I ordered a cute pair of beige sandles, but neon pink flip flops with rhinestones arrived at my home!What was supposed to be a quick order pickup for a new pair of sneakers ended up taking an hour. The sneakers they had for my order were a size too big even though the invoice showed the correct size! Of course by the time I got to the store, my actual shoe size was gone. So I had to look for another pair.

PC Campbell: I would give no stars if that were an option. I ordered a pair of shoes online and picked them up at the Clearwater location. When I picked them up, the box was torn and there was no wrapping on the shoes. The shoes also had a purple sale sticker on them. It looked as though they came from the sale rack…I took them back to the store and asked if I could have the sale price, since it was clearly a sale shoe (they gave me a shoe from the sale rack..), but the manager offered me $5.00 and said there wasn’t anything else she could do. She honestly didn’t even try. She didn’t apologize for my experience or anything. Melissa was the manager I spoke with. I’ve been shopping there for several years and have never run into anything like this before. The old manager was so much better in how she cared for the visitors. I will not be back and plan to call corporate. Don’t waste your money here!!

Allana Coulter: Owner was super approachable, the store was clean and organized. The merchandise was unique compared to things in Fort Wayne. I loved the music while we shopped around. I couldn't help but take pictures of everything!! Which they have clothes for all ages.

They even have a new location in Greenwood Park Mall! I got my sins Sprayground Fortnite backpack & all his friends love it! So I made the drive over only for 2 different employees to tell me it's in the back and that they won't go get it. Customer service is not up to par. I know the store could care less if I shop there again, but definitely will not be. If it was an item they needed or wanted they'd go get it. I worked for a target before and at the time they went above and beyond for "guests" but apparently they don't have the same values.

Dan Hoffman: I used to love shopping at this store before the pandemic and only returned tonight just to browse and shop. Normally, I would comment on customer service and staff attitudes in a review. However, this is impossible with this Target because, except for people doing shelving and opening boxes, there are no staff to interface with. When I got to the check out line, I stood along with about 30 others waiting my turn to self check out. This store is giving off all the vibes of an establishment on the verge of closure, something that I would not be surprised to see happen within a year or two. As a person who used to love the Target brand and how it differentiated itself from KMart, I was very disappointed with my shopping experience and won't be returning to any Target store. There are other places to shop without being forced to stand in line with thirty others to check myself out. Looking at Washington Square, I am saddened. A once vital and vibrant shopping center has been brought low. Target is this shopping center's last gasp.

Johnson Kanagaraj: A fabulous place to go shopping for your shoes. You have such a good variety of shoes and other accessories that you will find it difficult to choose from. We did find what we wanted after an hour of searching. We had to wait in a queue of about 10 to 15 people and finally paid the price.

Crystal Hall: Staff was ok but they didn't have a foot measure for my toddler. The employee, or manager I couldn't tell, pointed to the size stickers on the floor in the children's area. This provides length not width. There are signs everywhere in that area about accurate sizing and measuring your kids foot but they don't have a way to accurately do anything. The employee was somewhat flippant about the situation, although there is nothing he could do short of ordering one in front of me, his attitude was somewhat...sorry for ya! If you know what I mean. He simply said they didn't have it and pointed to the stickers and walked away. Remember a time when you get get your kids foot measured and someone would help you when shopping for shoes?!

Something that could have been super frustrating with 3 kids turned out to be incredibly enjoyable! He, along with a couple other employees, were so helpful and patient in finding us the right fit and style we needed! They went above and beyond and now we have shoes that we love and a place we know we can always count on. Plus, I learned about their shoe recycling program which is a huge plus! You can bring in a pair of your old shoes and whatever they can’t donate, they’ll recycle into playground material and you get $5 off a new pair! Thank you all for taking such good care of us 🏽

John Robinson: First, I was told my order wasn’t ready despite having an email saying it was. It turned out to be ready, but took three associates to find it. The item was either a lower quality version than I paid for, or it was described incorrectly on the website. All in all, a pretty disappointing experience.

The past few times I have been here it's been a mess but yesterday was out of control. It literally looks like someone walked around through all of the aisles throwing things in the air and on the ground. The clothes are an absolute mess, you can't even walk around in that area because there are clothes all over the floor and hanging off the displays. The sale/ clearance clothing area is a disaster. It doesn't really matter what department you walk through, they all look like this. I'm not sure what is happening at the store but I hope they get it together.

Maxs Starman: Well one of the main reasons I like Target is because it's not walmart. Ever since Walmart came in they came in with their cheap prices and combined everything in one store shopping. They closed out the mom and pop stores only to drive their prices up. And then created automated lines to fire 30,000 employees. So I do not try to shop at Walmart and I was not trying to do this yesterday. But when I came to Target I was looking for Universal TV stands not TV mounts TV stands. So if they had it for way more than what Walmart was charging. So I still had to go to Walmart. The only way you're going to beat out Walmart is if you sell your stuff cheaper than what they do now so they can drive their prices down because automated machines can't buy products they don't need them you need your employees because their money buys your products. Because if all the stores decide to change up to automated technology to where they don't hire workers to work for the money to spend back in their stores then they're going to end up closing down anyway because robots can't won't buy and don't need products. So in the nature of the giving season I wanted to do my shopping at Target to which it went to no avail. You can't have a multi billion dollar place with no employees and just robots. You will continue to lose money and close down because robots don't buy or need your products. I will go to a store with employees and no automated machines first before I ever go to Walmart. I promise
Evelyn Pender: After getting a puppy, I always use drive up and bring him with me. It’s very efficient and we never have to wait long. My order is always right and the employees are always nice. Wish more stores had free curbside but I’ll just stick with target :)

Bob: They shifted mix from 50/50 mens/womens shoes to 25/75% in favor of womens shoes. They keep sandals even in winter instead of bringing in more winter shoes. Pretty much have to order online and return to store since they wont bring in new items.

I have a VIP Elite account, either way I know for a fact that store credit is an option but not for me apparently, at least not at this store. Poor customer service, I do not recommend this store!

step one: Had ordered 2 pair of shoes on line and had them delivered to the store. Unfortunately, they were not what I thought they were going to be. They readily allowed me to decline accepting them and set things up for a refund. It went back on my debit card with no problem within 1 day. Very pleasant in working with me.

Summer F: Manager Jordan is lazy & rude. Walks off on customers after he made a mistake doesn’t talk to you. Talks at you & doesn't bother helping the cashiers. Cancelled my order & walked off & literally had to ask the cashier what was going on because he didn’t say a word. Doesn’t act like a manager let alone a person whose there to help people. Shirley was an amazing help to me & my daughter. She needs to be the store manager, she was very helpful & polite. Will be calling corporate tomorrow as well because Jordan made my experience terrible
