Isaac Birch: Would give a 0 star if I could. placed an order for pick up and they completely got the food wrong. When we called they told us to come in and they would remake the food. When we got there they acted as if we never called and said they would not remake the food, instead wanted us to pay for a whole new meal.

Lady Noname: I love coming here because the food is great when I take it home. The only issue I have is that whenever we dine in, the service is slow. When we were there 2 weeks ago 2 people were taking care of cleaning tables and our waitress was running tge register and a few tables. The line for the registration was halfway to the door. She seemed to be overwhelmed and had no help.

justin Time: I honestly like this place but they have 2 locations and both are great but I tend to favor one over the other. This restaurant is always clean and the servers are great! They give you your money's worth for sure! I have never had a problem at this location but you can tell what restaurant your at by the taste of the dishes alone. Compared to the other Mexican restaurants in the area this place is my unofficial favorite..lol

Chris Larimer: Overpriced & under-seasonedPros: nice decor. The flour tortilla was the best I’ve ever had. The chips, though scantily portioned, were delicious. The Mexican rice was delicious, with a hint of smokiness.Cons: For the price, you should be getting at least 50% more food OR the quality should be exceptional. Everything needed salt. The “bistek” was thin, chewy, with lies of gristle; I wanted to do a full on Wendy’s “Where’s the beef?” commercial series. The rice was portioned to about 1/3 cup. Everything extra cost extra (sour cream, lettuce, etc.). Good luck getting your server to check in. We were 1 of 8 tables with 3 front end staff but only got seen once. We had to call the server down while she was taking a nearby tracked order.For the same price, you can have exceptional Mexican fusion cuisine at Próximo with fantastic service & an inventive cocktail menu.

Holly Seidel: From the first step in the door, it was all down hill from there. For not being busy the host was aloof and didnt bother to ask if i needed a high chair for my child. The waitress felt the need to ask if my son was my GRANDSON! before even offering drink orders. The atmosphere was dinghy and seemed a bit dirty. Maximino Arellano: The food was pretty good ans so were the drinks. The reason for the review may just be a one time experience. I would hate to judge a place from one bad experience. We ordered food and it took a very long time to get it. We ordered drinks and had to flag the servers down to get refills. At one point, one of the servers tried arguing with me about what I said someone else ordered like it was my fault that they served them the wrong meal. Again, this may have been an isolated incident. I haven't been there since the renovation, but I am in no hurry to go back.

Found this place while looking for another (my GPS screen froze up and I passed the road I was looking for).Decided to give this a try. So glad we did. Food was great. Hot sauce is better than what I get at home restaurant. Full plates give you your monies worth, and service was fast and on point.

Krystal Dearman: Got a shredded beef chimichanga for dinner recently. A few hours later, I started feeling very ill with food poisoning symptoms. In the bathroom all night and next day. Sure enough, It was confirmed by my dr to be food poisoning. $85 worth of food that was soggy, lacked flavor, had missing items, and on top of that disappointment, a BAD case of food poisoning. I will never ever eat here again.
