Lindsay Baughman: I was disappointed in the selection of women’s dresses. Everything was too casual, and the selection of formal dresses was limited to one very small area. I was able to find something appropriate online instead.However, my real reason for this review is the experience my boyfriend and I had while suit shopping for an upcoming wedding. Chez in Men’s Suiting was absolutely amazing. The first suit he picked out for my boyfriend was the exact style he was looking for, and the fit was perfect. Chez even selected shoes that would go well with the suit, and was able to coordinate tailoring services with ease. Great pricing and turnaround time for the tailoring as well (approx 10 days). Chez made what could have been an overwhelming and frustrating experience easily the best shopping experience I’ve had in a long time. Thank you, Chez!!

Irina Loginoff: This’s the most unorganized Nordstroms I’ve ever seen. There are no sales people on the floor, especially at the cosmetic counters. All items are misplaced, awful customer service. No ETA on when the supply is coming and no knowledge on products at all. Never will come back to this Nordstrom.

Shawn Royer (Shawn Goodman Jazz): They do NOT have danskos in stock. I looked on Google to find a store nearby that has a selection of them, and this one came up, but they do not! They had ONE pair in just one size. This plain pair is $80 at other stores, but was $140 here, and they refused to use the shoe stretcher on it for me unless I would be willing to pick it up five days later. Currently having buyer’s remorse and I literally just left the store… Also, the shoe section was so overcrowded with people and not nearly enough employees. For the price and the atmosphere that they’re trying to portray, I did not get the proper service that you would expect. Nobody ever helped me confirm my shoe size or put my shoes on for me or ask me any more questions than what size I wanted. Also, I stood around for several minutes before I finally got in line at the counter to get help. 😢

They need new leadership at the top, because the culture is obviously managing the store like it's a JC Penny's.

Dia Barakat: I had a very negative experience with this store. My son was trying on a new shirt in the fitting room and he left his old shirt in the fitting area to show me his new shirt. During those few minutes someone stole his old shirt. I went to the staff and told them about it. I asked them to check the security cameras and they said that even with evidence they will not take any actions to rectify the situation. This is unacceptable. Very disappointed with Macy's staff who didn't care about their customers.

The staff get to know their clientele at this location-and it is so appreciated!

Serena Hoff: I debated on posting but I was so disappointed and shocked at the literal lack of service. I walked into the women's section and not a single associate was there. I continued to shop and had arms full of items. Still no associate to be found. Multiple other customers walked in and walked out during this time. I let myself into a fitting room, which the three I looked in all had clothes still left in them. You could write your name in the dust that had accumulated on the ledge of the mirror. I tried on my clothes, and an associate came and spoke to the person in a fitting room next to me but didn't check on me. I went so far as to write my own name on the door when I went out to check for other sizes and still nothing. There was a man standing on the phone in the women's section behind when I came out bit he didn't look up while I was grabbing my other items to continue trying on. I went back and although I liked a few items I couldn't bring myself to purchase them due to the lack of service. I walked back out and the man who had been on the phone was talking to another associate. Still no one said anything to me. I made it half way out and turned around and only as I walked towards the associate making eye contact was I greeted. I explained in detail the above and she apologized with a simple, "I am sorry." We use to spend so much money at this location but will not be returning.

BUT I give it a 3 star because of the wait times and overcrowding. Talk about being claustrophobic! Holy Moly! I advise not to go during a sale, the holidays, or even on the weekends. I mean, unless you want to wait for almost an hour for a register to open up or take the chance of having your body buttcheek to buttcheek sandwiched, lol. No exaggeration. I'm in a wheelchair and it is NOT pretty! Don't even get me started about trying to maneuver around the store.. it is not very wheelchair friendly ONLY when it's crowded. As popular as that store location is, they really need to build onto the store to make it much bigger. Also, they need more registers.

Mark Galovic: I usually check out Kohl's when looking for clothes, and I'm in the market for shorts. While they have a wide selection, I couldn't find exactly what I was looking for, so didn't make a purchase...I'm kinda picky, even at Kohl's prices. This won't keep me from coming back in the future.
Mr. Hill: Well, they don't carry anything in my size. They advertise big and tall but never get anything in... And once you get the employee off their phone they acted like I was wanting a freak for asking if they had anything in my size. "3x/4x shirt, 50x32 pants". One employee ignored us all together.

Everybody looks miserable, not once did we get an hello, welcome in, when it was my turn in line I got “next person in line”, Walmart has better customer service so that should tell you enough.
