Joseph Schaper: I rented a roller for my site and they delivered a machine that was leaking oil everywhere. Sent out a service person twice and never fixed it. Oil leak was so bad that it was mess trying to even move it out the way. Who rents a broken machine and take the person's money? That's theft.

That 1 guy: [PLEASE READ] While the lift we used could have had a better battery, this company DOES NOT PROVIDE ANY SAFETY HARNESSES. Being a certified forklift operator and not receiving one is very concerning. WILL NOT be renting from here until something changes about that. 25+ feet up and no harness? Sorry but no. Safety SHOULD ALWAYS BE #1 shame on you united rentals.

Breanna Putt: Owners are rude and all about money. Charges you a hidden fee after you arrive and reserve the equipment. Equipment is old and breaks down on you from wear and tear then blame it one you with no refund even though you could not finish your project. Will not be going back.

When I mistakingly returned them too early, they allowed me to pick it back up and continue the weeks contract instead of starting a new contract with higher daily rates. They are now my equipment and propane go to.

Big ERN: I go here to get my propane tank refilled, and it's the best deal in town. 13 bucks to full it up instead of 25 bucks for an exchange at a gas station. It's a no brainer. Plus not only is the staff super friendly, but they make it way more convenient to refill your tank. I just park my truck and set the empty tank outside the front door. Then I go in and pay and by the time I get done paying they are already filling up my tank. Its way better than going to a gas station and hearing the entitled brat complain that they have to go outside to open up the propane locker.
Jason Henkle: Not only have I been getting my propane refilled here for over 10 years I've also rented several pieces of equipment. The last item was a trencher so I could run a line from my house out to my new garage. The rental was painless, the equipment was in great shape but maybe left a little muddy from the previous renter. All in all this is the only place I've been renting from due to the niceness and professionalism.

Because a track was worn and when I agreed to pay for it the price of the track it went from $400-$1400 The owner of the company does not have any respect for business or humanity. Fort Wayne needs to boycott this business and make an example that we are not excepting this type of behavior in our city!!

This particular location is solid; the employees are nice and helpful and the customers that come in are seemingly just as friendly. A $5775 sale.. wanted to apply a 10% coupon I got in an email for icon boxes. She said it could only be applied to one item. Went to auburn store explained the entire experience and they took amazing care of me. I ended up getting a total of 20% off the entire purchase , and 5% in harbor freight money. I ended up paying $4765 which includes the $100 lightbar they forgot to ring up the first time. So in total I saved like, 1100 in cash and got like ~250 in harbor freight money. Just by going to a different store.
BMF Randomness: Came to town to pick up some pallet racking and realized I forgot my ratchet straps in the other truck. So, a quick stop at harbor freight and I reloaded on straps. Wasn't in there very long but, the workers I did Interact with were all very nice and very helpful.
Tom Hawkins: Great place to shop. I had an issue with a generator and Nicole was so helpful and professional to work with. All the employees go out of their way to be friendly and offer assistance. I will continue to be a customer and support this business.

I also appreciate that they have maintained ♿ parking while so many stores have replaced it with online order pickup. Menards is a store that you can be left alone or find assistance almost always. Lola S: You know....it's a warehouse, home improvement store - not unlike the other two big name stores. In the past, Menards has tried to maintain a "made in the U.S.A" mantra. Not really sure if that's the way it is.I shop there because it is closer than the other two big name home improvement stores. I'm satisfied with the prices I've had to pay, as well as some of the selections that the other two don't have.I get great plants/flowers for outdoors. They hold up well. I'd say most of my home improvement projects have been supplied at Menards. My only complaint is about the mission style sink w/vanity that I put in my bathroom. It was manufactured in America but isn't the best quality. Had to take it back twice to get one that wasn't broken in the box or scratched/chipped.But, overall, I can't say that it's better or worse than the competition. Menards suits me fine and I'll keep shopping there.

Terry Nance: I was here today and have been meaning to, but thanks to Gabe in the electrical and lighting department, I have rated this location 5 Stars! Gabe was so awesome with helping me. I had 3 questions and he provided solutions to them all! He literally shaved at least an hour off my time, not having to wonder around aimlessly, buying the wrong things. Gabe ROCKS!
Justin B: I was the last customer in the store last night, I had to find a last minute flashlight for a camping trip. I was accused of stealing while I was checking out and PAYING for my items. Some nasty obese lady with a big mole on her chin demanded that I show her the inside of my "fanny pack". I did nothing to deserve this kind of treatment. I am a 24 year old clean cut male, and was near the front of the store by the flashlights for the entire duration of my visit. I believe they harassed me because I was there 1 minute past closing time. I feel extremely disrespected. I showed her the inside of my bag and sure enough, no stolen items! Just my wallet and phone charger! This nasty lady was on a power trip because I made her stay on her feet for an extra 30 seconds. Unreal.

Clint Depue: Usually stop by this store while in Fort Wayne. But today I bought some blades. The singles were $1.79 or next to was a pack of 6 for $2.95. So I bought the pack. But at the checkout it came up as $12.95. I told the cashier that the price said $2.95. He called for a price check. Someone in hardware said the price tags were in the wrong spot and I was wrong. I went back to show them and the employee in hardware didn't even bother to correct the price tags. I asked her if she could fix that so nobody else gets the wrong price. She did and then said it's not my problem that customers probably moved the sales tags around.
