Ascension Medical Group - St. Vincent - Indianapolis Respiratory Care: what do users think?
Robert.James. May.Drummer: Very informative, very professional, very nice staff.
J P: Expensive, but good
Lorraine Moran: Dr K is thorough and professional with a pleasant demeanor. Office staff were welcoming, friendly and efficientGreat new office too!
Rick Mates: Dr. Patel and Meghan dake were great. Results of CT scan were discussed and released. Only one person checking in and checking out. Took some time but acceptable
carl mcpherson: Excellent comfortable
Evelyn Finnell: My new patient experience was pleasant. My encounters with the doctor and staff was very comfortable to support my desired sense of competency and professionalism.
Rick Chatham: Everyone was kind and professional. Dr. Toney was helpful and willing to help. So our experience was great.
Sylvia Wiseman: The doctor was great as usual. There was just one receptionist and 3 people ahead of me. Both check-in and check-out was being done by this one person. The person at the front was checking out having had tests ordered and full of questions. Everyone waiting was older as well and standing. That's why only 4 stars. What I will say is the person doing the process gave each person their due attention. She was pleasant but needed help in my opinion. Eventually a 2nd person appeared, but not in time to offer any relief for those standing or her coworker.
Kent Zepick: Professional and caring
Barbara Hinton: Was very well cared for. Dr. was thorough and gave me all the time I needed.
Jeannie Cross: Great Dr.
Eric Simonsen: Thorough and listens. Great sense of compassion. Dr. Schroeder went through all my records prior to my visit and was totally prepared.
Evelyn Johnson: Great everyone was very business like and enjoyment to talk to. From the office personal to the doctor. Thank you!!!
Jo Ellen Flynn: I’ve been a patient of this group for a few years. The staff is well prepared and the physicians take the time to treat and answer questions. I would not hesitate to refer anyone looking for care regarding sleep, asthma, or respiratory needs.
Robert Merritt: Dr. Patel listened, asked questions, explaining his questions, and possibilities and answered mine without rushing.
Farid Farahan: Check up, Dr. Nasal is the best, he listens and care for patients. We highly recommend him.
Craig Fuhrmann: The Doctor was very helpful
Sandy Garner: Dr. Pfeiffer is always compassionate, caring and professional. He listens to me and understands my concerns. He does not downplay them.
jacqueline canady: Dr. Ahmad is very caring doctor and the care I get is wonderful
Ralph Stults: I was very impressed with the Doctor and felt assured by his explanation of what is going on with the problem that I have.
Jo Ellen Siefers: All personnel were very nice.

Sandy J: I meet Dr. Howenstine in 1987 when my Son David was born. We feel that she saved our son. He had a long road and we made it. He is now a Sheriff's Deputy and is doing great. We have thought of her everyday and have been so thankful that our paths crossed. God has blessed our lives with her help.

Peyton Manning Children's Hospital at Ascension St. Vincent: what do users think?
Nakish Allen: Worse experience ever if my daughters life was not online I’d check her out of here immediately. I hate that we had no rights here in anything. I made request & complaint after complaint. My daughter had several accidents due to no one answering her calls. Some of the nurse staff are not attentive at all, no compassion, very robotic. I hate it here! I will definitely avoid coming here for anything ever.
