J Man: Don’t get me wrong, the hibachi is tasty and the chefs are entertaining but for the love of God and all things holy, this place needs ventilation. There are no overhead exhaust hoods so all the smoke and steam fill the entire restaurant in a fog. By the time we left we were all coughing so may be rough for someone with asthma! Wouldn’t want to see what the ceiling looks like when the lights are on. Not even sure how this place passes fire Marshall code. First and last visit for us.

It's awesome watching them make your food. The soup they give you in the beginning is delicious, as is everything I have tried here. Kristin Butler: Wow! Really fresh sushi!! They have some unique sushi roll choices. We got a Geisha roll and a Christmas roll. The miso soup is good. They have a crispy rice roll on the appetizer menu that is different and really good. We also got a Bento box with Spicy Chicken Teriyaki. For a lunch size serving, it was a lot of food. The tempura veggies were a little greasy, but I'm not a huge fan of fried stuff. The staff is very nice and very attentive! We will definitely go back!

There food is so good and I was excited to eat some sushi, but once we were seated we did not get waited on. We waited about 10 minutes watching the server hit the table that got seated after us. I got up and told the manager we had been sitting for 10 minutes and he didn't even offer to get our drinks started. We sat for another 5 minutes and decided to leave. I understand being busy an all as I have waited tables, but very poor service. Sadly, I have no pictures of the yummy food cuz I didn't get any.

Lilee Nguyen: Hands down the best sushi restaurant in Fort Wayne. Staff are very friendly and welcoming. Food is great and on par EVERYTIME. I love their teriyaki sauce! Heard it is home made by the owner. If you love sushi and never been here, I recommend trying it. My go to's are gyoza, chicken teriyaki, tiger roll. There are also some delicious cooked sushi for those who don't eat raw sushi.

I personally don't like sushi so he recommended the chicken teriyaki which was all white meat and cooked to perfection. My partner ordered sushi which was perfect and to their liking. Theo Bishop: I’m a regular here and I got food poisoning from take out. So I called and simply asked for a gift card/ reimbursement and the manager told me I needed a doctors note to prove I had food poisoning. Going to the doctor over a $65 sushi take out order isn’t worth it. Now they have lost a regular customer for years because they were unwilling to accommodate me in the situation. I will not be back and would highly recommend Sapporo.

If you compare to other sushi places like Koto or Asakusa, you don't get much of sushi at Shoccu out of your money. (i was surprised how little the slice was on top of our sushi).[Granted when we first went there... they did provide solid pieces but the more we go it was not the case]
Leanne Ivanov: We drove 1.5 hours to try this place. We walk in at 2:25 they said we close at 2:30. Their hours specifically show on the door 11-9:30. Update your stuff. We have other things to do then to waste our time!
Matthew Byers: Only just a tad bit better than grocery store sushi. Fake crab meat, poorly cooked rice to and little flavor. I won't return.
Anival Ramirez: Delicious food, great service and a good price. It is a little out of the way for me but me and my friends will be making the trek again and again. It was so good I've already started telling friends about it. Portions were bigger than expected without being overbearing heaps. Highly recommend.

Jeremy Spray: My girlfriend and I ate here for the first time 03_25_23. I ordered the Hiroshima Roll. My girlfriend ordered Tom Yum Soup it is a tomato based Tom Yum. She did not like it. Connie Hawkins: I read that the service was great but that is an understatement. This place is so attentive. We had bento boxes, green curry and an American Dream roll. The hibachi was very good. We all agreed it was cooked perfectly. The curry was enormous- and delicious. Everyone liked the roll. The atmosphere was very nice. It is very comfortable but looks very upscale. We almost all got boxes so the servings are generous.

Alyssa Roberts: I am not one to usually write reviews but I went to Nori for lunch and after mixing in chili flakes to my pad thai it was unbearable to eat. Not only did they want to get me something new but they let me get something else ( what my friend was eating) because i thought it was better anyway. Philip Parkison: Had a lunch meeting and got the hibachi chicken. My coworker got sushi. We were taken care of. The only thing that was super weird was the light kept flickering maybe because we got there right at the beginning. The parking lots pretty. You could usually talk to others easily. It's a classy Asian fusion place not your Carry-out Chinese joint. It could manage large groups and small ones. It is more for sushi. Would come back
Cody Hutchison: This is my favorite place to get sushi. The most recent visit I tried the Moon Fire and Black Panther rolls. Both were incredible the moon fire came to the table on fire and was delicious. The black panther was unlike any sushi I've eaten before the spicy scallops had some good spicy kick, especially the end pieces. I'm always impressed with Nori and happily drive the near hour to enjoy their great food. Nori has some great modern decor and great service. I look forward to my next visit.
