Armon: Very Unprofessional & Falsely Advertising.Their sign advertise that with a Kroger Plus card, you would get the gas for $3.13 instead of $3.23. After purchasing the gas with my Kroger Plus Card, I see the gas price is still at $3.23 so I brought this to the manager’s attention and it is after my purchase that he tells me that in order for the sale to go through, I have to have 100 points on my Kroger Plus Card which their gas bill board does not disclose.To be honest, I don’t even think they partner with Kroger, just using those signs to generate sales.

Kim U: Rudest lady working. Shut the bathrooms down early because “people don’t know how to use them” and wouldn’t allow access when it was a dire emergency. She was very very rude and nasty.

Michelle Layos: I never considered this a sketchy side of town. It’s a half way meet up spot we’ve used. First time we saw a woman wondered around, seemed high, pull up her dress and just peed on the grass. Next time someone approached my van asking for $. The gas station itself looks very nice and kept up but the night life acts more like inner city.

C C: Walked in to a line of people standing silent in front of two equally silent employees. Several customers just walked out. We stood in silence with nothing happening for about five minutes before I asked what was going on. One of the employees then high handed me as if I was being unreasonable. I recorded the whole thing because it was just so surreal.

Mikey Steward: This is my morning stop off on work days. They have clean indoor mens n womens restrooms. They have hot breakfast sammys and cold sandwiches. For me tho I bought one of the subs once. All bread barely any meat. Their tuna and chicken salad sammys are a good value. Having worked previously in the gas station industry, I know they take entirely to long to get you rung up and back out on your way.

I asked for $15 on pump 6 but he only put 10 on the pump and when I went back in to ask him about it, he looked at me like I was an alien. Didn't show any ounce of courtesy or professionalism. I will NEVER visit this location again!!!! It feels awful to spend money with an establishment that does not value it's customers. You are in the customer service industry, if you do not enjoy people or have a positive demenor then get out because I'm tired of being subjected to your nasty attitude....would not recommend to anyone else.

DuraMaxRoad: Card was charged 100$ after cashier said it didn’t go through paid with a different card. Called next day to get it rectified and owner said they only see one transaction which proves he never looked on camera because he would have seen that i tried paying with the card that was “declined” yet still charged 100.00 . And ended up paying with a separate card. Fraudulent business is never good! Will be filing fraud with bank as well as FWPD. Don’t come here funny how they couldn’t just do the right thing you cant tell me an even 100 transaction with the specific time couldn’t be found it sure is on my bank statements LIARS! BBB, indiana Attorney general all that.

I was the only person wearing a mask other than the worker. There were about 5 or 6 people inside. I did see an employee without a mask on at one point, not sure if he was helping people or not. I cant blame them for not enforcing the mask mandate because I know it would deter business and they rely on the convenience store for profit. But I haven't gone back in because I did not feel safe around the other people who were inside with me.

Julian Brower-Bailer: Went to get gas used ¢10 off and went to put it in for ¢7 asked for it to be moved because the pump stopped working and he never gave me my ¢10 off and when I brought it up he said I didn’t know how to pump gas and then that pump didn’t work and 2 other people had issues. If that’s how he treats his customers he needs fired calling the BBB in the morning

Lizzy Puttmann: Other than sometimes having to deal with suspicious characters lingering outside, they're always fast and very nice. One morning I left a pack of cigarettes on the counter after paying for them so I called the store an hour later to see if they were there. The man who answered told me they WERE still there, and that the man who worked the first shift and cashed me out that morning actually made sure to remind him and to lookout for me during his shift which prompted this review. Great guys!

I called the attendant who informed me that I would have to come inside for the car wash.So I filled my gas and went inside to wait in line for my car wash. Only to find out that I needed to come inside, wait in line BEFORE I pumped my gas.They couldn’t have made it any more difficult.
Joshua A: Pretty much your average gas station, with a small convenience store and more than enough fuel pumps. I prefer other convenience stores along Dupont Road as compared to this one, mostly due to ease of access and larger selections inside the store, but there's nothing bad about this one - it gets the job done.
