This is the first home my husband and I have built and we heard so many warnings about building versus buying, but the team at Fall Creek proved them all wrong. They were quick to respond, so welcoming and friendly throughout, and the homes quality is top notch. One of the most impressive things that sets this builder and design team apart is their small business mentality. Unlike larger builders they truly care about each detail in your home and do everything they can to ensure you are completely satisfied with the final product. emilie strack: Critical:Quality,Valuequality of materials used are very cheap, be ready to make lots of repairs. laminate floor is coming unglued already, bathtub leaks, one of the worst yards i have ever seen, coax cable outlet wasn’t even connected in the wall, and many more issues. would not recommend to anyone, very unsatisfied.
McKenzie Zolman: It took me over a year to finally write this review, but it still greatly upsets me and my growing family. We got this builder’s blessing to purchase a lot within their building zone knowing they would build us our dream home. We even shared reports, did ALL the ground work with septic, well, etc., and after purchasing the lot and finally getting ready to sit down and design, they completely back out on us and refused to respond to emails. We have never been more let down by a builder before, and trust me, we’ve met with plenty!!!
Chance McMaken: built in 2018 townhome, overflow drainpipe in bathrooms are cheap and leak through the ceiling, $500 repair not covered by the builder. Also build homes in the front of the neighborhood last, everyone in the addition has to drive through inches of mud caked on the asphalt with builders pop cans all around. Really disappointed in how this was organized. can't enjoy my neighborhood or keep anything clean.

Dale, Chelsea, Ashley, and Larry are absolutely incredible. Fall Creek Homes was a dream to build with. Everyone is responsive, organized, helpful, and what they do with their home building is truly a craft. I cannot recommend Fall Creek enough. The entire building process is as quick and smooth and our new home is absolutely stunning. Thank you all for everything.

Nate Beemer: My wife and I began our home building process with Granite Ridge about a year ago. We just moved into our beautiful new home last weekend and are in love! The design process was smooth and stress free due to the excellent guidance from all of their experienced and very knowledgeable staff.Our architect, Lucian, was a natural at reading our inputs and seamlessly integrating them into the design of the home. Nicholas: Granite Ridge built our home in Warsaw in 2012. After building 2 houses in Florida since, I can honestly say that the work that Granite Ridge did was impeccable! Very detail oriented, cabinetry was amazingly crafted compared to the work that is done in Florida, every detail was well planned. We were also impressed with their ability to make architectural changes to meet our requests. Their quality of craftsmanship at the right price point was perfect. Would definitely recommend building with Granite Ridge!And to this day, the pizza cutter house warming gift is still the best house warming gift ever!

Phyllis gates: My husband and I have been in our Granite Ridge custom-built Columbia City home since mid-September, so it's high time we let folks know about the quality and care one can expect from this fine builder. Granite Ridge makes the whole process easy from the purchase of land (should you choose to live in a Granite Ridge community) to the final product. Lucian drew up exactly the floor plan we had in mind, and in a couple of weeks we were invited to their HUGE showroom to choose siding, roofing, flooring, paint, carpet, and such. Then, after picking out window treatments, organizational designs, and electrical fixtures all we had to do was sit back and watch it happen! Although everyone we worked with was wonderful, the guy we had the most contact with was (and still is) Brian, the project manager. During construction Brian gave us regular progress updates and was always available to answer any questions or concerns we had. He never failed to return an email or answer a phone call. Recently, he came over to install window trim that had just been delivered and to add finishing touches to our kitchen exhaust hood. Brian is a man who cares about his homeowners as well as his builder's reputation and makes sure both are protected. Our project manager Dylan was top-notch in every way. He went out of his way to attend to every question and detail. He moved all the subcontractors along on schedule and when we found out we had an emergency medical issue, Dylan worked to help us get things completed on the house on time. (Even before the original estimated completion date). Certainly a project manager has the job of coordinating, communicating, and would do these things expertly with all their clients, but Dylan has that unique ability to make you (us) feel like we are the most important client there is! I was very apprehensive to build a house because I have few friends that have built through other companies and they had horrible experiences. I am at the end of my build with Granite Ridge and they lived up to all my expectations!! At the beginning I worked with Kate who was my new home specialist. She is so sweet and did an amazing job of explaining the process and answering all my questions along the way! During my build I worked with Brian who was my project manager. He was so kind throughout the whole build. He was always prompt and explained things in a way I would understand. This was my first build and i always felt comfortable knowing he was overlooking everything. I knew my home was in good hands! I also got the pleasure to work with Bailey, who was always on top of things and did an amazing job of keeping me updated on things going on with the house.
