Caleb Kenizzite: Can you please correct your Store Hours that are physically posted on the entrance door to your building, which is located on Broadripple St in Indianapolis?The door says the store is open on Saturdays from 8am to 8pm.But in reality, the store hours on Saturday are limited to 9am to 6pm.I needed to fax an important document and arrived at 6:45pm…bit it was locked up tight.Thank you

Scott Congdon: I would not use these guys to package any of your important products. They are inexperienced and do not follow the FedEx guidelines required to have your packages covered by their own insurance, even though they are an actual FedEx facility. Once they improperly package your item and it gets damaged or destroyed, expect your claim for damages to be denied because it was improperly packaged. This has now happened more than once and I can no longer trust this company to do what they are paid for. The most recent package was a high end computer part, which they only did 1 small layer of little bubble wrap and then some filler paper. They charged me over $60 in packaging for just 1 item and it was completely destroyed by the time it reached it's destination. The minimum requirements was 1 full inch of bubble wrap and hard foam... not even close. 100% loss plus the shipping, negative feedback from the customer and I have to pay to even get the item back. Bad packing job, poor service, bad communication and considered my fault for using them to package my product properly. I would highly recommend to use ANYONE ELSE.

Lynn has helped me and she’s great. There are a couple other employees who have helped me and are very nice. Even when they’re busy I feel like they manage to take care of every customer. Definitely my go to store to print!

James Smith: On a Monday, I took a small package to this store to send to another city. On Wednesday, a FedEx box arrived at our home with the contents that I had shipped, noting only that the original box had been "damaged". Thursday morning I take the box and contents to the FedEx store, explained what had happened and asked that it be re-shipped.The manager on duty refused, saying that I had to go through customer service. I then asked for a refund of the $12 I had paid. Again he refused to do anything, saying that I had to go through Customer Service. I left the store and called Customer Service, where I reached someone I could not understand and who seemed to have trouble understanding me.From there I went across the street to UPS who happily accepted and shipped my FedEx box.I can only surmise that the level of professional quality of the manager of this FedEx store is due to difficulties in finding capable staff.

He took time to kindly point out which number was the tracking number on my receipt. It's the little things like that.

I've been a FedEx customer at this location for 15+ years, and Charles is superior in his genuine work ethic and kind professionalism. I observed Charles today & on other occasions with other customers and witnessed the same high level of service. He exceeds expectations and is the reason I choose FedEx BroadRipple over UPS which is just across the street from this FedEx. Thank you Charles!

He was kind to me before he even saw what document it was: They were DIVORCE papers. It was one of the toughest things I've ever had to do in my life. He was there for me in those moments, he let me take my time, he encouraged me to take photos of the receipts and packaging label, just to cover my bases legally. He wasn't fazed by the fact that I was crying in front of everyone and gave me such nice words throughout our transaction process. Thank you, Charles. You made a horrifying situation for a scared total stranger new in town so much easier.

Since it took a bit of time (my fault not theirs) I was able to observe how the other team members worked together and treated other customers. Top notch! I’ve been to other locations in Indy, and this location had excellent service.

Rojen Jacob: This is my personal opinion of this location.Very nice guy at the desk like to talk, which means he will get with you when he is done chitchatting. I was completely ignored for quite a bit while he was talking to the other customer. R H: Brought some window cling here for precision/custom cutting. Nick did a fantastic job making sure our measurements were correct and maximizing the amount of pieces we got off of our rolls. He did 18 pieces, all different sizes, BY HAND and they are perfect. Very pleased with Nick's customer service, 10/10 would recommend having window cling and other things cut/trimmed here.

Jacob Mendelsohn: FedEx is literally the worst. First off, it's by far the most expensive service in town. Second, for the money I paid for their service, they attempted to deliver the package twice and, upon no answer, they shipped the package back to me, telling me I had to pay their high fees again to re-ship the package. Further, they attempted to deliver to a business the day before and the day after the holiday.. This is a huge flaw in their service, and they were not helpful when I requested that they hold the package a few days past the holiday to see if the business would re-open to receive the package. I will never be using FedEx again.

Chris McMillan: By far the best FedEx location in Indiana, possibly in the entire Midwest.I routinely have to travel to Indianapolis from Ohio for business, and will have items I need shipped here instead of to any of the locations in the city, even if it adds half an hour to my day. The staff is extremely professional and polite, the store is always well staffed, and as a result I am quickly taken care of. The male with the beard whose name I can't recall at the moment is especially professional and is the type of employee FedEx should hope to have more of.
Kathy: This is truly the best Fed Ex location in the city. Shawn and crew are always friendly, professional and willing to go the extra mile to help their customers. Guaranteed you won't be disappointed.

Esther Lawson-Stout: Amazing! Called this morning with an urgent request to have a cover replaced on 8 already coil-bound books. The gentleman I spoke to was extremely helpful and was able to accommodate my request very quickly!!
Tyra Thomas-Johnson: THEY ARE TRASH! RUINED MY GRANDKIDS CHRISTMAS GIFT. NEVER LEFT THE LOCATION. THEY DON'T CHECK PACKAGES IN EITHER.. I had to go get my package after it sat there days before Christmas.. Left the store with no refund. The customer service IVR IS HORRIBLE! The agents were so rude they kept transferring and hanging up on the manager as she tried to resolve the issue for a refund. It's a shame when you work for a company that won't listen.. NEVER AGAIN.

