I was very impressed with the fact they found the issues, took pictures and then offered a solution the same day when I had simply came in for an oil change. Definitely gives me peace of mind knowing my car was worked on by these pros at Tuffy!

Turns out I had 3 missing lugnuts on the front passenger tire (I won't mention the place that serviced my tires 3 weeks ago and apparently didn't tighten the lugnuts sufficiently). He put new lugnuts on and tightened them all. Said it was a good thing I stopped in! I dropped the car off and got a call a day later letting me know that there is something wrong with the transmission and they could not fix it. Then then billed me $180. And it sucks because you can’t avoid her. You HAVE to talk to her. I’ve tried a couple different methods of speaking to her. Like being overly nice or just being regular nice or just being polite. I gave 3 stars because I paid for a complete diagnostic. When I dropped my car off, I informed that only one of the dome lights was working and requested a bulb. I was also informed that my oil was great and didn't need to be changed. After 2 days, when I picked my car up, both dome lights were not working, and the wrench light was on. When I contacted the shop, they told me to bring it in for an oil change, and they would take a look at my interior lights. I was very disappointed, but they contacted me and fixed my light after reading my review. That is why they now have 4 stars. I appreciate the follow-up.