Robin Shinall: I would recommend this Hospital to anyone, my daughter had a mesh device put in yesterday through catheterization. Dr Kumar, all of the pre op staff, all that assisted in the operating room and the nurses on the pediatric floor, and all the volunteers are awesome, Thank for a great Hospital stay
ray peck: We live in Indianapolis, and our 17 years old daughter who, along with her brother and sister, is the joy of our lives. On Friday night, our daughter had a medical emergency which was a perforated peptic ulcer that, in addition to being excruciatingly painful, was putting her life in danger. I didn't know an ulcer could be that dangerous, but the doctors assured me that it was allowing Free Air into her abdomen, which can kill you. Our daughter was brought in by ambulance at 5:00am and was immediately surrounded by the surgeons and medical staff who quickly diagnosed the problem, developed a plan, and rushed our daughter into the operating room by 8:00am and repaired the problem. My daughter is now on the mend and is being released today. She will be back in school in a few days, and athlete that she is, will have her catcher's gear on behind the plate within a few weeks.I hope that opening day for softball season is sunny so that I have an excuse to wear sunglasses so that no one can see the tears in our eyes as our daughter trots out onto the field in her catcher's gear.Nothing but good things to say about PM Children's Hospital. They are a well oiled machine.
Richard Williams: Excellent service
Rhonda DeShazier (Boss lady Rhonda): I love this hospital I've been an breast cancer patient at this hospital for over 4 years now and the doctors, nurses, navigator and etc. Are so compassionate and caring to ask there patients and customers I just thank this hospital for everything it's done and doing for me.
Daneisha Carter: I will absolutely never recommend nor bring my child back to this hospital. We went to the er with a high 104-105 fever that wasnt going away with mortin or Tylenol. I was there for close to 8 hours. They scolded me for giving my son Gatorade but never brought him water that they offered. They took his temperature once upon arrival and that was all. They guilted me into a procedure that i voiced not only did i not feel was necessary but i didnt feel comfortable having it done to him. They refused to do the other optiom given by them because it would take too long. Not only were the doctors and nurses unprofessional and disrespectful they were negligent. They never gave my son any medication told me he had a virus like a cold basically but his paperwork says he has a stomach virus. The doctor also loudly stood and ran her mouth about me confronting them with these issues as we walked out. So unprofessional on so many levels. I had heard so many good things but i will never step foot back in this hospital again and i would never recommend taking anyone's child here.
Mirtala Cooley: Amazing doctors and nurses however the security was rude when I called trying to figure out the closest area to park with all the construction and my 6 year old not being able to walk. He seemed very bothered that I was asking for assistance. The majority of the parking lot is tore up for further construction which is nice but I had to walk from the parking garage at door 3 all the way over to door 5 in the snow with my 60 pounds son . No wheelchair no assistance from security despite passing me several times. Just very disappointing. However the amazing g ortho doctors nurse and radiologist were wonderful.
Lance Sanchez: Great work by the staff
Kirsten Kapp: While the care was fine, the billing has been a nightmare. They had our wrong address and would send bills there even after being corrected. When I called to pay a bill, they applied it to the wrong hospital and I had to call them back to correct their mistake when they double billed me the next month. The gave the wrong insurance information to the radiologists so they have had to submit a claim after the 90 days. I am astounded at the lack of attention to detail and the complete ineptitude of the people who took our information and then were responsible for making it sure it got to the right place. I can’t believe how inaccurate their billing department has been. And we all know that though the care was one day, the bills are for months after and this is who you will have to deal with.
Ann Henk: Difficult time for the family. Thought the children's play room was very nice and sanitization was a priority. Also thought the small size child door to the playroom was special. Liked the therapy dog.
TeamHurt J: Took my grandson here for the first time tonight. We usually go to Riley, and while we’ve always liked the staff there, the waiting in the ER waiting room is always ridiculous, so we decided to try PMCH tonight. We got called right back to a room and were on the way home in four hours after doing all treatments necessary. It’s a little further drive for us, but we will definitely make it our first choice from now on. Adriana was our nurse and she was amazing. The doctor was great too. The waiting room was clean and comfortable. A++ job providing the best ER experience possible!
Robin Armstrong: First time I was here for my son in July 2021. Nurses and Doctors was the best. Got answers for my son's condition. Then I had to return in April 2022 for my daughter to have surgery best care she received. There again May 2022 due to my son's condition and again best care. Returned November of this year due to my son's condition. Stayed 16 days this time with my son. Doctors nurses techs everybody was great. My son and I will be returning again for a kidney biopsy 2 days before Christmas and I am thankful that it will be at this hospital because his team of doctors is the best.
