R. A.: I don't know but the Coventry Salsa Grille has proved to be superior over this one for me. The service at this location is always nice and fast but I usually order ahead and they always say the wait is 15-20 minutes. When I get my food it tastes like it has been sitting there for 15-20 minutes. I wish there was a better system in place that if they get it made before then you get a text or something. This has happened a few times now with ordering ahead at this location so when I do that I'll probably stick to the Coventry location, whenever I order ahead there it generally seems better timed.

I didn’t get silverware - not sure if I was supposed to get that before I left but ended up eating the bowl with the chips since I didn’t have a fork.I feel like their prices have gone up since the last time I was there. Mot Music: My brother ordered and payed through doordash. I wanted to get out of the house so i offered to go up and get it. I got there after door dash said our food was ready. They told me that i had to reorder and pay in the store. One of the ladies messed up my quesadilla and they tried making me pay for my food 2 times. SCAMMERS

Ashley Greene: Was missing all sauce sides that came with meals. Dinners were missing toppings. Manager told me to come back so he could show me how to order online.... I asked for a management contact and refund and was denied. Called the Coventry location and they said they had no manager... the Coldwater location (I believe) manager said he would forward my information to others.. Worst experience, food was terrible. I would never recommend this restaurant/company.

geoff minnick: I looked at the menu online and found 8 tacos for 15.99. I also ordered chorizo and queso. When I got there... my bill was over 30 dollars... with no queso in the bag. I asked for an explanation on why I was getting charged so much and fumbling through his words... I received no clear reason. He then tried to correct the bill, and showed me a total of $24, but no change was given back. They said the 9 dollar charge for chicken tacos was correct. I then asked how much just 4 chicken tacos are by themselves...he said about 9 dollars. So I got charged for 12 tacos and received 8. Absolutely the worst experience I've had here and will not be going back.

Alex Riggers: The highlight of this place is definitely their steak. Their steak used in these "Street" style tacos, were delicious. Very tender and delicious.The salsa was fantastic as well, with their business practice focusing on freshness, you can definitely taste it.The chips however weren't the best I've had. They were kind of hard, not necessarily stale, but just tougher than I would have liked.Staff were friendly enough.

The Mexican rice was delicious, with a hint of smokiness.Cons: For the price, you should be getting at least 50% more food OR the quality should be exceptional. Everything needed salt. The “bistek” was thin, chewy, with lies of gristle; I wanted to do a full on Wendy’s “Where’s the beef?” commercial series. The rice was portioned to about 1/3 cup. Everything extra cost extra (sour cream, lettuce, etc.). Good luck getting your server to check in. We were 1 of 8 tables with 3 front end staff but only got seen once. We had to call the server down while she was taking a nearby tracked order.For the same price, you can have exceptional Mexican fusion cuisine at Próximo with fantastic service & an inventive cocktail menu.

Andrew Lomont: Food was really good. I had steak tacos and beef nachos and everything was great. Their pico degio was awesome. But for a Mexican place I was very disappointed they don't have queso dip and don't have complimentary chips and salsa. Also my waitress was very slow and non attentive I had to get up and go to get my own things after waiting for her. Sad part was I could see her behind the counter playing on her phone and chatting with other employees. I'm afraid I won't be returning. Fed 3 people for $43.00.

Rosie Easterday: I feel at home. This family owned Mexican restaurant is the best! It is obvious that they take pride in providing a personal experience. The servers had real conversations with us. The food is more delicious than my dad's (Don't tell him I said that.) Don't even get me started on the salsa; I was eating it with everything, even by itself. And the soda... it had the perfect level of carbonation. It was if I had pulled a can of soda from the freezer at the perfect time to enjoy its fullness. Bottom line - my husband will be enjoying more dates with me at Mi Parrilla.

The man and woman behind the counter were friendly enough.The food looked delicious, but it wasn't for me, unfortunately. The rice had a minty taste to me, which was very unappealing. The beans were okay. The beef chimichangas were rather soggy instead of crunchy. However, the flavor was very good.The prices are pretty reasonable here, with friendly staff, the food just wasn't for me.

When we were there 2 weeks ago 2 people were taking care of cleaning tables and our waitress was running tge register and a few tables. The line for the registration was halfway to the door. She seemed to be overwhelmed and had no help.
