Michael Brumitt: I booked a room the beginning of December 2022, for a week. When I pulled in the police was there, should of been a sign but I checked in anyway. The place had a smell in it and the rooms were the worst I ever seen. I stayed there for about 2 hours them checked out and found another hotel. I asked for my money back for the rest of the days I checked out and was denied. Room was dirty and went to wash my hands and only had 3 little streams of water coming out. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. I went next door and got a room at the Marriott. The Room at the Marriott was a little cheaper than what I paid and felt safe.

Tia Andersen: Worst place I've ever stayed. It's basically a giant, smelly ashtray. Super sketchy, loud, dirty, and no pillowcases. The room next to ours played loud music until 2am, and the people in the room above were seemingly having an all-night basketball game. Barnacle Bill: Firstly I was unaware of the $100 deposit. The room I was given had a broken air conditioner. Housekeeping didn’t make up my room or replenish the towels at all during my three night stay. The location is between a semi-truck wash and plant entrance, so your vehicle will be coated in this dust. Leaving the hotel as well as entering is extremely dangerous, as u avoid the commercial truck traffic. The only good part was the bed was comfortable. I would highly not recommend this location. 👎👎😞

K. O'Neal: This room was ridiculous in everyday imaginable!!! Old, damp smelling, holes in walls, mold in the picture hanging on the wall, room keys kept malfunctioning. There were wet towels left neatly folded in bathroom!! Seriously!? Stains on the bedding, the bathroom light kept cutting off while we showered. Bed was uncomfortable. I cannot say enough bad things about this hotel. We actually left a day early because I had had all I could take!!!! There is absolutely no reason for any hotel to be like this!!!

Shayla Marie: Loves this experience. We had to switch rooms twice due to the door not shutting in the first room and then the lock falling off of the door in the second room. After bringing this to the managers attention, each time they responded attentively, nicely and quickly. I MORE than appreciate the hospitality, the respect and the advocation. I’m a manager for a well known company in the US and i would gladly hire both women who helped us change rooms. They were SO nice and accommodating! They even comped a drink and a snack for both my mother in law and I for the inconvenience. Super nice people. I would mention that the rooms could be cleaner but the was the only issue.

Just for the guy at the desk to tell me that he cancelled our reservation.In response to the owner's reply:The attitude came from the frustration that your front desk clerk couldn't comprehend a simple question of "what is the latest time I can check in on this reservation", all he wanted to say was "I sorry ma'am, $50 to check in". I understood that part but I needed to know how long I had to get the $50 deposit so I could check in. I tried to explain that all I wanted to do was sleep and bathe. Out of 32 nights at 6 different Quality Inn's, I've never had to pay a deposit and being homeless in a car with a family of 3, we have never ran into any issues and have always left on good standings but thank you for attempting to back track to make your hotel look good via internet instead of accepting the constructive criticism and mistake of your clerk who would not allow me to speak to the manager or anyone else but him even though he had admitted to another guest that it was his first night working there.The rudeness came after coming back to the hotel and having enough to cover the deposit for the already paid for room with a confirmation number and being told that he had already cancelled our non-fundable reservation via his end and he wanted us to pay more money to book another reservation through him. Sounds kind of sketchy, wouldn't you agree? We unfortunately are not privileged enough to have extra money hanging around to just up and book another room and losing money we had already spent on a room to begin with. Again, just wanted to get the room we paid for in order for my small family of 3 to shower and sleep. If we have been allowed to check in peacefully like we have been at the other 6 Quality Inn's, then there would have been no issues to have erupted.So please tell me again how you're justifying the confusion and lack of comprehension of your clerk with simple questions in regards to the reservation.

HomeTown Woman Phillips: Got to the room hallway was gross. The door was closed, but u could see into the room where the deadbolt area was. No towels in bathroom, 2 pillows dirty. Asked for clean. He could only come up with 1 nasty towel and a ok 1 and 1 pillowcase. The walls were gross, shower head had a head on a long cord that was wound up in a not in shower. Toilet continually ran. And the grab bars in bathroom were busted. Mold in bathroom. The hotel was a total mess.

Taylor Zink: Our door to the room did not lock, if you pushed the door it would open right up. We heard another person in the lobby complain about the same exact thing so it wasn’t just our room. We were able to get a room that actually locked after complaining to the front desk. The back door of the hotel does not lock either. The security is extremely lacking. The rooms smell weird and we only got three channels on the tv. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Before we got to the front desk, we heard a girl talking about something was broken... turns out the door was unable to latch or lock in her room. Same with ours. Had to get the room switched. Super unsafe, and when they gave us a new room (no compensation) it had no trash can, no working remote, and things stuffed in the fire detector (presumably from the previous person). Absolute garbage compared to literally any other hotel I've stayed in.

I book my room on March 21 for the upcoming racing weekend at The Brickyard July 30-31 and today July 27 you finally send me notification that my reservation is no longer valid. I call you back and the guy tells me we changed companies and all reservations after June 30 don’t transfer over to the same exact hotel by a different name. Instead of canceling paid reservations and not refunding the money that I had to go through hoops to get back since you didn’t do your job at all. Maybe you should transfer those reservations over because my room was non-refundable and this had to argue with a few of your poorly trained employees. Take your money elsewhere or be warned of ruined travel plans by this joke of a hotel chain.