Rvivass: AVOID THIS PLACE. Sent a package with medical equipment for someone sick outside USA, and payed a substantial amount for the delivery. Only to find out there were "extra charges" in order for the package to be handed to the person. When I went to this location, an employee asked me what brought me there and turned around right away as I was explaining the issue, not even letting me finish speaking. In the end another employee told me that the extra charges were not something they could give information about (which at this point is what I knew they would say) They gave me a phone number to call, had to pay the extra money due to the emergency of the circumstances. NOT recommended.

Ransford Walker: Incredibly inconsiderate staff. No one is following social distancing guidelines and the machines aren’t being cleaned at all in between uses. The staff member helping today was disregarding NORMAL personal space distance in complete disregard for the cdc’s and governors guidelines. On top of that, he was unable to work the machine properly and we were charge $8 dollars without successfully faxing what needed to be faxed.

Victor Richardson: I came in just to print a school paper for my son. I went to the machine and followed the steps and it didn’t work. I went to get staff they told me to do it a different way and then walked away. I had to find them repeatedly to get help. There was not one other person in the store and 2 employees. I asked if there was a different route to go since the system wasn’t working and they told me that they would charge me to use the computer and to print or I could go outside and wait till it worked. It was just unhelpful and the staff was rude . I left and went to Office Depot and got it done in less and 2 min. Waist of 20 min on my life.

Stanley Tanis: I wish there was a way I could give FedEx -5 stars, but Google won’t allow it.I shipped an item to the Bahamas, paid $125 to have it delivered on Tuesday (the earliest time possible). On Tuesday, they say the item will arrive late and it’s no fault of their own. Comes Wednesday, the receiver had to go to custom himself to pick up the package and when he got there, he had to pay an extra $120 to get the phone.FedEx was supposed to serve as the intermediary between the sender and the receiver, the package was paid to be delivered at his house and not him picking it up from custom.In total, $245 was paid to ship an item that’s worth $300. You will never get my business again or anyone else’s I can convince not to do business with you.

josh perrin: Went in to ship a 36x24 wooden plaque to Texas. The lady was super nice. She told me it would cost $350 to ship it which included the price of the box and packing it. I ended up buying the box (which is way too big, almost the size of my car!), cut it down to size myself and shipped with UPS for only $30. I just don’t understand why it would cost so much through FedEx. Maybe the staff needs better training on box sizing.

Anthony Parr: I went here to print a 36” x 36” poster. This was my first experience at this location after having less than positive experiences at the Pendleton Pike location. Service was excellent. Miya spoke with me over the phone before I headed in and answered all my questions. Already being familiar with my project, she then immediately made efforts to be the individual available to help me when I arrived. After easily pulling up the file from my flash drive, a sample was printed for me for free on an 8” x 11” paper, ensuring I would be happy with the larger final version. Printing was super easy and fast! Thanks so much! I will definitely be back in the future!

Ex - place cards, table #s, programs, etc. She printed everything for us and made sure it was exactly how we wanted it! She also offered to cut the cards (which I did not know this was a service they provided). Everything turned out beauitfully. Cannot say enough good things about her customer service! We were very pleased.

Area Dad: charges additional fees, even if the package is already paid for, using their location in a hotel as an excuse.
Vincent Calistro: Marvin was an absolute stud. Our company had a huge rush order that needed to be completed by the end of the day. Marvin stayed two hours after the store to ensure that the order was completed and personally handed to us. As a business that sends out large print orders on a weekly basis, I have never dealt with someone as professional, nor received better customer service. Marvin got us out of a jam when we were in a tight spot and I couldn't give a higher recommendation.

Dan Maki: Was forced to use FedEx Ground for a business return, wish I would have seen these reviews before wasting my time. There is a $10 handling fee period and it doesn't matter if its only a prepaid drop off. This is why I despise FedEx and will be rejecting any return labels going forward from them.

R: Customer beware. There is an additional $15 handling fee because it is in a hotel. No where was this advertised on the fedex website. Highly recommend to avoid this location as well as the JW marriott location. Instead go to monument circle if you want to avoid the surcharge.

He helped me move the crate to the correct location, found me a screw driver to open the crate and even helped me move the crate to the dock after my presentation was over in order to have it transferred to the trade show. I cut it really close and without Marvins help I would have not been able to give my presentation. He really cares about his customers! It's hard to find top notch service like this and I am very thankful! Missing the presentation would have cost my company thousands of dollars and made us look very unprofessional. Marvin literally saved the day!

Benjamin L.: Stopped by this location since it is listed as a FedEx shipping/drop-off location only to find out there was going to be an additional $25 handling fee per box since "we are in a hotel". That was the same price as the shipping. Ridiculous!!! Avoid this and the JW Marriot FedEx locations unless you are willing to be charged an additional "handling fee".
