Sharon Shultz: I ordered one shirt. My shirt didn’t come with the rest of the shipment to my building. When we called to ask about it, they said it had been misplaced and that they would send it next week. The entire next week had gone by, I never received my shirt or a call telling me that it wasn’t coming. I called the following Friday to ask about it and explained how I was promised to have it that week. They didn’t apologize or offer an explanation. They just told me I would get on Monday. Monday comes and I again didn’t get my shirt and didn’t receive any updates. I called again and they offered no explanations and said I’d get it the next day. It took close to two months to get one T-shirt. Communication and service is awful.
Coach McKinstry: Really frustrating, was given little information before opening an order with them with an extremely short ordering window. Then weeks later found out that items weren't shipped out and now we have to eat those costs to ship out.

sam cone: I needed a battery for my iPhone so they put a new one in for me ok now I get an error message that says this battery is not an apple battery this will stay on your phone till u get an apple battery they led me to believe they were apple certified THEY ARE NOT APPLE CERTIFIED and it can harm your phone I ask them to put my original battery back in and they refused..I called Best Buy and since it’s a 3rd party battery apple will not work on my phone so looks like I’m stuck or get a lawyer there’s a thought
