Nathan Hiegel: Chip, Jaycob, & Scott are outstanding. Everything from their assistance with picking out the car we saw online to the test driving and the completion of the sale was seemless. We got a quaillity car for an afforable price. (200/month) Every car on the lot was in excellent condition and these guys took care of the breaks, oil change and an extra key fob all included with the sale. WOW! The entire time took less than an hour and half. Amazed by the professionalism and quality of service and cars. We will definitely be back for our next car.

Grace Hilty: I just purchased a 2014 Honda Accord this past weekend. The buying process was so smooth and I did not feel rushed at all, thanks to Scott! I was able to get the vehicle 3rd party inspected and the dealership was willing to accommodate some of the recommended repairs, which made it easier for me to buy the vehicle! Lucas Scott: Bought a car from them and it needed an engine replacement less than four months later. I junked the car and got to make payments on the loan for several years after the fact. Plus lots of repair bills in the mean time trying to get it working. Told the sales rep about what had happened and his response was, “sorry to hear about that”.

Mark Patterson: This company will tell you that they have had it checked out by a mechanic.in fact before I could make my first payment of 400 dollars on the truck I had to put 3,000 in repairs. This dose not sound like I would trust a company like that. They will also tell you their is a warranty on the vehicle, when their is not. I would defiantly make them put every thing in writing including what is and is not covered. I do not recommend any one to buy a vehicle from these people.
Matt Warwick: Sold me a truck with lots of issues not told to me before buying. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place. Find a dealer with warranty coverage and tells you problems upfront.

John Hart: At first I thought this place was a great place to buy a car. The salesman was a very friendly guy, and did not seem to be pushy. I purchased the car back in early march, and after about 3 weeks of driving it I started running into transmission problems. I had it looked at by two different places, and both mechanics said that if the car was inspected like they said, that this would have shown up. I contacted them back and all they had to say was : "You bought a 5,000 car, what do you expect?". Well what i expect is an honest company, and not one out to screw over their customers by hiding a problem. I expect a car that is going to last me more than three weeks. 100% would not recommend this place! Because you too could be out of your money, with no car to drive.

Evan Miller: Do not buy cars from here. They sell terrible vehicles and will not disclose issues that the vehicle you purchase has. I used to work in the automotive industry and I have heard several horror stories about vehicles purchased here and the services they offer. We had many customers need to have their vehicles fixed right after purchasing. They will screw you over.My friend just purchased a vehicle from here and I wish he told me he was looking at this dealership so he could’ve avoided the hassle he is dealing with now. I would have strongly encouraged him to go somewhere else. His vehicle had safety issues and other issues. They did not even disclose the safety issues that the vehicles has and that is illegal…Do not buy or use the services at Big Sh!ty Cars…
Christopher: A bit deceptive. I drove 2 hours to see a car that I was told over the phone didn't need anything replaced soon. The tires were bald to the point where I wondered if they were even road legal. The photos didn't show how bad the car was. They could have done a much better job disclosing it's condition before wasting both of our time.

Christine Davis: I am going to leave this right here. If you purchase a vehicle, PLEASE make sure you get that after market warranty and hope you don't have to use it more than once. Mine maxed out on having to put a new engine in my vehicle, 4 months after purchase. Driven less than 4,000 miles. I have driven less than 8,000 miles, since purchase and it is back in the shop for repairs today. We paid $7200 for the car. $7500 for a new engine. Warranty paid $5000 we paid $2500. ANOTHER $2000 today needed in repairs not engine related, not normal wear and tear. The dealership said we can use that as testimony, the warranty works, it does. I did have a conversation with ASC today, they are going to be looking into how many people are having to use this warranty, shortly after purchase. They do keep track. I have seen several reviews saying the purchaser's need to revert to warranty for repairs. It is just not right. At all.
Tommy Baigent: 90 days after my purchase my transmission went out after repeated problems with my check engine light, it's now been in the shop 3 times within 90 days, and the transmission is out before my first oil change the team is non schalantly referring me to my warranty and offering no other comments, I'm very disappointed and will not be referring anyone and will not be back!

Long story short, about a year ago, we bought a vehicle from one of the bigger dealerships in Fort Wayne. You know the kind... where there are 20 sales people standing outside - surrounding you like vultures as soon as you drive up and practically suffocating you. Nearly 5 hours later (yes FIVE hours), we were able to finally drive away with a vehicle. The ONLY vehicle we were there to see & test drive. It was mentally exhausting. So with that terrible experience in mind, I was dreading having to go through the process of buying another car. However, I was pleasantly surprised that Three Rivers Auto was nothing like that! Sir CES: I found their advertising and be very deceitful. They listed a Dodge Challenger had a full retail price and with all the pictures they took they failed to show the body damage and rust on the driver's quarter panel. It also was not noted in the description of the vehicle. I wasted my time driving all the way there for nothing. The salesman was really rude and dismissed the probably $3,000 worth of work that it would need. I wouldn't recommend anybody go to this place and to me that shady sales tactics. Since you were nice enough to reply to me I am updating my post I took the time to run over there and take pictures of the damage and rust on the gray Dodge Challenger you have. You shouldn't go trying to lie to people

Donovan Thompson: If I could rate this dealership lower than 0 I would. Don't expect a call back unless its for their benefit. The amount of times I got the, "yeah no problem ill call/tect you about it tomorrow!" Or the, "I'll update you through the process!" And NEVER RECUEVED UPDATES OR CALLS BACK. When I sold my car to them it took 39 days for them to pay me for it. Please if you read this make one thing happen, call your customers when you say you will call them. Give them updates through the process if you say you will. Just do what you say and it wouldnt have been an issue. First 1 star review on google how did i do?
Hank Borden: Purchasing a vehicle was quite frustrating, with communication from Logan and Sam very inconsistent. I left voicemails and sent emails for three days with no response. I was finally able to reach a different salesperson who kept me on the phone until he could locate Sam to speak with me. I absolutely love the MX-5 RF , but will definitely not return to O’Daniel.

Arick Crecelius: Matt Tillapaugh failed in my book.Matt Tillapaugh at first was doing a great job in assisting my friend in purchasing a new vehicle. The car was supposed to be delivered by the end of September, however, it arrived early. My friend was out of the country, until September 1st. Matt texted her saying that they are concerned with holding the vehicle at the dealership for 3 more weeks until she came back into the states. He continued to play with her emotions, she felt scared that they were going to sell the vehicle underneath her. That is absolutely horrible to do/make someone feel like that when they have no control of the situation/being able to come home sooner. This was her first time purchasing a new car and there was already anxiety and nervousness about the process of purchasing a car. My friend picked up her car this week, everything went fine at the dealership other than it took a long time.I am not impressed with Matt and his tactics (my guess is he used this tactic to help him meet his monthly quotas). If I had to purchase a vehicle from this dealership, I would go with a different sales rep.
