Jaden Adams: Me and my Boyfriend went to Value city furniture to look at furniture for our new apartment. While looking Briggan was extremely helpful. She helped us find furniture that matches and answered all of our questions! When we were finishing up Anthony the manager was nice enough to give us a deal with our fireplace! Amazing employees and a great place to buy furniture.

Madison Waldon: Maddie was an amazing help. One thing I always dislike about furniture shopping is being nagged by the sales team. This is NOT THE CASE here. We have bought multiple big ticket items there over the past few years including a beautiful bed frame and now a large sectional. Their team does not pressure you to make a purchase and are very helpful when you do have questions. It is my preferred place to look for furniture because of the service and the large in store selection.

No One: We shopped for mattresses. Although we went to a number of places, the salesperson was comparatively more knowledgeable and knew where to direct us. He was a little overbearing in the store and in subsequent phone calls, but I guess he was trying to save the sale. The store was willing to price match. Delivery was professional and fast (a couple of days) when other stores were telling us we’d need to wait weeks.

Isaias Santiago: After going to 3 other stores prior, this was the most disheartening experience yet. It has a HUGE variety. BUT, after walking in, we were greeted, and let go. Obviously sales were not important. We walked from living room furniture to children’s furniture and only then did a gentlemen named Tony, walk up and offer assistance. Thank you Tony but I don’t believe we will be back.
Pam Fancil: I got a Casper mattress from here. Salesman, sorry I cant remember his name, took his time explaining all about the mattress to me. He showed me 3 different ones so I would see all the differences with each one. I was sure I would get a Purple but I took my time and got the Casper. He told me to just take my time and I did. The guys that brought it did a professional job and took all thier trash when they left. The whole process went smooth. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone.

We were told every time we called that the chairs would be there that day but they never were. Delivery was scheduled for a certain day but not delivered until after 6pm. Not likely to buy anything there again. This furniture is awful. It is the cheapest furniture ever. It's already falling apart. Don't buy here.

Lillian Egolf: I originally gave this place a 5 star review given their sales staff, but I’ve decided after the nightmare of delivery I had, I would adjust accordingly. The sales team was amazing, I had recently bought a house and I ordered a couch, a bed, and 2 recliners. Lloyd helped me out with everything and I was told to expect delivery and was given a date a week out. Not terrible. I took the day off work, checked in to verify the morning of said delivery and they confirmed they would be on their way soon. I checked in again halfway through the business day, again they confirmed. At 8 pm that night I was told they ran into some difficulty and would not be able to fulfill the delivery until the following day, I was a little agitated but understanding. I took the following day off work, followed the same communication measures as the day before, finally had my delivery at 8 pm. With only 1 recliner, no second recliner, no bed, no couch. The delivery drivers were clueless, which again, I understood, but at this point I was upset. I called the manager and explained the situation and asked that my furniture be delivered before the holiday weekend began, this was on a Wednesday. He assured me that on Thursday his team would be out to deliver the remaining. I called Thursday to verify, spoke with the same manager, he said that it was impossible to deliver everything before the weekend because they were busy, after telling me the day before that they would be out to deliver my furniture. I asked for my delivery fee back, as I felt like since delivery was unreliable I would have to take the measures to get the furniture myself, the manager denied that request as they delivered 1 recliner. I wasted 3 vacation days for this delivery, and only at the threat of a lawsuit was I refunded for the furniture they would not deliver. I’m very disappointed.

Arayia Olivia: My fiancé had purchased a couch from here last year and everything was fine, so we decided that we’d try buying from here again in December. We bought a sectional, a dining room table, and a bed frame around December 9th. We paid $110 for delivery and were told that we should have all of the furniture by December 30th at the latest. Fast forward to January 20th and we still hadn’t gotten our bed frame. We’d tried to call and ask what was happening. They gave us excuses each time, saying that the delivery guys would be there on such and such day. They never came until I made another very angry call to the manager, who I’d spoken to multiple times previously. He wasn’t able to offer me any help and at one point tried to claim that I never paid the delivery fee. My furniture was finally delivered on January 23rd. Employees are nice, but definitely full of excuses. Nearly two months for my furniture, ridiculous.
