Cynthia Toll: Kyle was very easy to work with - he was patient with me requesting multiple changes and was here when he said he would be. I absolutely love my closets. We had downsized and my old closet was huge- but with his design I found I could get a lot more in a smaller space than I thought . I highly recommend Kyle and closet tamers.
Dennis Castleman: Not pleased with their work. Took shortcuts by piecing together crown molding instead of using one piece. Wouldn't correct after bringing it to their attention. Side panels are also bowing on a shelving unit that only holds shoes.

Nick Stanley: We had them install shelving/organization in our closet in our new house and the quality was excellent and the price was good. We did have an issue after the fact where the hanging bars weren't designed well (you couldn't get hangers on them without tilting them quite a bit). They ended up coming up with a solution over the phone, but they were initially defensive and said it was fine. Overall, good value for the price.

Serena Fuelling: Our experience with Closet Tamers was horrible. We communicated through email and was provided drawings for redoing our bedroom Closet. We ended up meeting in person with Kyle and he was insulting and rude when I asked simple questions. He was very defensive from the beginning of the conversation and kept trying to sell why their products were the best. I merely wanted to see if they could custom build the closet and he said they only have a certain size dimensions of boards and could to cut them down to make shoe boxes. He was very errogant and needs to learn personal communication skills. We loved the products and we're going to go with closet tamers until that meeting with Kyle. I would never recommend this company based on their lack of communication skills and unprofessional conduct!!
Sarah Hysong: Our experience with Closet Tamers was fantastic! We worked with them to redo our master walk-in. Our designer was great and willing to work with our ideas and give his professional input as well. The installer was there on time and I felt safe to leave him at home while I headed to work. Needless to say the end product was better than I expected and can't wait to have them come up and redo the rest of the closets in our house.

Grace E: Update: Today I had another good experience at Menards.I was back at Menards for several items and some ideas. I often choose Menards because they are often less expensive than other stores of its kind. I found each of the items I needed. I was disappointed that the Halloween decorations were more expensive than usual. I need to get used to the inflation.I enjoy Menards because of the diversity of products they have. I also appreciate that they have maintained ♿ parking while so many stores have replaced it with online order pickup. Menards is a store that you can be left alone or find assistance almost always. I will return.

Melanie Foster: False advertising. Manager does nothing. I bought mulch labeled BROWN and half the bags were BLACK. Didn't realize the colors were different until I had laid half of it down and all of a sudden the color changed. The manager refused to do anything. I have never shopped anywhere else for home improvement but after this, I'm done. TERRIBLE customer service! I'm sure I'll get the canned response here of how they didn't want this to be my experience, we pride ourselves on customer service, etc. It's all just fluff.

Todd mulholland: Needed some concrete blocks, I work 3rd shift so I went in after work. I found the and put them on the cart and took them to the checkout. The cashier couldn't find the price for them so she asked someone to check. They charged me for the next higher priced product. Which ok whatever, I should have taken a picture of the UPC. It was only 30 cents more a piece x 8 pieces .The cashier that waited on me had this crazy amount of patches on her vest about her customer service awards that she had won. She just treated me like I was an annoyance, like I ended up stopping her conversation with a Co worker to help me. I'm sorry that they don't put a price tag on concrete blocks maam......not an award winning performance by her yesterday, for sure.
Peter Schmittp: Don't order home delivery from Lowe's. They have no idea what is going on and put you on hold and talk trash about you. I will never shop Lowe's again in my life! Lost money sitting at home waiting on a greedy corporation. Who knows if I'll ever get my delivery. They don't care, why should I!

Catrin Biggs: The lady working in the garden department at the N Coliseum store (from Bosnia I believe ) is a gem! She is so friendly and helpful and has enormous patience, often taking care of things by herself with not enough help!

They asked me when I wanted it assembled by and they let me pick a date.I picked Tuesday 4/11 so I could pick it up and have it for my boyfriends birthday.Called today to see when it would be ready apparently they won’t have it until tomorrow. This is ridiculous and inconvenient.Why let me pick a date and wasted time.
Doug H: I needed a bungee cord. Found one but wasn't certain of length. It said 48" but I didn't know if that was the actual length or the length it would stretch to. The young lady at the check out lane offered to take it out and measure it. Good customer service.

We’ve ran to Lowe’s several times a day on more than one occasion getting supplies that we’ve needed.The kids workshop is also great to when they offer them.The home & garden section has a great selection of plants. However, I wish they would get a better selection of hanging house plants. They keep getting golden pothos. Yes, they are gorgeous. But we want some other types & varieties.The staff is always helpful & kind. You can find an associate just about in every aisle you turn. The store is clean, so are the restrooms.

Lola S: You know....it's a warehouse, home improvement store - not unlike the other two big name stores. In the past, Menards has tried to maintain a "made in the U.S.A" mantra. Not really sure if that's the way it is.I shop there because it is closer than the other two big name home improvement stores. I'm satisfied with the prices I've had to pay, as well as some of the selections that the other two don't have.I get great plants/flowers for outdoors. They hold up well. I'd say most of my home improvement projects have been supplied at Menards. My only complaint is about the mission style sink w/vanity that I put in my bathroom. It was manufactured in America but isn't the best quality. Had to take it back twice to get one that wasn't broken in the box or scratched/chipped.But, overall, I can't say that it's better or worse than the competition. Menards suits me fine and I'll keep shopping there.

Wendy Geisman: Joel and Corey were amazing help. We couldn't find the right blinds for our different size windows and Joel helped us until we decided on which ones to get. He helped us understand which ones were better also. They stopped what they were doing instantly to come and help us and always had a smile. These two were awesome!! Menard's and it's customers are lucky to have these two.

Steve Graves: Since I have been in this store in excess of 500 times remodeling this house it's probably a time for a review. The staff is generally friendly and helpful, their stock is usually up to snuff, and the 11% is always a nice bonus you won't find at Home Depot and Lowe's. They're close by and they check all the boxes.
