Ben Williams: The only way one can survive shopping at Lowe's is to have an understanding of where things are. The reason for this is because it's impossible to actually get help in this store. They are always understaffed and they've been that way for years.And even then many of the staff have no idea what they're doing.Every once in a while there's a really good employee that knows where things are and has knowledge but unfortunately they always seem to transfer to other stores.I wish this store would obtain and retain good help that understands what they're doing and has knowledge of products etc.Just recently I shopped here and wasted an hour trying to find some things because I could not get help from one employee.When I did finally get help they sent me to the wrong area.The store was exceptionally busy and they didn't even have a fraction of the staff they needed to handle the load.Seems like it's poor management.The other issue is some of their pricing is extremely high compared to competitors such as Menards.For instance the PVC products are substantially higher than Menards.

Melanie Foster: False advertising. Manager does nothing. I bought mulch labeled BROWN and half the bags were BLACK. Didn't realize the colors were different until I had laid half of it down and all of a sudden the color changed. The manager refused to do anything. I have never shopped anywhere else for home improvement but after this, I'm done. TERRIBLE customer service! I'm sure I'll get the canned response here of how they didn't want this to be my experience, we pride ourselves on customer service, etc. It's all just fluff.
Rick Brandt: Like the selection at Lowes, but I'm disappointed that there was no cashier available, only a self checkout station.This trend makes me wonder if buying local means anything.

Todd mulholland: Needed some concrete blocks, I work 3rd shift so I went in after work. I found the and put them on the cart and took them to the checkout. The cashier couldn't find the price for them so she asked someone to check. They charged me for the next higher priced product. Which ok whatever, I should have taken a picture of the UPC. It was only 30 cents more a piece x 8 pieces .The cashier that waited on me had this crazy amount of patches on her vest about her customer service awards that she had won. She just treated me like I was an annoyance, like I ended up stopping her conversation with a Co worker to help me. I'm sorry that they don't put a price tag on concrete blocks maam......not an award winning performance by her yesterday, for sure.

Catrin Biggs: The lady working in the garden department at the N Coliseum store (from Bosnia I believe ) is a gem! She is so friendly and helpful and has enormous patience, often taking care of things by herself with not enough help!

She went above and beyond to get everything figured out for me on the lease site and get me a replacement washer that fit everything I need..On the rest of the store:there hasn't been any improvement on getting knowledgeable staff.. had to ask 3 members of the garden department to get a half answer on where to find a hyacinth not already in a decorative pot..Update:Wow, every time i come here it gets worse!! What kind of home improvement store doesn't carry a selection of sandpaper!! Oh or flashlights.. to get a halfway decent one you have to order it...Original post: staff are not very knowledgeable, every department I had question for I got wrong answers..

They asked me when I wanted it assembled by and they let me pick a date.I picked Tuesday 4/11 so I could pick it up and have it for my boyfriends birthday.Called today to see when it would be ready apparently they won’t have it until tomorrow. This is ridiculous and inconvenient.Why let me pick a date and wasted time.
Doug H: I needed a bungee cord. Found one but wasn't certain of length. It said 48" but I didn't know if that was the actual length or the length it would stretch to. The young lady at the check out lane offered to take it out and measure it. Good customer service.

Amy Silvarman: Lowes typically has the items we need in a pinch when we are doing home projects. We’ve ran to Lowe’s several times a day on more than one occasion getting supplies that we’ve needed.The kids workshop is also great to when they offer them.The home & garden section has a great selection of plants. However, I wish they would get a better selection of hanging house plants. They keep getting golden pothos. Yes, they are gorgeous. But we want some other types & varieties.The staff is always helpful & kind. You can find an associate just about in every aisle you turn. The store is clean, so are the restrooms.

Karen Broski: Can't find inventory on the shelves that the website says they have in stock. No one around to help find anything. Checkout was slow... Not enough training for the employee, I'm guessing. Most employees that were there didn't seem to care about customers.
Unicorn Sprinkles: If I ever need anything, anything at all I know, I can get it here! I also enjoy the ordering online and then pick-up feature, and it's usually ready within 30-45 minutes!!!

There was also a great variety of gloves, we got the cheapest ones and they were still great quality!

Donna Croston: So... my son in law had a toilet delivered. It was not needed, I helped him load it and return it to the store. The clerk told him he did NOT need a receipt for returns. Lowe's would not credit him until they reviewed the CAMARAS. Fortunately he took a picture in the store, so that he had a date & time stamp.
Damian Lothamer: We had went with lowes for our laminate and hardwood flooring. Wish we hadn't because the whole thing was a nightmare. All went good until the day our product was being delivered. Needless to say it took three separate deliveries and multiple phone calls to finally get it all. And after the first delivery they had forgot our laminate and they hadn't even ordered after I supposedly had already paid for it. Our install date was pushed back due to not having our product. The solid hardwood was so badly cambered that the installer couldn't even install it. The only good thing out of thus ordeal was the installers themselves, they were very professional and did and amazing job on my laminate. I would look elsewhere to have your flooring done through lowes.

Daniel B: Great customer service from management here. I’ve spent probably 7000 here now. They helped me very well with some whirlpool dishwashers that have had problems. Don’t buy whirlpool but go to this Lowe’s is you want to be taken care of.
