    Jake A: Not the best experience there. Toilet continued to run. Shower sprayed every direction but straight. Tub drained very slowly, and you could tell the hot tub area is decaying badly.
    Chrissy Hough: Room was dirty, bed was broken, stains on the sheets but the people were nice. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone nor will we ever stay here again.The staff being nice will not bring me back but worthy of mentioning. The cleaning ladies came back to clean my room. You could tell they haven’t ran a vacuum for awhile. This stay was not even close to the high level of cleanliness that I get from other IHG locations.Newly renovated does not mean nice.     Erin S: Check in was very quick, room was nice and clean, felt like there was plenty of room.The only issue I had with the room was that the crack between the door to the room and the frame was wide enough to see the hallway carpet (picture included on review). Thankfully the door was able to shut and be locked.Morning breakfast was good, wasn't too busy, and check out was quick.This hotel is also next to a state police post so I definitely felt a little safer!Nearby activities: Stayed here to eat at the Hoppy Gnome and attend a Komets game. Felt like I was able to quickly get downtown for lunch and then was a quick drive to Allen County War Memorial Coliseum.

    Nancy Fowler: Been there before and loved it, this time there were issues.Food & drinks: Lots of places to eat. We've stayed here before and liked it but this time it was very crowded because of something going on with some high school. We went for the hot tub I left because of screaming kids after I left, many more kids came in and started diving into the hot tub someone got hurt. My boyfriend left once that happened. The chaperones were nowhere to be found. It was bullcrap.
    Kellie Clark: Beds were amazing! The room was nice and staff was inviting. They were a little stingy about their towels. Breakfast was good but the lady working was stressed keeping up with the rush because she was the only one working the breakfast area. I felt really bad for her.
    Compton South Central: Worst hotel or area of ever stayed in I recommend not staying in the Fort Wayne definitely not the Texas Roadhouse or this Holiday Inn express. Sitting in my room watching HBO and it just shuts off I turned the TV on off change channel 67 times finally I called the front desk to talk to a woman named Carol or Carolyn When she says the T v's downstairs aren't so the same as the ones in the rooms and then just straight hangs up on me. So I called back and asked her if she hung up on me and she said yes mind blowing I'm glad it was up to her to end the conversation When I definitely had more questions