Greg Posey: Our daughter had a follow up visit in the professional building after a 9 month stay after birth in the NICU. She is on a full time vent. When we walked into the waiting room, she was struggling to breathe. We told the receptionist we needed a room now to change her trach. The trach change did not help her. The professionals jumped into action as my daughter was not breathing even with the vent. The nurse took off the vent hose and started breathing directly into the trach. She only stepped away when the EMTs arrived. Our daughter was transported to the ER and admitted to PICU for three days. Our daughter’s life was definitely saved that day. We cannot thank all of them enough. From the office to being released from the hospital, everyone we met was so nice, took time to answer our questions, and were genuinely concerned about our daughter.
Max Parr: They saved our daughter madilyn and did a great job.
Tony Lora: Best hospital in town. Great service. Very clean facility 110% recommended for emergency. Keep it up guys
Brandy Lee: Dr Miller —- you’re a rockstar
M: Our son was very sick with a respiratory Illness. Dr. Hole in the ED was phenomenal, as were all of the nurses and physicians during our sons admission. It was a very warm, reassuring experience during such a stressful time. Thank you for all of your kindness and help!
Jessica Craddock: The doctors are nice but the nurses at the station are rude, do not offer any clarity unless you specifically ask, and seem unkind. They shouldn’t work in a department with small children if they will have such terrible attitudes towards parents who are simply asking questions for the benefit of being informed and protecting their children’s health. Will avoid coming here again.
KR B: They treated my son really well. I was so pleased with their care! Being a nurse myself, it meant a lot. Son was battling RSV and the respiratory team treated him and took top notch care of him! I will definitely go there again
Amber McAtee: Took our 18 month old here last night and WOW what a difference from Riley it was!!! Despite our baby being very sick, we had a GREAT experience at Peyton Manning. Unlike Riley it was clean and fast! They had a full house when we arrived and it still only took 1.5 hours to get back. The last time we went to Riley we sat there for 5 hours and weren't even close to being seen and left. Riley felt like a third world country we were literally on top of each other like sardines kids puking coughing and crying everywhere. Peyton Manning also has very comfortable chairs and lots of stuff for kids to do in the waiting area. They also have recliners in the rooms and on demand movies. And they offer toys, Gameboy, art kits, Bubbles, stickers etc all in the ER. The nurses were all super nice and very good with our 18 month old who had to have an IV placed and a urine catheter. Highly recommend this place, will never go to Riley again!
Kimberly Murphy (Gwendolyn Discord): Nurses are sub-par. Uncaring and slow. Reminds me of Community East Hospital. We weren't told he was having surgery in the morning by the doctor or the nurse, it was the aide that takes vitals randomly and not on a set schedule that told us he was having surgery. I am very disappointed so far in the care my friend is receiving. We would leave but there's no guarantee that he will be admitted somewhere else. Bad. Do not recommend. When we went to immediate care in Plainfield the doctor walked into the room, as he's walking into the room he sees the hand. Before he even came to a stop he said "that needs surgery". And then he has to wait 3 days. With his hand swollen and in angry pain. Doped up because the pain was so intense. If he was awake, he was in pain.

Riley Hospital for Children: what do users think?
Daniela Perez: Allie Maynard who is a worker here let her dog bite a little kid and told him he should’ve died. This is the type of people who work here they don’t care about kids or anyone
Ibrahim Olasunkanmi: The worse hospital ever with horrible parking policy .
Nicollette Whittington: If I could give 0 stars I would for Riley Dentistry. The most rude and condescending staff ever. I will be filing a complaint. It’s unethical how they treat patients.
