Marissa Cacioppo: I went in for a diagnosis on my car for some exhaust issues as well as some occasional shaking and came out with a quote for $3000 worth of work, which included a new "flex pipe" to the catalytic converter as well as new front lower control arms. I went for a second opinion on my exhaust issue at a place recommended by the service advisor at Dehaven since my warranty wouldn't cover the cost. After having it looked at through the exhaust shop, it was determined that what the Dehaven mechanic suggested the issue was, was not the issue at all. My resonator has rusted through to the point where there was evidently a hole. The man at the exhaust shop said this was a very common issue and actually was surprised that the other mechanic had missed this. It was fixed for $250 instead of $1200 as quoted by Dehaven. As for the control arms and bushings/shoes that were supposedly loose and cracked, there was absolutely nothing wrong with them. I brought my vehicle to another shop for a second opinion on this as well and the mechanic graciously took me under my car to show me everything was still completely intact with absolutely no play at all like the mechanic at Dehaven noted that there was. The service advisor called me later in the day and I told him what had happened and that I would not be proceeding with any sort of repairs through their shop since it was unnecessary though covered by warranty. The advisor (Jason W.) got very defensive and said "Well, my diesel mechanic has been here for 25 years and I trust his work. It's not like he's just looking for things to do.". That's nice, but I literally saw the parts for myself and am very familiar with vehicles even though I am a 28-year-old woman. There was absolutely nothing wrong with the arms or anything in that vicinity. Also, why is a diesel mechanic looking at my vehicle thats clearly not a diesel. Nice trying to get one over on me. I will never go back to Dehaven for anything.

Figured next time I’m over that way I’ll swing in and have them fix the issue. Yeah they fixed them then followed by that’ll be $130. What a wonderful afternoon getting something fixed they broke then getting billed for they’re mistake. Pretty disgusted by this experience and will be my last trip to Kelly. Also I was told by the manager “it’s like going to the grocery store” so lug nuts are like checking your eggs now!?

Sir CES: I found their advertising and be very deceitful. They listed a Dodge Challenger had a full retail price and with all the pictures they took they failed to show the body damage and rust on the driver's quarter panel. It also was not noted in the description of the vehicle. I wasted my time driving all the way there for nothing. The salesman was really rude and dismissed the probably $3,000 worth of work that it would need. I wouldn't recommend anybody go to this place and to me that shady sales tactics. Since you were nice enough to reply to me I am updating my post I took the time to run over there and take pictures of the damage and rust on the gray Dodge Challenger you have. You shouldn't go trying to lie to people

When I sold my car to them it took 39 days for them to pay me for it. Please if you read this make one thing happen, call your customers when you say you will call them. Hank Borden: Purchasing a vehicle was quite frustrating, with communication from Logan and Sam very inconsistent. I left voicemails and sent emails for three days with no response. I was finally able to reach a different salesperson who kept me on the phone until he could locate Sam to speak with me. I absolutely love the MX-5 RF , but will definitely not return to O’Daniel.

The car was supposed to be delivered by the end of September, however, it arrived early. My friend was out of the country, until September 1st. Matt texted her saying that they are concerned with holding the vehicle at the dealership for 3 more weeks until she came back into the states. He continued to play with her emotions, she felt scared that they were going to sell the vehicle underneath her. That is absolutely horrible to do/make someone feel like that when they have no control of the situation/being able to come home sooner. This was her first time purchasing a new car and there was already anxiety and nervousness about the process of purchasing a car. My friend picked up her car this week, everything went fine at the dealership other than it took a long time.I am not impressed with Matt and his tactics (my guess is he used this tactic to help him meet his monthly quotas). If I had to purchase a vehicle from this dealership, I would go with a different sales rep.

Autumn McCoy: Was going great at first. Went to call and put a down deposit in for a vehicle, but they did not answer their phone (even though they were supposed to be open for 30 more minutes). I left a voicemail to which I was given a call back, they left a voicemail for me stating they needed my information for the temp tag, etc. When I called to give them my information (same day) I was told the truck was sold. Extremely frustrated & disappointed.
Janica Hall: I took my truck in and explained to them that when the battery light comes on it will say the alternator and or battery is bad, but we had changed both twice and had them tested outside of the vehicle and they are both good. I told him Kyle, my advisor that it gives a false read with the light on and everything works good when thr light is off so please do not use the meter or it will be wrong. I explained that I thought it may be the battery current sensor and I had bought it but did not have a chance to put it on and wanted them to check it first. He called back and said the alternator was bad and they used the meter which is what I asked them not to do. They charged $100to do what I asked them not to do. Long story short, it wasn't the alternator but it was the sensor like I said.

