Andrea Marino: My dog smelled like urine all the time. Last time I boarded him it was in a large crate for an overnight stay. He was groomed on Sat and I picked him up on Sunday and he smelled horrible. After speaking with the manger I concluded that my dog probably wasn't even attened to and he peed in his crate, something he never does at home, and he was made to lay in it. His tail, feet and belly smelled awful. It's funny because when I dropped him off I asked the girl at the desk if I should pay for some extra potty time and she said no, they will take good care of him. I'm sure she thought they would but probably doesn't know what's really going on in the back. I really love the way he was groomed by Rob but I won't be returning.
Steven Holliday: 5 Dollar parking??? Not only charging but ive never seen a payment interface so overly complicated. Never taking our dog here. Your unbridled greed is showing. We will however to continue to support the great businesses surrounding you.

Diana Tran: I am so upset to even have to share this. We take our Goldendoodle there roughly every 5 weeks to get groomed and we have never had an issue until this last visit. Mind you, our Goldendoodle LOVES coming here and when we pick him up he’s normally so excited. However, this last visit was heartbreaking because our puppy was NOT himself. Our groomer said his fur was “very slightly” matted behind one of his legs and that she would try to just take area down and even out his coat. We spend hours brushing him a week and normally we are always told we do a great job! When we brought him home we noticed a huge cut in two areas. He was bleeding and I’m heartbroken. His grooming is SOOO terrible and he has patches all over his head and body that are long…. We were not notified of this and we will be taking our business elsewhere. It’s just sad because we have been going here consistently for a year! :( make sure you inspect your dogs after the groom!

Kenneth Davis: Hello, I just wanted to let you know that I experienced bad customer service from one of your employee by the name of Vivian was very unprofessional, rude, and was very argumentative with me other the phone as I tired to explain to her about thee appointment. She over talked me as I was talking. I told her I was a paying customer. I really wanted to bring my dog there because I had hear great things about the grooming services but wasn't aware of the customer service from Vivian.
Debra Taylor-McGee: My dog has been going to Good Dog for over 10 years. The staff take such good care of her! Frequently they take pictures of her for me to view. She is excited to go there. Her groomer, Missy, is responsive and excellent.
Carla Taylor: I’ve used them three times. This time I was disrespected and called a liar and not informed of a price hike for my pet’s care until one day before I brought my pet. The staff aren’t correlated on what is told about services. One Michelle, says to be the owner, has very nasty attitude, she use intimidation and threat of me not getting my pet if I did not pay her for services that were not rendered to my pet, which is why I will not be taking my pet to them ever again. And I am taking other actions against this treatment against myself from her.
Andy Bright: Shame on you for making the parking paid... You did that without ANY notice to the other businesses there. I WILL NEVER PAY YOU FIVE DOLLARS FOR PARKING OR USE YOUR SERVICES. I will park for free and walk a block or two, thanks. Don't bother responding with the "the other tenants don't pay towards the upkeep of the lot" nonsense either. You signed up to take care of the lot, you pay for it. You are putting YOUR LACK OF BUSINESS SENSE above everything else and making EVERYONE ELSE PAY FOR THAT LACK OF SENSE. After reading some of the reviews I would NEVER bring a dog to your place either. SHAME SHAME SHAAAAAAMMMMMMMMEEE ON YOU.
Anjuli Shivshanker: We boarded our super energetic and large lab at Good Dog, and they also gave her a bath and trimmed her nails. The intake was professional, and our dog seemed to enjoy her time. They also kept us up to date on a minor health issue while we were gone, and made us feel comfortable. I think the price is reasonably competitive for a big dog who needs a lot of exercise/socialization with other dogs. The only downside is that the play section for dogs is indoors, but given the location (right off the Monon) you couldn't really expect it to be outside.

Jordan Matters: Will never use this business since they charge $5 to park in their lot if you are dining at Momma Carrollas. The parking lot is riddled with pot holes. This business is incredibly greedy and totally against the community atmosphere that makes Broad Ripple special. -- This is a response to the owner of the Good dog who replied to my review. You don't maintain the parking lot either.

Michelle Craig: Our sweet boy has been going to Good Dog for most of his 7 1/2 years and we truly do not have enough good things to say about the staff here! They adore our baby and treat him as their own. After some questionable experiences at a couple of other Indianapolis doggy daycare facilities, Good Dog is the only place we trust for our fur baby!
Chris Sargent: Good Dog Hotel has been a blessing! All the employees are great and care so much for the dogs that come in! Their hours are extremely helpful when I have a busy day or need my dog out of the house for the day! I also appreciate that the dogs are primarily inside while at daycare so I don’t have to worry about him on hot or rainy days! Their grooming is also great and my husky come out looking so cute and smelling great!
Thomas Trittipo: Their shameless greed and tone deaf actions have created a mess for local businesses and residents in the surrounding area. I’ll never use this company’s services and will advise others against it as long as they continue to use a scummy, predatory third-party vendor to charge for parking in that lot. It’s ridiculous. They’re not even open when customers for Mama Carolla’s arrive. It’s greed, it’s gross and the community is outraged. This is terrible PR for a small business, but based on their copy-paste replies to other reviews about this topic, it’s obvious they don’t care. Not at all surprising after reading their Yelp! reviews! Lots of other complaints about personnel and treatment of dogs! Customer service is clearly the last thing on their minds. Take your dogs elsewhere and park on the street when you visit Mama Carolla’s!!! If homeowners complain, tell ‘em why.

Beverly Manuel: We ALWAYS take our dog Goldie to Arbor Lane. We have been going to Arbor Lane for years and they treat your pet with excellence. They even are willing to accommodate our dog’s sensitive eating issues. We just don’t go if we can’t get a reservation …they are that good.
Pam Harrison: Our very first visit with Kathleen was with Trapper and we have taken every dog since then to visit at Arbor Lane, even our grand-puppies. The entire staff is wonderful, kind, professional. We wouldn't go anywhere else. Thank you all for the many many years of taking care of our four footed family members.