Wendy Orellana: Los mejores
Kimberly Dwigans: Grandson sent here postoperative after surgery due to fever and possible complications. After 3 hours in the waiting room and still not seen we are thinking of going elsewhere. They said it was triage order; however the waiting room is not crowded. The Last time we were here he wasn't seen for four hours and when they did call us they had the wrong child on the paperwork. We left
Candice Young: I have been trying to schedule an appointment for surgery for my daughter for a little over month now. I have called several times and even sent a message through their website. When the surgery scheduler called me back. I was given the excuse of we need to find your daughters medical file and we will call you back. I am at my wits end with this place. I expected alot more from a Riley Children's Hospital. I don't feel like it should take this long to actually get the appointment scheduled.
dan m: kf
Ritchey Kendall: My daughter brought our grand- daughter to Riley and the nurses were not very professional. They had trouble putting an IV in which made her cry. They never actually diagnosed what was wrong with her . Went to IU and they diagnosed her with a UTI . Riley should have done better.
lalo fr: we waited about 7 hours to get treated and until a person came and told us if a dr came and talk with us and we say no then 30 min later they came back with the paper discharged from Riley
Leslie Burgos: Doctor John bravo, is amazing and professional,All the staff that is Been under my girl treatment has been polite and really professionals thanks for being such an awesome team
Tracey Brown: My grandson was admiited two weeks at riley's hospital for children's in indianapolis in. wit an acute kidney injury was touch & go for a min but after two weeks & three days after he will be going home im a happy grandmother to know my gramdson will be just fine thx to the wonderful doctors & nurses at rileys children hospital for all their care for amir all the kindness while we stayed nights the nurses was the sweetest my exprience was great thx again to the staff great job dr.samer abu sultanch md
Kimberly Morosey: I can only speak on my experience with Dr. Phipps and the blood labs there and both were absolutely amazing. Dr. Phipps LISTENS and asks so many questions which I appreciate. It’s nice to feel like I’m being heard, especially when it comes to the most important person to me, my child. She’s so nice and funny with the kids. The lady who took my 7 year old terrified sons blood draw was phenomenal. You can tell her heart is still in it when I feel like after so many times of drawing screaming kids blood, you may get burnt out. This lady was wonderful and treated my son with respect despite his kicking and screaming out of fear. I had my other child there and she also let him in the toy box after and gave them treats. I wish I knew her name!
Dystani Brooks: Too much blood work for my 8year oldBrother they took 16 ounces 3 different times!😡
Gia Henderson: The staff are amazing the food isn’t so good always cold or hard, takes forever to deliver need new cooks lol
Barbara Hunter: Do not try to enter a locked door with the door bell if there is someone else there!!! THEY WILL REFUSE YOU ENTERY BECAUSE THEY THINK YOU ARE WITH THE OTHER PERSON WHEN YOU ARE NOT!!! SO THEY KEEP YOU FROM YOUR CHILD!!! THEY DO NOT CARE HERE!!! WE ARE FINDING A NEW HOSPITAL/DR!
lukasz b: Termin tomografi za 6 miesięcy. Wizyta u endokrynologa za 2 lata najwczesniej. Dramat.
Mary F.: We have always had great experiences with the doctors here.
Vicente Reynosa: We are being waiting in dentistry for about 1 hour no one was in front desk. Two ladies came out to the front desk but they didn’t say nothing to us. We arrived at 2 pm which it was our appointment time. I guess we’re gonna leave.
james cree: I have brought my kids here multiple times to be seen for various appointments, the staff on day shift is awesome but we had one night where my daughter was going to have to stay over night and she has high functioning autism and she wanted all of us to stay to support her but the night staff forced us to go by sending in a caseworker in to us asking if we had a place to stay, as if we were homeless, it was an insult to us. So only my wife stayed even though my daughter screamed for us to stay too. We had to calm her down and wait for her to sleep to actually be able to leave. She was released the very next day after day shift helped her through her difficult visit. All in all it’s a good hospital but the night staff don’t seem to have much compassion for family needs.