Rebecca Mike: One year ago we took our car to Kelly's because the traction light was on and the car felt like it was jumping when it was at a standstill. Hundreds of dollars later we got the car back with a broken staring column that had been the zip tied together and camouflage. We contacted our advisor who said they were going to fix it but couldn't get the part. Mind you they returned our car to us without telling us they had damaged it and to date has never fixed it. A little over month ago we started having problems with the traction light again and the jumping. They had our car for almost a month and $4300 later we got our car back and 3 days later it started doing the same thing. We took the car back to them and our advisor Andrew told us they had put over 40 miles on our vehicle and the lights did not come on however our fan was now broken and needed to be replaced for $1,300 . He told us the problem with the tractionlight was a loose wire that they could fix for a few hundred dollars. We let them fix the wiring issue and our son replaced the fan for $140. It's now been a week and a half since they fixed the wiring and my car will not start and smells like burnt wires with no power. The incompetence and unprofessionalism of this place is overwhelming. Needless to say I'm going to take this to a higher level.

Well that amount of time is up and we have not used it. We have called the store left messages trying to figure out how to get that $1,600.00 off of our vehicle loan now and no one will call us back from the finance department. We want to know if we need to schedule an appointment, if we need to bring anything with us and if both my husband and I need to be there since our work schedules are different. Not one person has called us back. They called to set up our scheduled service on our vehicle and I told the nice lady we were going somewhere else and what was going on, she even tried to get them to call us back and nothing over several weeks to a month now. I even gave email said they could text us or email if it was easier and still nothing.

Nicole Cramer: I bought my car and I’ve been getting regular maintenance done here for about three years. Never had any issues until last week. I was in for my routine oil change and I let my advisor Peter know that I could hear grinding noises coming from my brakes. He said they would do a 5 point inspection. He called me and told me the car was ready and that my brake pads were fine and that my pads still had a good 10,000 miles on them. I said to Peter, “ then why are they grinding”? He said to me that they did a 5 point inspection and brakes are fine. As soon as I drove off the lot my brakes were still grinding. I needed a second opinion. I couldn’t get my car to a different shop for 5 days so I had to park my car until then because my brakes were so bad! Went to the other shop, Best Deal Auto on Goshen Rd. I highly recommend! They told me my brake pads were visibly bad. They fixed my car thank goodness! I called Peter my advisor from Kelly automotive and had to leave a voicemail. I explained why I needed to hear back from him, that I was very unsatisfied with their service. I never heard back from them.

He asked me; “is it going to be a long or a short test drive?”. I thought that was a weird question for early afternoon. When I replied; “just a regular test drive”, he reluctantly went back to the office and got the keys. The salesman then demanded to know; “if you like the van, are you going to buy it?”. I responded; “I don’t know what you’re asking me, do you want to know if I have enough money to buy this van?” (I do). He said; “I don’t want you to waste my time if your are not going to buy it”. To which I replied; “you want a guarantee that I am going to buy this van before I have test driven it?”. Things broke down to an argument and the salesman just walked away. Unfortunately I did not get the salesman’s name (he was to rude to introduce himself). If he is an employee he should be fired immediately. He cost his company a sale today and if this van works out I would potentially buy four more just like it. If he is the owner he should find a new line of work. He is not good at auto sales and clearly it does not bring him joy.

After the repair I got a voicemail from John that my car transmission was bad and my vehicle was unable to drive unless I got a new transmission for $3,000. So I went to pay for my vehicle. When trying to pay for my vehicle, a young lady was having trouble looking for my invoice, so John came over, found my invoice and stated my vehicle wasn’t drive able at all, which was weird. I asked if I could see my vehicle, John left & a young lady took me to my vehicle. I got in my vehicle, turned it on which was fine, then put it in drive which was fine and also reverse which was fine. Drove it to work and it’s been fine since, I paid for an oil change and they didn’t put a sticker on my windshield that lets me know when I need to get another one . So, I actually don’t know if they even did an oil change. SO I WOULD DEFINITELY BE CAREFUL, WHEN THEY STATE “ISSUES” WITH A VEHICLE WHEN YOU TAKE IN FOR ONE PARTICLE ISSUE.
