With a real estate market this hot, why would you need to resort to marketing ploys like this? You must be incompetent. NATASHA FINCHER: I love Celise I have been renting through them since 2018. I immediately feel in love with the rental that I currently live. I have always had a positive experience with the whole celise team. Now I am in the process of purchasing my own home and when I communicated my transition they was very understanding. Thank you Celise for everything 😁

Tina Washington: It was a different renting agency before Celisa took over. I've been putting in work orders and nothing is getting done in this house. I have kids kitchen ceiling was leaking they fixed it but didn't come inside to fix it ceiling still hanging. Another drains always getting clogged up and they haven't fixed it. Another the electrical work sucks in this home and I've asked over and over for them to come fix it and no response. Maintenance said they were coming never showed up. Also I've reported the stairs by the back door and still hasn't been fixed. But they are quick to try and send a late fee when it's not late. Windows needs work because all u feel is cold air coming tru. I have pictures and my work order statements ice sent in nothing is getting fixed. I will not rent again after my lease is up if nothing is fixed. Thus makes my 3rd year in this home.

Maintenance is friendly and seem to know what they are doing. I have been renting from them for over a year and I do not plan on renting from anyone else ever again. I’ve had slum lords and this company is definitely nothing like that. I am happy that I have finally found an affordable rental company that also takes care of their properties and renters!

Kristina: Celisa took over management of the home I rent in July of 2021. There were initially lots of communication issues with the office staff. However, the past several months I have seen a huge turnaround and have been very impressed. Rachel is very nice and responds to questions and requests promptly. Kara is personable and friendly. The maintenance guy does an amazing job when he mows, it looks great. He also fixed a light in my closet and the one on my front porch light. Neither had worked since I’d moved in here in 2018.I know there are several bad reviews on here but there are also a few positive ones that are starting to appear. From my experience Celisa has made huge strides in the way the operate recently. Communication is no longer a problem and they truly do seem to care about me and the property I rent. Don’t be afraid to give them a try.

Mslovellyy: This is the worst rental agency in Fort Wayne our ceiling has fell for the third time!! Contractor tore down ceiling and never came back to finish the job. So many more maintenance issues these they don’t care about your safety they just want your money.

Nichole Garvin: So... When I learned my home was being taken over by this new property management group, I obviously did my research and to be honest I was afraid looking at the reviews on Google. They took over about 2-3 months ago, Ive lived at my home for 3 yrs in that 3 yrs we've had minimal issues. Well since they've took over we've had issues with the washer, and the ac. The washer was a simple fix I did make a maintenance request it was over the weekend we had it fixed by Monday but they had their maintenance team contacting me first thing Monday morning to fix the washer. I cancelled the request because we had switched out the hose already so I could do laundry over the weekend. Next was the central air it was not working properly, they had a HVAC business out here the n xt business day. Unfortunately the ac had only worked correctly for a few weeks and started acting up again last night, I made another maintenance request last night and the same HVAC guy contacted me already this morning (just a little after 9) and he is on his way. No it's not completely fixed yet, but it's not that they are dropping the ball or ignoring the requests or putting me off. I am so completely impressed and I feel such a relief and weight off my shoulders. We loved the prior property management group and we're so nervous about this switch. But we've had great experiences this far with celisa. So thank you.

jay slappz: This company is First Choice Housing. They just cannot operate under that name because they owe a lot of people. I signed a lease agreement 3 months ago and now the house is up for sale. Don't mess with this company if you want a peace of mind.

Emily Rothgeb: Where do I start? We signed a lease in November. First time renters through this management company.It has been nothing but a poor experience. We have serious bathroom mold causing health issues for our family. Verified by not only their sub contractor they sourced but also city code (along with a laundry list of other code violations).Our garbage disposal has not been working for over a month which causing water to back up in the sink and makes it not fun to use our kitchen sink at all.Carpet was trash among move in as you can see in the pictures. Over cut, stained and overstretched.To top it all off the windows are rotting out and we have termites.They got upset we called code and now want to "inspect" the house per their office lady who I must add is NOT a sub contractor and ought to be careful because i have time and date stamped pictures from move in.I took 4 hours off work Friday for her to come and she never showed or called back.Do NOT rent from them.You will absolutely regret it.
