punch two holes in my belt! Afterwards, she refused to take my money! I couldn't believe it, talk about customer service! I eventually convinced her to take 20 bucks from me, and she did under extreme protest. I would highly recommend shopping here, it is extremely rare to find a business like this these days.

Burlington was always the place for coats with many other items. Now I understand that they are just Burlington but I would think they would still try to stock coats. I feel like it's just another store where you never really know what you might find. And you might not find what you are looking for.

Alexis Ray: DO NOT COME HERE! I set up an appointment for my fiancé to try on tux’s for the first time. I called ahead and told them the groomsmen would also be coming. The employee on the phone said that was fine but it would take longer since they only had one consultant per person. My fiancé calls me 15 minutes into his appointment saying they were leaving because they seemed upset that the wedding party was there. Whoever helped them took their measurements and showed them the catalog to look through. That’s it. No one offered to help him look at styles or try them on either. Regardless of how many groomsmen show up, my fiancé still had a scheduled appointment to try on tux’s and he couldn’t even do that.

She made sure I was getting what I needed exactly and helped get things done perfectly! Also when picking up the suit from being tailored, which was extremely fast by the way, another gentleman was over the top helpful assisting me with shirts a tie etc. You can buy a suit and dress shirt anywhere, but the service here is more than top notch. I will be back for more business dress attire for certain very soon because of it.

Ben: Rented a suit for my daughters wedding. The initial day of measuring was pleasant. Picked up the suit day before wedding. Was asked if I wanted to try on. Being a dumb guy I said no. I have never had a issue before anywhere else. When you pay $238 to RENT a suit your expectations are of the highest degree. So my pants were atleast 4-5” to short. There was only enough buttons on shirt to button to my mid belly area. I was not told these suit pants had no belt loops either. Was able to adjust a little but without belt they are falling. Had they told me there were no belt loops I would of said yes to suspenders. Was not going to review but when I took suit back all the gentleman said was “we would of fixed if I tried them on” I live 1/2 hr away and had no time that day. I trusted them. 4-5” to short is not in the probable margain if you ask me. It was a mess up. So my mom undid the hem and did a few quick sews on the pants. I put a belt around tight to keep them up. Had to keep jacket on (perfect fit) so no one could see. I understand I should of tried on. But I was asked once and only once and he did not suggest I should. Very disappointed. A simple SORRY would of prevented this review.

Mylissa Sproles: They promised I would have suits on a certain day because I needed them after my husband was killed in a tragic car accident. Then they call the day before I have to have them saying they can't get them to us for an extra week out. I'm so irritated by this place. My family will NEVER go bad.
Wayne Kelton: Walked in and out with full suit and 2 shirts and shoes plus marked for alterations in under an hour. Maggie was very knowledgeable and professional. We highly recommend her for anyone.
