Sean Blessing: Fantastic value for location, cleanliness and customer service. Came to town for the Pacers game with my son and we had a blast. The two gentlemen who greeted us at the valet booth, as well as the ones at front desk check-in were super nice and took care of us quickly. The room was clean and updated. Only 4 blocks from Gainbridge Fieldhouse for the game!

DeeDee Allen: I loved my stay at Home2 Suites. It was the best deal I could find near the convention center AND it provided breakfast! The walk to the convention center was less than 10 minutes and it was easy and there are lots of restaurants nearby. The hotel room was very large with a small kitchen and sitting area. There were also lots of storage cabinets. I was very happy with the cleanliness of the room and my entire stay!

Leah Rife: I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. We had horrible internet service, the room’s tv wouldn’t work properly, the window looked into a white concrete hallway instead of outside, and the breakfast was pretty disappointing. The room itself was fairly dingy and pretty meh. Maybe there are other rooms that would have been better, but ours on the second floor was not great.Best part of the stay was the amazing valet folks. They were quick, helpful, and so kind.Do yourself a favor and choose any other downtown hotel when in Indy.

Molly Long: I felt very safe here visiting as a young woman. The valet helped me not only with parking my car with great service, but also with an uber situation they did not have to help me with. The only complaint I have is that wifi was not free and did cost--I did not have any cell service in my room. The free breakfast was delicious and the breakfast staff went above and beyond. I also had a great experience with the customer service booking this hotel. I would stay here again, but I will plan accordingly knowing that I cannot access my phone from the hotel without purchasing a plan.

Brianon Smith: I took my kiddos for a 1 night stay! The front desk gentleman was wonderful and so helpful! The rooms were great, bathroom is a little small (four kids ranging from 5-15 and myself)…beds were great, pillows were wonderful, clean room, loved the kitchen would be great for longer stays…younger kids loved the pool, a little small but does the job, breakfast wasn’t extravagant but definitely worked with kiddos. We will def be back when we visit again. As someone that is nervous of where to stay with area and cleanliness especially with kids…this was perfect! Near a lot of places as well!

George Toskos: I received a call from the hotel on my way to the destination asking if they can switch my room. They ended up giving my room away due to handicap shower in need by another guest. I was promised the same layout but a bath tub instead of a shower. I ended up with a smaller room than I reserved, no seperate king bedroom as I selected and reserved 2 months prior. All one room. No bath tub as promised. Blood on 2 sets of bed sheets. I will go somewhere else next time. Disappointed and unhappy!Rooms: Dried Blood on 2 different bed sheets

However, this last trip the second shift front desk man was rude as Hell to my elderly mother and I felt he talked a little jazzing saying things like "I am not rude but if you want to see rude sister I will show it too you." All while he was rolling his eyes and some raising his voice. I love Home2 and I love the brand but that I did not like and untill tight pants leave I will not be back and I am going to blog his rude self as well

K Bolda: We had a block of rooms for our softball team. We frequent hotels at least twice a month and this was the worst customer service we have ever experienced at a hotel. The manager on Saturday night was horrible, there was definitely an abuse of power going on with her and half of our team. Then half of our team has been over charged or even double charged and when they called Monday to get the charges reversed this manager was very condescending and acted as if it was our fault we were over charged.I will never be staying at this hotel again.

Dijon DeLaPorte: Disappointed by poor customer service and problem solving.Overall this hotel was mediocre. Rooms were decent, breakfast was okay, but my low rating comes from an issue I had after I realized that I had left something at the hotel after I checked out.Hours after checking out, I discovered that had left a bag of dirty clothes in my hotel room. I called the desk and was told them and they said that they would double check the room to confirm. They did this and called me back informing me that my items were indeed at the hotel. I asked about having the items mailed to me and the desk employee had to ask her manager about this process because she didn’t know what to do. She said that she would do this and call me back. Four days later I’m still waiting for that call. Surely I’m not the first person in the history of this hotel to leave an item and request for it to be mailed to me? You have my home address and credit card on file so why is it so difficult to put my items in a box, mail it to me, and charge my card accordingly?!Update: a few days after this post, I was contacted by a manger and informed about a process in order to have items returned via FedEx.

S. Saulsberry: Would have definitely given 4/5 stars, however the general manager Vicky was nasty, rude, & poor customer service. The hotel is located by everything you need to not have to go far for food, gas, & restaurants. We shopped at Kroger & cooked full meals with the stove top provided by the front desk to save money. The setup of the room is apartment style, which was nice so we didn’t have to sit in the bed to watch tv, there was a sofa and a desk to sit at. The full refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave was an added bonus. The room was clean, but the sofa had lots of stains and the ottoman had cigarette burn holes on it. The toilet doesn’t flush that well especially if you go #2. The kitchen area was clean and it had everything we needed to cook and eat. The breakfast had a variety & the breakfast staff was really friendly. We would definitely stay here again, but b/c of the general manager, Vicky, we probably won’t. The assistant manager Darrel was really nice. Vicky refused to give me a refund from one night after I needed to check out a day early b/c of family emergency and then she created a claim with Hilton Honors and lied on the case.

Mike B: Attended a Pacers game and chose this hotel for location and price. Upon arrival we found our room to ha e lights on and someones luggage in there. Thankfully they were able to move us to a different room even though they were sold out. However the new room had a broken bathroom door which caused our son to require assistance getting out of. I'd give 3.5 stars if possible. I would stay here again if it weren't for the overwhelming smell of weed throughout the hallway.

Lion Chosen: All staff except a lady named Nahway were inexperienced, rude, charged my card multiple times, gave false rates as me being a resident for almost 3 months and started to only make my bed instead of using great smelling chemicals to clean my room properly. I was a resident and gold honors member and had neighbors that neglected dogs all day and night while they cried and whimpered. Staff argued, refused to reimburse and Josh says no for fun and sleeps on the job 3rd shift.

Kevin Werner: Conveniently located off I-69. Rooms are modern and roomy. The bed is comfy. Coach isn't the most comfortable, but whatevs. They have a regular sized fridge and a large microwave.They also have some games in the lobby for the kids and kids at heart. If you're there for a few days, they have grills you can use.Cannot speak for the pool or workout center but they look nice. The breakfast is basically the standard continental+. Plenty of options.

Salam Al-Rubaye: This is my first time at Home2 Suites. The first impression was good. But after I tried to use Microwave, I found it was really dirty. And then, I tried to take bath, I found a used soap. Seems nobody care about cleaning. I am really disappointed.

Also, the TVs seem to have a lot of Bass and the settings on the Tv are locked down, so walls could be an issue too(2) Breakfast is not always well-stocked

Mary Ditchen: We stayed here for a week to attend some nearby doctor's appointments. We could not have been happier with our accommodations or the service we received while at this Home2 Suites. Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful, the hotel was always sparkling clean (including the pool, elevators, and other public areas), and you could just tell the staff cared about the comfort and needs of their guests. The saline pool was amazing, even in late November. The breakfast was generous and had tons of options for everyone. And the view from our 5th floor room was second to none for watching the sunrise. We also appreciated the surrounding area, especially the nearby Meijer and Just Love Coffeeshop. We have a couple of additional visits to Indy planned for follow-up medical procedures and we already know where we'll be staying. 3
