jessica orr: The Staff here is so friendly. On my days off I’m makeup free and my hair is a mess! Regardless they treated me top notch! Glenbrook Mall is another story they treat me as a inconvenience to be waited on and that I’m below their level to be buying at the store! Now if I go in there and my hair and makeup is done I can get waited on! I would rather spend my money at Jefferson Pointe where they treat me the same regardless of my appearance! I’m shopping so sometimes I dress up and sometimes I slap on a tshirt and leggings and out the door I go!Thank You Management For Creating A Great Team & the Staff!

Thea Scott: I went into Buckle, never have been in before, and an associate stops and talks to me, asks me what I’m in for, what my style is, and helps me find everything! Since Buckle doesn’t carry plus sizes in store, and I’m a plus sized girl, the associate helps me find clothes that run a little bit larger than a usual fit would! I tried on everything she found me! From jeans, to shirts, to bralettes. I loved it all! She gave me a card to keep, that has my pant size in their store (because it’s different than a usual 18/20) and some information for the next time I visit! Here it is, the next day, and I’m going back! I was telling my boyfriend that Buckle is my go-to store now! Thank you Skye, for all your help!!

Janet Haudenschild: Not sure I want to give it one star. I went in after I read the sign saying they are closing early at 6pm for inventory. When I get in one woman approached me saying we are closing at 6pm and it was 445pm at this time. By 5pm I had a top and bottom for my daughter to go to dressing room with and a packaged leggings that I can't unpacked to try on. This older woman stares at us walking to dressing room then has the nerve to follow us saying ma'am we close at 6pm. I said yes I know, I was told by someone else already. I said to my kids that is rude and unprofessional to follow a customer as if they were doing something wrong. One customer heard me and said yea, they did the same thing to me. I don't appreciate the rude customer service. I felt unwelcomed, as if I had to leave and I almost left my coupon on the shelf with clothes in dressing room. That is the second time I was there and will never return. The shelves for the leggings and leggings were dusty like they don't take care of the place. Dressing room not great either. Rude employees at this one.

They would not honor the price I paid on Black Friday, saying I would have to pay double for what I originally paid. Walked out with a full refund and will never be back.

Amy Cater: Girls underwear is way too expensive. Every time I go in there to try to buy underwear for my niece who's six years old, a five or eight pack it's like twenty dollars. I'm taking my money elsewhere to buy underwear and even clothes. The only thing that I will buy from Old Navy for my niece and for myself is flip flops and that's it.

I order online all my vacation clothes and flip flops for my son and I but they wouldn't have been delivered on time to take with us. The staff is ok I guess. No one ever really tried to help me until I got to the check out. Then the girl answered the phone and started a conversation with another customer, rather than speaking to me. Not necessarily rude, just didn't seem like I was of any importance and my business didn't really matter to them.

I will need to get my money back on two of the Jean's cause they dont have the size i need to exchange them and the items are cheaper online
Sarah Linser: This review has more to do with staff and stock, which is subjective to a certain day and time, so sorry if this comes across a bit harsh.It is painfully clear that there is some KPI behind the counter. We were pushed and prodded for any product that was 'limited time' or seasonal by the check-out. It took us almost 5 minutes of saying no as the cashier squirted different perfumes and colons on sample strips for them to finally ring us out. She kept directing us to the rack behind us and saying how great their products were at a discount the entire time, it was like picking up a spam call you couldn't hang up.Additionally, as a women between the size of L-XL, it was impossible to find more than a select few shirts and pants that would fit me. Everything in the plus sizes fitted like a trash bag, while the normal sizes were clearly too small. The problem I have with their stock is not this, but that its fall in Fort Wayne and 50% of their shirts are cropped. They had maybe 5-10 long sleeve shirts and all of their winter cloths could fit on one small display. It's getting cold, like really cold, really fast -- get with the times!

One employee was wearing a flannel unbuttoned with nothing but a sports bra/bralette under. That attire is not right. I've visited this location in the past and its the same thing. Or if someone does decide to talk they refuse to follow up and help when I ask for it. I miss the old location in the Fremont outlet shopping center.

Sara T: Very clean store. I didn't speak with any associates while in the store. Only saw the one that was checking out customers. The store has very cute clothing for the younger generation. The only concern we have with American Eagle is we purchased a sweatshirt for our son for graduation pictures and within 2 washes the front pocket on the hoodie began to come off the sweatshirt. For the amount we paid, I had expected it to last longer than a couple of weeks.

The lack of care to help cover the few seconds in public made it feel unwelcoming.A few of the employees are very welcoming in terms of responding despite the lack of care to check on the customers.

I work in customer service and the way you acted was childish for someone who was asking for help. Rindy Schlatter: The fitting rooms are now open and the store was more organized & cleaned up than the last 2 years since quarantine (more staff available) - yay! The person managing the fitting room was friendly and gave helpful hints to customers. It's a small H&M so don't expect many niche styles but the basics are usually available. I hope they start taking textiles for recycling again!

I personally do not wear many prints but tried something I normally don't and was pleasantly surprised. It's refreshing finding elevated looks and having a different perspective. Great store!

Anthony Anzini: If I could give Chris 10 stars I would! The most helpful, non-pushy staff I have ever encountered at a clothing store. Literally dressed my son head to toe in what he needed for his Semi-Formal dance. I forgot to mention it was the weekend of Black Friday and he didn’t even think twice about helping us. I will recommend this place to everyone. Thanks for the great experience!

Rebeca Mancia: This location needs some proper training when it comes to upkeep. One of their employees was made to clean the store floor without a working vacuum or broom. She had to get on her hands and knees to pick up the trash for two hours! How does the store not have the proper equipment to keep the store working and clean? This is completely unacceptable. The responsibility of having the proper cleaning equipment should fall on the store/store manager, not the employees.

Misty Ellsworth: If I could give this store a zero star I would. Couldn't find anything over size large. I'm an xl and I want to have nice cute clothes too. And on top of things I couldn't get a single person to help me find anything. When I go into a store I at least expect the staff to be friendly and say hello and say is there anything I can help u find today but that wasn't the case. Moral of the story is be better sales person and have clothes for bigger ppl. Not just skinny ppl

Stephanie Hudson: Was disappointed in the staff. Not exactly helpful or concerned with trying to go a little extra mile to help the customer. Kinda wish I would've just stayed with buying online. I love the coats, jeans, and bras otherwise wouldn't have gotten 4 star from me this time.
Grant Byman: Hollister is my favorite place in the mall. The relitively new store is very clean but still gives the classic Holister feel. The discounts are the best among their competition as well as standard prices
Matthew Stritzinger: Great prices and staff was very helpful. My son couldn't find the size he wanted so they scoured online to try and get him what he wanted. In the end we came away with 3 new pairs of pants and a shirt! 👍

Peter MacDonald: Every time I’ve gone into Hollister I’ve found something that I liked. they’ve just renovated and the new location is drastically improved— it looks fantastic. The staff is incredibly helpful, and not in an overbearing way. Looking forward to my next trip to this location.
Erich Kelley: Employee was very welcoming & friendly. She took time to show me sale items & tried to find bleached jeans without rips/tears in them. And she matched the sale price on the app for a sweatshirt. I'll definitely come back with our son b/c this mom doesn't know the trends for teen boys Lol....
