Katy Aiello: Despite the fact that this is my closest Target store, yesterday was the last time I will shop here. The past few times I have been here it's been a mess but yesterday was out of control. It literally looks like someone walked around through all of the aisles throwing things in the air and on the ground. The clothes are an absolute mess, you can't even walk around in that area because there are clothes all over the floor and hanging off the displays. The sale/ clearance clothing area is a disaster. It doesn't really matter what department you walk through, they all look like this. I'm not sure what is happening at the store but I hope they get it together.

Maxs Starman: Well one of the main reasons I like Target is because it's not walmart. Ever since Walmart came in they came in with their cheap prices and combined everything in one store shopping. They closed out the mom and pop stores only to drive their prices up. And then created automated lines to fire 30,000 employees. So I do not try to shop at Walmart and I was not trying to do this yesterday. But when I came to Target I was looking for Universal TV stands not TV mounts TV stands. So if they had it for way more than what Walmart was charging. So I still had to go to Walmart. The only way you're going to beat out Walmart is if you sell your stuff cheaper than what they do now so they can drive their prices down because automated machines can't buy products they don't need them you need your employees because their money buys your products. Because if all the stores decide to change up to automated technology to where they don't hire workers to work for the money to spend back in their stores then they're going to end up closing down anyway because robots can't won't buy and don't need products. So in the nature of the giving season I wanted to do my shopping at Target to which it went to no avail. You can't have a multi billion dollar place with no employees and just robots. You will continue to lose money and close down because robots don't buy or need your products. I will go to a store with employees and no automated machines first before I ever go to Walmart. I promise

Evelyn Pender: After getting a puppy, I always use drive up and bring him with me. It’s very efficient and we never have to wait long. My order is always right and the employees are always nice. Wish more stores had free curbside but I’ll just stick with target :)

We also were informed that we were getting snowed in for a few days.Everyone was acting a little wild. But Randall was so Profesional, he smiled the whole time, he was fast and very respectful. He wasn't old enough to ring me up for alcohol so he was proactive and called someone over before he even started scanning my items. Great job!

So I made the drive over only for 2 different employees to tell me it's in the back and that they won't go get it. Customer service is not up to par. I know the store could care less if I shop there again, but definitely will not be. If it was an item they needed or wanted they'd go get it. I worked for a target before and at the time they went above and beyond for "guests" but apparently they don't have the same values.

Dan Hoffman: I used to love shopping at this store before the pandemic and only returned tonight just to browse and shop. Normally, I would comment on customer service and staff attitudes in a review. However, this is impossible with this Target because, except for people doing shelving and opening boxes, there are no staff to interface with. When I got to the check out line, I stood along with about 30 others waiting my turn to self check out. This store is giving off all the vibes of an establishment on the verge of closure, something that I would not be surprised to see happen within a year or two. As a person who used to love the Target brand and how it differentiated itself from KMart, I was very disappointed with my shopping experience and won't be returning to any Target store. There are other places to shop without being forced to stand in line with thirty others to check myself out. Looking at Washington Square, I am saddened. A once vital and vibrant shopping center has been brought low. Target is this shopping center's last gasp.

Leslie Wells: The in-store Target experience, overall, has gone downhill since the renovation at our local store. It is no longer a welcoming layout that draws me into the store. The layout is quite choppy which doesn’t create positive feelings. It also is messier than it ever was prior to the renovation. I would solely blame customers for this, but it wasn’t like this pre-Reno. I’m not sure if staffing has been cut because of the renovation?For these reasons, we no long do our weekly Target trips to wander around inside and browse. Instead, when we do shop at Target, we opt for pickups and shipping instead. But even those are significantly reduced.

Carrie S: The new layout is awful, disorganized and crammed. It is not inviting AT ALL! I feel very unwelcome when I walk in and very enclosed and all I want to do is get what I came for and leave. When I use to go to Target regularly it was to walk around see what's new and what's on sale and after going in numerous times since the remodel, I still get the same feeling; uninvited, enclosed and crammed. My husband and 3 kids said the same thing, we all hate the new layout, just awful and uninviting.