Mike Gardner: My cousin and I were in town for a car event on my birthday weekend. When we arrived the lady behind the desk was very non challant about helping me and very unprofessional we received one key card. Once we got into our room we saw how dirty and small the bathroom was the mattresses had stains and the pillows were also the size of couch cushions. All the furniture was from a yard sale had to be. The TV didn't work if it wasn't for only staying for a few hours we would have left and paid for another room down the street. Never ever stay here unless you absolutely have no other choice it should be condemned. If I could give it 0 stars I would.

The whole place reeked of cigarettes, smoke detectors weren't attached to the wall, just resting on the picture frames, and a bed frame fell apart as soon as the bed was laid on. A toilet also overflowed with sewage. Temperature was wack throughout the whole hotel, and the showers had VERY hard water. At least they let us change rooms whenever something broke.Rooms: The rooms were in terrible condition. Weird stains on sheets and loose viagra pills in the drawers of the bedside table.Food & drinks: There were plenty of fast food places nearby.

Do your research before staying. Great service and great location but don't be shocked when you bring a new unwanted critter (or multiple) into your house with you.

The breakfast was sad, the waffles were chewy and the eggs looked 3 days old. Don't bother with this place, they should be fined for false advertising for using the name "quality"

In morning I advised him I wasn't staying another night so he said well let me see what I have availiable I asked to be kept in the same building because it was freezing outside and I didn't want to go back out in it he hung up in my face my daughter went to the desk to talk to him he got irate and bullied her back to the room she tod him she was calling code I told him to get away from the room I feel I deserve a full refund

Mark Cannoneer: The location was one block away from the Trade Fair at the 4H grounds. The room was available early at no extra charge. The whole hotel was clean. The room was great. The mattresses were firm and felt like they were new. The linens were clean. The bathroom was clean. The bathroom even passed my ultra violet flashlight exam. The free breakfast was extensive, fully stocked and ready to go at 7 a.m.. There were Belgian Waffles, Bacon & Eggs, protein bars, hummus, Jimmy Dean sandwiches, yogurt, juice, coffee, flavored water, and more that I cannot remember. Was it worth $60 more than staying in Fishers? Positively, Yes!Safety: The location is off the highway. There is no direct access to the location from the highway. There is only one entrance/exit to the parking lot. You can exit the doors at the ends of the first floor hallway but you must reenter through the main entrance.

Crystal Adkins: Over a two-year period I've stayed at this hotel probably close to a dozen times.. it is stated but for the most part the rooms are clean and the stuff is kind however they do change stuff a lot and with each new manager they get their policy on pets changes... I stayed here last month with a dog and it was no problem, I check in this time with a cat that is an ESA and I forgot to bring my paperwork because it was an emergency as to why I was here, and I was told that I cannot have pets. I asked how one month could change such a policy with no notice and I was told that they got a new manager.

Marlene Monaghan: The hotel is in terrible condition. Water trickled out of the faucet and water leaked from the base of the faucet all over sink top. We had to brush our teeth using the tub faucet. Everything is wore out. Holes in the drapery. Carpet needed cleaning. The parking lot is full of large pot holes that could ruin your car. All for $179.00 a night. I questioned that on line it was showing $68.00 a night and they told me to get that price you have to book through a third party. They told us that they could not change the price. We had no other choice but to stay there because there are no other hotels in Noblesville. We could not drive to Indianapolis. We are seniors. I am trying to contact corporate.

Jen T: This was a terrible experience. We chose this hotel based on how close it is to Ruoff. Big mistake! It is way over priced for the “quality” hotel it is. The parking lot is a flat tire waiting to happen with the amount of pot holes. The hotel stinks, the carpet is worn out and stained and the paint was chipped. After getting back from the concert after midnight all we wanted was a shower. Well, the shower didn’t work and neither did several lamps or outlets. I called the front desk and was told a message would be left for the manager in the morning. When checking out I again complained and requested some money back. I was told I would get some hotel points. I wanted money back! I paid way too much for the condition of this hotel. Save yourself some time and headache and stay somewhere else! I do not recommend staying here.

Jessica Lownsberry: Made a reservation for 3 days. Room was a place to lay my head with no bed bugs. But definitely needs a remodel and new parking lot. Couldn't justify paying almost double on my 3rd night. So I checked out a day early. 4 days later it finally hits my bank account and they charged for me all 3 nights. Called front desk, no one answers, call customer service and they tell me it was fixed the day they ran my card but will be 20-21 days to get my money back. This is not right at all. You all got your money in a reasonable time,I want mine back!!

Bill Fick: Picked the Quality Inn since we have never had a bad stay at this chain. Was close to the concert venue we were going to. Asked to have an early check in and that was provided to us. When we got to the desk and got our keys we headed to the 2 floor via the stairs.The side entry door was damaged so the main door is the only way to enter. This Inn has no elevators. The carpet needs a cleaning.When we got to the room door neither key worked. But the door was unlocked. We tested the lock and it was not working correctly. The front desk was contacted and we asked for another room. None was available and we left to seek a room with better room locks. Found a stay 5 minutes away with nice amenities. The front desk at Quality Inn told me that I was not able to cancel my room. A call to Choice rewards resolved that as my request to hear from the manager was never acted on. Will continue to use choice hotels in the future. The lack of concern for locks that work correctly was a local issue. Corporate was very happy to make this right. Better places to stay in this area.
